While the check-in process was a little wonky (simply because there was only one person checking in and also giving out online orders), the purchasing process was smooth and nice. Employees are nice caught one lying to me but he was nice he says so you came in 10 days ago we can't give you that discount card that you didn't get in the mail come to find out he goes oh that's not you after looking directly at my driver's license I asked if they could cut me a break and give me the discount because my neighbor got a card and he went in about the same time I did to buy product. So I talke to the manager seem like a decent guy but he said no we won't honor it I said can't you check the mailing address no we just send them out randomly well I don't think that's right especially since my neighbor got a card discount and I didn't so they said no I left very upset I've been going there since they started the program when you had to get a medical card to buy I think it was unfair on their part to not work with me I've never had a problem with them until this moment I don't see why it would have hurt them and why they thought I was lying or whatever so I have to drive down the street to the other facility so they could put their five stars up all they want what they did was wrong. read more

I would definitely recommend this place gets every report filed against them. Customer service is absolute shit. Managers some cocky teenager that shouldn't be in any leadership position. Very rude. Uses gaslighting tactics and definitely seems narcissistic. This speaks volumes on the brand. This place should get shut down. read more

Been going here a while because they make true infusion rosin in house brand and while selling a great product they used to have it at an amazing price of 25$ a gram to my surprise this week they raised there prices to now 40$ a gram. It's a shame because I used to drive past multiple dispensary's to get here looks like it's time to try an new spot :/ read more

I went in today to get my online order. I have only been coming back to Nature's Wonder for about 6 months because of very poor service for medical patients in 2020. The older man at the front desk said he didn't have my updated medical card info - then he said his clicker didn't work and he would have to input it manually. Then he said he couldn't see the numbers. I will preface this with I am almost 60 and wear very strong glasses for up close and that the man at the front desk didn't seem to be able to get my number, so he asked for me to pass it under the front desk glass. I did so and he yelled at me to DON'T throw your phone at me!!!. How can I throw my phone at someone when he is sitting behind a glass partition? he made a HUGE deal of it and told me he would not help me. Then I asked another VERY YOUNG MAN to speak to a manager and he lied and said HE was the manager and that He wants "customers who are calm" I told him there are dispensaries ALL OVER the area (3 others within a 5-mile radius. I will NEVER EVER return. A customer should have the right to get upset when the service is bad. Apparently, NW has gone communist because I was told they only wanted customers who were CALM. I had been going there since 2017. Looks like I will be returning to Nirvana (where I went in 2020 when the new owners of NW didn't appreciate their medical patients. BYE Nature's Wonder. read more

I have never met a rude dispensary worker, ever! A high one, yes, but never a clearly miserable person. Last Sat at about 11a I found this place near the spot I was to have lunch at. The lady at the front in take desk was so rude so unfriendly. At one point when she asked for my number and I made an error and had to repeat my number she groaned out loud. I love this dispensary . easy to find in Apache Jction . In the "old " Bashas /Antique mall. Near Good Apple .Not the bestest prices at $10 a prerolled and min $12 gram but the prices were fair for the quality . They had a nice selection of edibles and concentrates too. I spoke to a person at natures wonder in Phoenix and asked if they have the Ilava daplicator enteroge Day, and his name was Tie (Ty) I have never been treated so rudely by anyone at a dispensary. I merely asked if they had a certain product and that I lived 75 miles away and that I needed to be sure they had it. He said we carry Ilava and that is all he would provide. They have so many products and due to the fact that this is medical and my wife has Encephalitis and we need that specific product. He rudely said that I need to come in and find out for myself. I called back and selected a different option, hoping to get someone else. He answered. Ty is very very mean and rude. I was so polite.
