After I expressed my concerns more than once with the manager Juwuan about his employee Coco he said he would take care of it, the 3rd and final time he assured me he would take me on the road and we'd continue with my road test but now both All-N-1and Juwuan have dogged my call that he initiated last week Friday to discuss further details on "handling things." Mind you I had to reschedule more than once with All-N-1 driving school at least 4 times due to inappropriate attitudes from one of their employees (Ms.Coco), the DDS in Covington rejecting me right before I was about to start my road test due to a number of existing cases they have with majority of the DDS locations, and apparently the decent driving instructor I was previously using (Jason) car was not a permitted vehicle(which I wasn't informed of any of this beforehand. I was told that they usually don't like him for some reason etc. and that they may give him issues if we were to arrive so I should schedule with another instructor). Juwan later stated to me not to long ago that the "importance" of both "his employee and I"maintaining professionalism until I finish my road test is the only thing that matters. Now, I do completely agree with that standard, however I'm the customer so shouldn't you be more worried about how the instructor is treating me? I'd also like to clarify that I had no issues with my previous instructor Jason. The chemistry between teacher and student was very much genuine. Our sessions were smooth, authentic, respectful, and productive, with no tension or conflict in sight. Unfortunately, that hasn't been the case with Ms. Coco. I've experienced repeated instances with her exhibiting passive-aggressive behavior, dismissive attitudes, having condescending remarks, and being overall disrespectful towards me. As a paying customer, this has felt both frustrating and unfair, especially when I've done my part to remain calm, engaged, and focused on learning the steps it takes to obtain my said license. Additionally, I want to bring attention to a specific concern from the day of my last made attempt at the road test 6/3/25. I was originally awarded a complimentary 2-hour consultation session from Juwuan along with the actual road test because of the earlier mishap with Jason at the DDS in Covington. But I did not receive the full instruction time I was promised that day or paid for previously. Coco arrived around 12:03 p.m. for our 12:00 p.m. appointment, and I didn't get into the car until 12:06. From there, she drove roughly 42 minutes via backroads blasting "Megan the Stallion" (yet again unprofessional when dealing with a new anxious client/driver there shouldn't be any music whatsoever) to a school across from the Covington DDS. I didn't gain full control of the vehicle until approximately 12:45 or 1:00 p.m. At around maybe 1:10 or 1:15 after struggling to figure out how to parallel and reverse park properly on my lonesome with barely any verbal direction or decent interaction from Ms.Coco I ultimately chose to opt out of taking the road test due to heightened anxiety, a clear lack of proper instruction, professionalism, guidance, and support from Ms. Coco. We began heading back to my house at around 1:18pm with her once again in control of the vehicle( obviously violating the 2 hr compensation I was promised/previously paid for) this time blasting "Cardi B". This experience did not provide anywhere near the full 2-hour lesson I was supposed to receive nor what I paid for out of pocket the spread of almost 2-3 months I've been dealing with All-N-1. I feel somewhat shortchanged/underhanded both in terms of the professionalism as an official Government employee(referring to Coco), the quality and duration on top of enduring what I've experienced to be unethical, improper, and unscrupulous along with this belittling treatment she(they've) has going. It was extremely disappointing for me to go through this a third time with this young woman. To be transparent though, I have also heard from another employee (Jason, you can ask him to confirm) that I am not the first student to experience this type of behavior from Ms. Coco. This probably suggests that there may be a larger pattern that needs to be addressed within your company dealing with this employee of yours. Out of respect I'm just recommending maybe you should consider a more formal evaluation of her conduct whether through direct observation, client feedback, or possibly even taking the steps to install cameras in all the vehicles not just hers. This company teaches you everything you need to know about driving. Instructors are very knowledgeable. They give you the opportunity to drive the car and provide hands on training. They are very big on safety, which makes me feel really safe Mrs. Kara, the supervisor of the company is a very professional woman that ensures customers get their moneys worth. I passed my driving test with a 98 overall. All to say this that I couldn't have done this without all in one driving school. read more

Horrible communication and rude supervisor. Had difficulty scheduling lessons. The company gave us 3 available times. We accepted all three and then they canceled all of them based on an error they made. We scheduled 2 more lessons. On both lessons, the instructor was 30 min late with no communication. My child was supposed to be picked up at the school, however they did not notify us of any delays. I had to come get her after she was waiting by herself. On one of the lessons, the instructor just failed to show up at all. They say they pride themselves on safety, however have no problem putting underage children at risk. read more

The portal is not updated in real time and if it says they have no timeslots available, they will refuse to refund your money. So not only do you get the run around when just trying to use their services once they don't provide them they don't want to refund you the money you are forced to pay just to be able to not schedule an appointment. It sometimes takes a month in advance to book a single lesson, and when your lesson finally comes around, the driver won't show up. Two of three lessons I booked were no-shows with no prior notification. As I waited and waited for the driver, no one in the office answered the phone, the voicemail box was full, no one answered my email, and I had no way to reach the driver. For the third lesson, I was sent a cursory email to say the lesson had been canceled. No follow up call to make sure I received the email or reschedule. They also magically lost the record of my payments. Fortunately I still had my email receipts. Absolute scam of a business. Take your money elsewhere. Y'all if I could it would be a zero star. This company will gladly take your money and don't give a crap about your schedule. The driver we had would call and cancel 10 min before a scheduled lesson and no show no call too. They have you sign a contract they have no intention of honoring so you can't get your money back. After 3 appts being rescheduled and one where he shows up at another appt instead of our address he calls to reschedule for a Sunday and then no shows and didn't even call. Next day he rescheduled it without even asking if I was available so it looks like he talked to me and didn't. This place is such a scam save your money and go somewhere else. read more

I scheduled driving lessons for my Mother, and on the day of the scheduled lesson, they cancelled the appointment. After calling over 10 times; I was finally able to get in contact with a representative two days later, who sounded like she was still in bed sleeping. I asked her why the appointment was cancelled; and she lied and said, it was due to weather concerns. Funny! it was 70+ degrees outside that day; not a cloud in the sky. For the second appointment the instructor called and try to change the time of the scheduled appointment. She did not show up for the scheduled appointment. Take my advice! DO NOT USE this company. They are refusing to give me a refund(even though i will most certainly get one) on my road test even though they caused me miss my road test because the brought an underage driver to accompany me. The office lady yelled at me, told me to shut my mouth, either the same one or another one refused to allow me to speak to a manager or supervisor and instructed me to call after office hours. None of the issues have been dealt with rather they hang up. No classes available within a reasonable time-frame. They refused to refund the money paid ahead of time when they could not meet our needs and expectations. read more

The worst service ever, my son was a student and they were never on time to pick him but always excepted him to be ready when they got to our home (which he always was) I called to complain and speak with a manager they would never allow me to and said if I wanted to make a complaint they would nolong pick my son up and he would loose more than half of what he paid for the class and it would take a couple of weeks before he would get a check for his refund....trash read more

Brought my 16 year old here for some driving lessons to help him get his learner's permit, because me and my husband have no patience and we don't regret it. LACK OF COMMUNICATION!!!! I requested to use their vehicle for my road test a week and half prior to my test. I was informed the same day I paid that the car was in the shop. Why not tell me before I paid since whoever i spoke with said they had me in the slot. Supposedly had a record of it. Then the same day I paid, I was informed that someone would let me know if the car was out the shop. I didnt hear anything about it until the day of my test. Which was on the 27th of December. I expected not to hear anything Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. But to not hear anything the day before or the day of my test was totally unprofessional. Then i emailed them the morning of my test didn't get a response. I called 2 hours before my test and Rikkie said " Oh, I thought she called everybody back. " Then had the nerve to make an excuse and say its cause it was the holidays. First of all Tuesday wasnt a holiday or my damn scheduled road test. She informed me at the last minute that the car was completely totaled. She said that it may not be back until that friday or monday. She asked if i wanted her to reschedule my road test for me and, i said No i will just go some where else. Rikkie told me that she was going to go ahead and process my 125.00 for a refund. She also said that it will take 10 business days. First of all why does it take 10 days to give me back my money! This was on December 27th! So, she PLAYED AROUND WITH MY REFUND. I called her on january 11th which was the 11th day that my money wasn't returned to me. Then told me that it was going to take 7-10 business days. I said i been counting the days, so my money not here. I asked her if she had proof or a confirmation showing that she processed my refund. She said she would send me an email. She never sent an email. So i had to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back because SHE or whoever was playing with my cash. Had I not filed a dispute with my bank, I wouldn't have my money back and on top of that its going on a month. Extremely unprofessional. Im not upset about the car being in the shop thats out of my control. However, you all should have informed me that it was STILL in there. But instead, I didnt know until the day of my test. I never learned to drive when the majority of men that I know learned-around 16. I lived in New York City for most of my life, and between my boys that had cars and just no need to drive a car to get everywhere that I needed to go, it was never a priority, and I was good without knowing how to drive or having a car. Fast forward to my 34th year on this planet and 4 years of living down south, and I got tired of MARTA and it's unreliableness and just not being able to get up and go as easily as when I lived up North. All N 1 Auto School was really the best reviewed driving school that I could find when I did a Google Search for driving schools in my area, and even the BEST reviews don't do it justice. To a now 35 year-old man who has tried to learn to drive in the past and failed, they were patient, played to my strengths and helped to minimize my weaknesses, and met me where I was and helped me to get my license-something that even a year ago I doubted was possible. They helped me to be comfortable driving on the streets as well as on the highway, and just made the whole process seamless. They told me like it is what I needed to work on, and gave me everything I needed to succeed on not only my road test, but just driving in general. I will FOREVER be grateful to All N 1, and will always promote and recommend their services. read more
