Good afternoon everyone, It has been a few months since several extended members and family have…read moreused Ms June's service. I have to say that Ms June and Ms Phylis are so honest, patient and knowledgeable of the business they are in. Several of my family members have taken driving lessons from either of them. Although Ms June is most direct in her teachings and is very personable, we love her patience and understanding that we are all on different skill levels with age and knowledge. At the same time Ms. Phylis is very calm, patient, encouraging, personable and sweet. But she moves on to the next task quicker than than Ms June. My family all passed road test with each of them with 100% accuracy. Several family members preferred Ms June {older ones} for her do it until you get it teachings while other ones {younger ones} liked Ms Phylis because once you say you understand the task, she will move on to the next task but she never comes back to it. My wife preferred Ms June because she does repeat all task several times during the 10 lessons (20hrs). Now with this said, both ladies are amazingly knowledgeable, and it shows. They both enjoy teaching, and it shows that this is not just a job to them, but it shows they both take pride in the job/teachings they do. We love the Kia Soul teaching cars. Each family member was very happy driving this. It sets up high and easy to maneuver as well as to get yourself out after sitting so long. They both have great sense of humor and it helped during the learning process as to not be stressed out. They are very personable and easily understood in the directions of what to do. My auntie was terrified and at 66, she wasn't sure at all if she would drive. NOW the others in her house says she hides the keys to the car so she can go when she wants to go. Like she says Ms June said I have gained my independence now and I am not waiting on anybody to take me out. We are extremely a happy family now that we are 6 Driving legally with the help and knowledge of these 2 fabulous ladies that should be recognized in Walton, Oconee and Newton Counties as "THE BEST DRIVING INSTRUCTORS EVER" If we could give them 10 Stars we would. The instruction by Carlos was excellent and my son said he learned a lot about driving and life from Carlos for which I'm thankful for. We were so pleased with our driving school portion we decided to do our driving road test with 1 ACT as well a year later after accumulating his hours behind the wheel with me by his side. The driving test was handled by a very straightforward and helpful proctor who gave tips and helped put my son at ease before the actual test. We appreciate all that 1 ACT driving schools has done for my son and helping him in his journey to becoming an independent driver and for that I want to say thank you to Ash, the owner and all the instructors and staff. 5 solid stars and two thumbs up!

That I am back driving on main roads! I suffered from severe anxiety which caused me to stop…read moredriving. I could barely make rounds in my own neighborhood. I called Trillium. My intake call was compassionate, friendly and understanding. As an adult driver, I felt embarrassed, but the individual who took my call was so understanding. I had lessons set up with Ms. Karen, who I HIGHLY recommend. She was patient and didn't push. After 10 lessons with Ms. Karen, I am now driving normally to my place of work and leisure. I feel like I have my life back. And that is thanks to Trillium.

The owner actually answers the phone, answers all questions, kept me calm (this is my young driver) & got us scheduled. What a nice guy - don't remember his name. The actual instuctor is also SUPER nice- says my daughter. She said he was calm, they laughed & he was great! He told me she is a great driver, so that's reassuring!!! They took 3 2-hr sessions together. First on the normal road & around town. Second day was practicing parking, etc. Day 3 was hwy 316 & 85.... at 5:30-7:30 pm on a Monday. I was quite uncomfortable due to that, being he taught me my first ever driving lesson. Jason is a good teacher, but I wouldn't recommend this driving school in general. Mr. Tony and his lessons are very professional and thorough. He is very punctual and responsible. He made sure that I received my certificate on time for my road test. I really enjoyed his lessons as I felt myself become a more defensive and confident driver. He does an amazing job explaining things and will prepare you for any situation that could emerge in the future. Thanks to his preparation, I was able to pass my road test today first try with a perfect score. When I first spoke with Tony, I thought that I found the perfect driving school for my son to take…read morehis drivers lessons. He seemed nice with a lot of experience. He didn't communicate very well concerning the fact that they only accepted check or cash. Admittedly, I thought that to be very strange but I went with it. I paid for my son's three lessons up front. We had to do some juggling around with my son's lessons. Again, it was a little unorganized. He said that he had to fit my son in to his schedule. Then he had repair trouble with his car and had to purchase a new one. Again, I had some concerns but went along with it primarily because my son found Tony to be a very good instructor. He had very good feedback after each lesson. He was very pleased with and enjoyed his lessons. During my son's last lesson, I found it strange that he was not presented with his certificate at that time. I asked Tony about it and he said that he would mail it to us. This is where the lions' share of problems with Tony from Jireh Driving School Inc. begin. We never received the certificate in the mail. Two weeks ago, when we returned from vacation, I called Tony to ask about the certificate and to inform him that we never received it. This is where I began to feel as though I was being scammed. He said that he would have to reprint it and resend it. I even texted him our address again, even though it was on our initial paperwork. I never received a response from the text. We never received that copy either. I placed a call to Tony again last week, he said that he would call me but never did. I placed another call to Tony this week (which makes it a month after the completion of my son's lessons) yesterday. He didn't pick up the call so I left a voice mail. I didn't receive a call back so I called later in the day (around 4pm) from my work phone, which he picked up, my guess is because he didn't recognize the number. I asked if I could pick up my son's certificate. For whatever reason, he didn't want me to pick it up. He said that he would bring it to me today before 5. I had to come back in and edit this review because Tony did show up to produce my son's certificate. I think that Tony needs to be more responsive and sensitive regarding his business. There are also some practices that he could incorporate to improve his business acumen.

Mr. Turner needs his own A1 sponsored YouTube life advice channel. He is a joy. He was so entertaining that I even watched with my daughter! He kept everyone engaged & laughing all day long.
