Jerry and the team are great! I was recommended by a friend a few years ago but never gave them a chance. But when my charger hellcat got into a collision I thought of them. Called and they picked it up the next day. It was a lot of work that the car needed but through out the 3 weeks my car was there jerry communicated very well and my car looked exactly the same before the collision. Great work and great service! After a recent mishap on the road, we took our Escape to Russo for front end body work, mainly because it's a hometown business, and because my son's friend works there. The shop has a no-frills exterior but was super-clean inside. They dove right in and worked with my insurance company so that I didn't have to sweat the details. The boss, Jerry, even shuttled my son home after he dropped the car off, and picked him up to get the car! They got the car on a Friday afternoon, pre-ordered parts, started on it Monday after the insurance adjuster saw it (Geico), and had it back to me a week later. It's a 2010 so paint matching is tricky, but it's blended and matched so well the only thing you can see is that it looks great! Can't even tell anything happened! A lot of the work was done by Eddie and we couldn't be more pleased! Definitely recommend! read more

While visiting Pittsburg, Ca I had the unfortunate experience of a fender bender of minor damage to a vehicle resulting in scratches on the front left corner bumper. I had trailer tire work done by Tred Shed who owns the truck so I trusted him when he said he had a friend that does good body work at fair prices. So I left him a blank check for the repair since I live in Arizona and would be leaving the area. I also had another shop in the area look at the damage to the truck prior to me leaving and was quoted total repair cost of $325. I never received a call from the truck owner at Tred Shed as to the repair cost prior to the work, two months later got an email from the truck owner with the Russo paid receipt and my check copy for $995.25 I like to trust people and have been burned very few times, however, this is the most egregious. The Russo invoice had many charges on it that did not reflex the truck damages even remotely. Maybe they just doubled the charges and split it. If you decide to do business with these companies, BEWARE! read more

I have to say that this is my first review ever on yelp! I had the best service and experience ever at Russo Auto Body that I felt I had to tell evreyone about them. Jerry the owner is top notch and dealt personally with me which is unusual for owners of companys. My brand new Honda Pilot was side swiped while parked at work. I of course was mortified but Jerry took complete control over it. He dealt with the insurance company, talked to my rental car company, and had me back in my SUV sooner than expected. Jerry and his team did amazing work I could't tell it was ever hit. Then 2 months later our F-150 truck was keyed by some unruelly soul. I dropped off the truck at his shop, he dealt with my insurance adjuster and everything was taken care of. My truck looked brand new completly repainted including all of the dents and door dings taken out. (talk about going the extra mile!) I have since then recommended them to all of my family and friends.
