I requested a physical workbook due to my eyesight and was told to be at the Duluth office to pick it up on Monday by 4:00 (they are not open on weekends) on the day of the class (1/12/26). I left work early and arrived by 4:00 only to find they were closed. I was told the office manager left early and I had to view the workbook electronically. That was just the first red flag. I realized early in the class that the instructor did not seem to like me by his responses to my answers to some of his questions. I was trying to show that I was present and participating, but he was condescending and he belittled/berated me if he disagreed with my responses. By the last day, he questioned in class if the children that I work with even like me (the classes are recorded). This was personally not a positive experience for me. I would not recommend. Finally, the communication appears to be primarily via text messages, and the beginning of the thread seems to be automated (at least over the weekend) since I asked questions that were never answered and the responses were generic. It asked if wanted to participate in another program, but when I asked what it was, I didn't receive an answer. If you text them with issues during the week, an actual person will respond, it just takes a while.

I had lessons set up with Ms. Karen, who I HIGHLY recommend. She was patient and didn't push. After 10 lessons with Ms. Karen, I am now driving normally to my place of work and leisure. I feel like I have my life back. And that is thanks to Trillium.

The actual instuctor is also SUPER nice- says my daughter. She said he was calm, they laughed & he was great! He told me she is a great driver, so that's reassuring!!! They took 3 2-hr sessions together. First on the normal road & around town. Second day was practicing parking, etc. Day 3 was hwy 316 & 85.... at 5:30-7:30 pm on a Monday. He helped my son on parking which I was having trouble teaching..he was prompt and gave my son good feedback and encouragement!
