whoever was working on Tuesday 10/29 at 3:30pm- the girl had a major attitude problem. we come into this smoke shop often and spend alot of money here. my husband who comes in literally every other day noticed he lost his ID but was trying to buy a non tobacco product. he denied him purchase because of it. so I went in with my ID to purchase this item thay she shouldn't of even ID us for and then gets a attitude and turns us both down for purchasing. we will never be coming here again and I would highly recommend to the owner of this shop to re evaluate who he hired. Just left. Bought my tobacco. Good price. Quick counter service. Owner Is there and what I like most is 1am closes. And they still are here taking customers. Door is wide open big open sign at 1am. So many place I have gone during this Holiday that close early, or Do not answer the phone 15 min before closing. They're done . Now 6 months later. Still my favorite place. Was hoping to get a few Vector torches, but The same blonde cashier walks up to me and my friend to ask if we need help with anything or if we're just browsing, and then proceeds to ask both of us for our IDs because she just likes to check them every now and then. I've been in the smoke shop numerous of times, and not wearing a face mask might do that, but she has a Audacity to ask for my ID as if she hasn't helped me each time meanwhile I didn't see her ask anybody else for their IDs. The smoke shop has gone downhill ever since Allen stopped working. As far as I'm concerned they need new floor sales members and to get rid of the loud blonde who tries to tell me about things I already know and seems to forget customers especially reoccurring ones. Very few shops open after 10 PM so this was only option. Store was empty and in less than 2 minutes I broke 3 store rules! Noah was the employee and was very uptight. Seemed like he was trying to provoke me by constantly speaking down to me. I wanted to buy a few more items but I just wanted to get out of the place. Seemed like a decent selection but I never got a chance to look. I will not go back. Noah needs to chill out and learn some customer service skills. read more

Although the service is good, the business has a mask wearing policy posted on the door, but it is not enforced. Was there Yesterday to make a purchase and one employee behind the counter, who was wearing a black shirt, sandy blond hair not wearing a mask. Two customers walked in and were not wearing a mask. The business is small in sq feet and the exposure factor to catch COVID is high. I know because today I started to get COVID-19 symptoms and haven't been anywhere else yesterday. My recommendation is to avoid this business due to a high exposure factor of possibility catching COVID-19. read more

I would give this place a 5 originally. My first dealing with this smoke shop started off great. Excellent matter of fact, there are two great individuals that are employees of this shop: Nate & a Micheal. They both worked really hard to assist me as I was .....and based on what happened at this place SUNDAY i am still on a search to find dry coils. First Nate sold me all the dry coils They had due to the fact no one really purchases the coils any longer and more of the customers go for liquid or wax. I'm still old school which Nate and Micheal related too and were very sincere in assisting me to purchase all they had at a really decent price. Which made sense because they had been sitting on their shelves for 60+ days until I came into their shop and gave them money for all they had. Nate & Mike offered to order me more since I am a serious buyer OBVIOUSLY. NEVER DID I THINK I'D HAVE THE PROBLEM I ENCOUNTERD Sunday!!! Lori, would not honor any of the prices that Nate or Michael offered. Then I asked for the owner, then Lori came out and said she managed the store and she would be talking to the employees that showed me great customer service because they sold me product that took money out of her pocket. So essentially when I returned I was greeted with this type of service and mentality. I ended up leaving empty handed for product I asked them to order because at the end of the day Lori wanted money over having a customer happy and retaining a customer. I've been going to this smoke shop for a couple of years out of convenience but after today will gladly drive further for better service and products. I ended up leaving without buying anything, surprised by the flippant and embarrassing way I was treated after being a return customer every week. Ive noticed new employees and a different owner has been present the last few months and they all look and act miserable. Not sure if that's why the service and products have taken a major plummet into the toilet. My exchange was soo horrible I'm still puzzled as to why they would hastily dismiss a valued customer. I am a regular customer in this smoke shop and lately I have not seen Alan who is always friendly and accommodating. I never has a bad experience until tonight. I get my vaps here almost every other day. I got one and wasn't asked to try it before I left. I should of but I got to the car and did and there was weird loud noises that I have not heard before. I never left the parking lot. I ran back in told her it was making a weird noise and not working right i was told they all do that. I never heard anything like that before. She told me she wasn't aloud to exchange it. For 2 yrs I've been coming here I have never been more disappointed. It stopped working as soon as I got home. That will be the last time I ever go in there. You would think being a faithful customer spending thousands in there you would of made a exception to exchange it just because I stepped outside for 2 seconds. Love that they are erasing masks and helping protect my health, their health, and the health of other patrons. Very friendly! Prices on cigarettes are average however my only complaint is they never have more than one carton of Pyramid Lights 100's. I like to purchase 2-3 each time I visit. I normally end up going somewhere else for the other cartons so I'm wondering if it's worth my time to stop in when there's other smoke shops closer. I do really enjoy the friendliness of the staff!! but I prefer to make one stop for my smokes. I hope they increase they're inventory. read more

Ive always had excellent service here. My entire family shops here for different items and never had any issues other than maybe a few times, normal business related situation (ex: out of stock) which that happens and not enough to fault the business (that's life ) I am concerned with the other reviews as I have noticed a significant change in staff (not as friendly but definitely no problems and still kind). I had full trust with the previous employees but I will start making sure my mother's kratom is not shorted when we get it and I will keep an eye out for change to prices. read more

Wow just after reading reviews I decided to visit this shop and was extremely dissatisfied with Lori's customer service skills sadly I leaned on her glass counter to inquire about a specific product she neglected to assist me and harshly chastised me for doing so. There were no signs and she made me feel like a dirty minority (I am black and Latin) and disabled she discriminated against me in her store. All in One Smoke Shop is all about making money regardless of keeping their clientele happy. We bought a mini torch there a week ago today. It stopped working last night. It's never been dropped or mishandled & we used top of the line (Vector) gas in it to ensure we get the best results. We noticed there was a crack where the gas was leaking out which is rendering the torch useless. We took it back to All in One smoke shop only for the guy behind the counter to look at it, acknowlede the defect and hand it back to us telling he didn't know what to tell us. After explaining that we just bought the item a week ago in this store, he then pointed to the "All sales are final, NO REFUNDS" singage on the front of the counter. All in One Smoke Shop is money hungry. They don't back their products and are ok to indemnify themselves from ANY LIABILITY OR ACCOUNTABILITY. SMH, we were long time customers (of over 6 yrs) but I can 100% say I will NOT be returning. They're lucky to have received one star from as as Yelp wouldn't let me give them ZERO. read more
