We had such a great experience with these movers. Their team was responsive, flexible, and reliable prior to our day. We were in the process of selling and moving into a new build, so were unsure of our timelines. We used All n 1 for two moves; putting items in storage and then getting everything to move into our new house. The first move was really easy and very quick. I've moved four times in the DC area and this is by far the best moving service I've used. First, they were exceptionally prompt. They sent three guys and each one was incredibly diligent (compared to other moving companies, where there's usually one guy who slacks). Most reassuringly, this moving company has a system. They have it down to a science, and got us out of our place in half the time our last moving company took. This isn't "move-one-box-at-a-time": they brought pallets and bins, securely (and delicately) moving multiple items at once to save time. We got our whole move done in 3 hours, when it had taken 5 with a different company. And in contrast to other companies we've used, there wasn't damage to a single piece of furniture or scratches on the walls. Just hired All N 1 Stop to pack & move our apartment into a Pod storage container. There were a few hiccups (to no fault of their own) between the rain and our service elevator reservation being largely ignored. They ran a bit behind due to some delays out of their hands, so they sent an extra person to help. It wound up not costing me any extra money and made everything go extremely fast. It was super easy to pay using PayPal too! Before hiring them I got quotes from about 5-10 other moving companies in the area and they were one of the least expensive as well. Great job! read more

This review is almost 2 years overdue. The owner Bryan was recommended by a mutual friend, and i'm grateful for that referral. Setting-up the details of the move was seamless. Bryan was very responsive, and his crew were very professional. Kudos to the person that managed the move (I believe his name was Sydney), as he made sure the process of getting all of my things out of two storage units and into my new home, safely, went without a hitch. Once I was settled in, I did notice some damage to furniture and the walls; however, nothing major. And considering how much stuff I had and all the different directions the movers had to go inside the home, not to mention, the sweltering heat and how exhausted those movers must've been, I'm grateful the damage was so little. This would have been a 5 star review. I called them 3 days before my moving date. They told me they could move some stuff around to accommodate my Saturday morning move, so big props to them. They arrived at or before the scheduled time around 9am. They had everything packed and loaded into the truck in 2 hours or less for a 1.5 bedroom move, pretty fast for a 3 man crew given that the truck was a few hundred feet from the apartment. They unloaded and assembled everything in the new apartment in about an hour and a half so I was pretty ecstatic about everything. Then it all started going downhill. Towards the end of the move, I decided to turn on my TV to make sure that the cable company had transferred the service over. Then I notice what seems to be a big crack on the LCD screen on the inside but there seems to be no outside damage where the crack appears. I point it out to them, they call the office to report it and we all took pictures of it. I talk to the office and they till me I'll receive an email on Monday to start the claims process. The next day I notice a small dent on the bottom left hand side of the screen that I hadn't noticed before because you couldn't see it with the TV on, so I took pictures of that too. Monday came and went and I got nothing from them, so I called them on Tuesday and was told that I would be getting a call later that day from Tanya from the Claims department. That same day I got the invoice from them and a reminder that they had a 30 days claims process and I would be contacted regarding the TV. Called again the next day and was told I would be contacted before the end of the week. Never got a call back from them. Finally got a hold of Tanya on July 10, and she told me to send her photos of the TV, which I did. Since I hadn't heard anything from them, I called again on the 14th and was told that the claim was denied because they hadn't noticed the damage to the TV on the day of the move and it had been properly wrapped and handled, even though the pictures clearly showed it being damaged. Needless to say, they've lost a customer. read more

Please do not use this moving company. Mr. Cooper's response was timely. I asked for his company to simply unload my moving truck. He then offered to move my things from Atlanta to MD. We agreed on a 26" truck that I wouldn't be allowed to fill to capacity unless I paid more. His quote included 14 boxes for a three bedroom townhouse. We went from $3600 to $4,200. Again for a truck that I couldn't fill to capacity. He still intended to charge more for 3 additional movers that he wanted to hire in Atlanta. Since I had already arranged for movers to pack for my move. He assumed that I would keep them. Why would I do that? That's why I hired you. He also assumed that I would need an additional trailer. I didn't think I needed one, but I went to the U-haul to set it up. When asked he wouldn't provide the details for the truck he would be using. On Sunday night at 9PM he sent a text. The guys will be leaving between 10:30 and 11:00PM. He was communicating this information the night before my move thinking that he would have me backed in a corner. He started to argue that I was adding additional stuff and so the cost was going up. I said you know what you're right I do have "Black Person's Mentality." Either you can do this or not! Who hires movers to help the mover? Who doesn't already has a three bedroom townhouse house with only 14 boxes? I volunteered to take the price up to $4200. He was trying to raise the price at the last minute. He's unethical. I guess he though I would become a desperate Black woman and do whatever if he made changes at the last minute. I hired Two Men and Truck. They had three guys to load their 26" truck and two guys to unload. I recommend them over All in one they had one quote no trailer and no drama. The business that is woman owned is represented by men. It's always helpful to blame the customer when you guys called me the night before you were scheduled to arrive adding additional expense. You did prey on me. Your company's representative if he is not the owner that's how he represented himself. You thought oh it's the last night. You weren't prepared for me to say NO! You thought I would be short on time and left without a choice. My review remains the same. You are UNETHICAL AND YOU PREY ON WOMEN. What more context do you need. If I had the conversation out of context. Certainly you have the messages that were exchanged in addition to the tomfoolery contained in your contract. Who has a three bedroom house that requires only 7 boxes? Two Guys and a Truck. Pulled up in a 26 ft truck. They didn't ask for a trailer and "helpers." Again I stand by my review. The vendor thinks it should be removed. So, he expressed to yelp that I had used profanity. He is using the stereotypes that he attached to Black Women (angry, yelling, and using profanity). My intent was to move my things from ATL to MD. I asked him to move my stuff from the truck into the house. That's when we started negotiating other options. I agreed that the price was low. I wasn't trying to get something for free. I went up to 4200. After all the discussions and I USED NO PROFANITY. He expected me to pay for movers on top of movers.
