The removal and manicure cost $38, which seemed reasonable until I realized the "moisturizer" that was supposed to be included (which I assumed meant a quick hand massage) wasn't done at all. I had to go back and ask about it, and when the lady came back, she just applied lotion to my hands with gloves she had on for maybe 30 seconds. Was not enjoyable at all. On top of that, no one offered us a drink--I had to ask for one, then ended up pouring my own orange juice for my daughter and grabbing myself a water because the staff seemed too busy. Overall, the customer service just didn't feel like a priority here. When we left my daughter told me she was cut multiple times too. First world problems I know with some of my complaints. Unfortunately, I left disappointed and won't be returning. Only tried a new salon because others didn't open until 9:30am and my friend was on a time crunch.

They also have a TV on in the background with closed captioning so it is not distracting. The pedi chairs are nice, the polish selections are good as well. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. Sophie, the owner, went above and beyond to make sure not only my nails, but my entire experience, were absolutely perfect. She was so fun to talk to and made me feel completely at ease. The sweet young lady who did my pedicure was just as incredible--talented, kind, and hilarious. She patiently tried eight different shades of pink on me to help me choose the perfect color for my wedding nails (this was my test set) and I left feeling so confident and excited. Jasmine is no longer the owner However, my nail tech didn't seem to care what my requests or my needs were. I had to continually remind her to trim my nails short and to have no sharp edges. It seemed to fall on deaf ears. I had to continually point at some issues. It appeared she was too busy setting her timer. The interesting thing was there was not another customer in there the whole time I was there. I finally gave up and let her finish the way "she wanted to". After my pinky toe cut into my other toe with the razor edge, I trimmed all this morning. It still very much hurts and is raw to the touch. I started bleeding while I was there and she just kept pouring alcohol and all sorts of stuff over the cut. The nails themselves are clumpy and messy. Lots of areas where the nail glue got on my fingers. Will not return.
