Now, I can't go in and get a single product or flavor I want because they are all out or stopped carrying the product. They used to apologize and tell me when they would be getting more, but not anymore. Now they just look at me like I should just get over it. Even though I was coming ever other week for the same products. They also used to let you sample their selections and new vape sets. It was on the counter and very easy. I imagine this got to be too much to look after, but it really diminished the experience of going inside the store and getting excited about trying something new by removing them. Sad to say the people working here have also been increasingly unfriendly. This coupled with them never having what I want in stock is making me update my review and head somewhere else to find a new smoke shop.
