5-star experience here!!! I was a walk-in after work and received top notch service. I was promptly seated for my pedicure in a deluxe spa massage chair and I was able to relax after a hard day at work. Cindy did my nails and I did not get the tech's name that did my feet but they both did an exceptional job. I showed a pic for inspiration to the nail design I wanted and she definitely understood the assignment. This is my new nail salon. They also offer cold drinks and wine. Really disappointed with my last visit here. My husband and I have been coming here for a while and used to enjoy it, but this time was not good at all. Both of our pedicures were poorly done. The massage was way shorter than what we paid for, and they did not even remove the dead skin. Also, my nails came out crooked... The lady doing my pedicure also kept huffing and puffing, which made the whole experience uncomfortable for me. I even suggested maybe using a timer, so customers know they are getting the full service and was basically brushed off and told they know what they are doing. I will say the woman who did my full set was nice, but I asked for a pink undertone and got more of a white/nude color instead. Services was around $170... Overall just not a good experience, which is frustrating because we used to like coming here. I will not be going back. read more

Really wanted them to be my regular salon... unfortunately, the nail tech who did my fill shook a whole cloth full of nail dust directly in my face. My throat is irritated and it's very painful but I'm too shy to say anything. My skin was cut with a dirty tool. At a certain point I worry that I said or did something to upset them or maybe I'm unwelcome for some reason. update: I called them because after the appointment I was gagging in the parking lot and trying to gargle water. now I have inflamed sinuses. they got mad at me for complaining. lol ok I get it you hate your customers read more

The color of their dip isn't even close. It's bad at a lot of shops but this one is the worst I've encountered. I picked a light brown and it came out white/tinted purple. Photos added. Worse, the dip cracked 2 days after, so they probably have old products that are not strong as they should be. 3 nails, within one week, the dip cracked off the nail bed due to being brittle. $50 is a waste here. read more

The times were good, I went late on a Saturday around 4 and they're fully staffed so did not wait more than 5 min- service was good. The girl that helped me was very sweet and did a good job with what I asked for. A bit pricey- but it's a French tip? Worst experience ever! I arrive 5 minutes before my appointment and my pedicure didn't start for almost 30 minutes. They seated me in a chair but didn't offer anything to drink until the technician showed up. He was very rough and finished my pedicure in 30 minutes. Barely gave a massage, hot wax, hot stones, massage all complete in less than 5 minutes. Manager tried to over charge me and when I complained about the service, he would only say they were short handed. Not my problem- you shouldn't have booked the appointment then! Spent like 3 hrs in here. She took her time with my toes. Like forever. And tried to rush me on my fingers. They were poorly done. Weak nails. I asked to get them fixed, id have to pay since it was past 4 days. I don't agree since the Nail tech sucked. Everything you have to pay extra for. I showed her a SIMPLE design. She said it's an extra 25 since it was too hard. It was a Simple outline of a nail. SMH. Never coming here again!!! Not worth my money. Plus I felt like I was strategically seated in front of the door while everyone else who wasn't my color had the nice tucked away seats on the sides of the place. The salon is pretty and everyone was nice, but the technician was rushed. She burned me twice and cut me with the electric nail drill. One of my nails is already coming off and it's only been 2 days. It's been 4 days now and all my nails have popped off... They did call me and offered to redo my nails, and I appreciate that. I'd really hoped this would be a good spot as it had lots of google reviews. Unfortunately that was not the case. The mani/pedi was incredibly basic. Nothing to justify the trip there or even the cost. This is the kind of nickel & dime place that charges $5 for every basic thing you might want to do (things that should already be included in the service). Cut/push back your cuticles? That's an extra 5 dollars. Buff your nails? An extra $5. There isn't much massage offered with your manicure or pedicure. No matter how much you splurge on the higher end mani/pedis that you offer, even the best that they offer only comes with a 5 minute foot/shoulder massage (and its so weak you won't even feel it when it's happening). Don't bother trying to pay for extra minutes either, it's not really an option. So if you're looking for a place where you can kick back and relax while your feet and hands are polished and massaged, this isn't the place. You will be too busy worrying what your final bill will look like with all the so called "add-ons," you'll be unsatisfied by the lackluster foot/shoulder message, and you'll find yourself surfing the web looking for the next "top rated" salon to try. read more

What I asked for vs what I got... I usually get the white plastic tip manicure and I regret wanting to try something different... I figured I needed to get the pink and white powder to get this look for the white tip. I totally get that nail techs aren't magical fairies, but I figured it would look somewhat similar. I came in and said I wanted pink and white French tip and I showed her the picture and made sure to emphasize that I wanted the white to look like the photo somewhat (high in the middle and longer on the side of the nail). She gave me the ombré nail samples. I told her I just wanted pink and white powder. She still insisted I choose from the ombré. I told her I just wanted the regular pink and white powder and then she said okay. She really wanted me to pick the ombré for some reason... she did the first shape in the white powder and I asked if she could make it higher in the center and longer on the sides and she "fixed it", but it still looked the same. I showed her the picture again, and she said she would fix the side shape at the end. Fast forward to the buffing part. She used the Orange filer block to file my nail, brushed off the dust and then painted the top coat on. No big deal. Some techs do this and get the dust off just fine. I wasn't watching the whole time because I feel like that might be annoying and now I wish I did. I pulled my hand out of the UV light and there is nail dust trapped all under the top coat and I have an ugly left pinky nail, a crooked left pointer nail, and not the shape I wanted at all. At this point, I'm just trying to laugh it off, but I can't wait until they fall off. I just won't look at them until then. I was already there for almost an hour and a half and I honestly just wanted to be done with the place. read more

These guys were open in Memorial Day so I swung through to get a quick standard manicure before my trip home to Austin. They got me in right away. Ive been here many times, along with my daughter as well. We've got manicures and pedicures and always enjoy the services. I've tried many price point levels of the pedicure and always enjoy them all. I have also had my eyebrows done here, and they did a great job. Their top tier pedicure includes a few extras along with a neck and shoulder massage and hot heating pad for your shoulders which feels great while you get your nails done. I've been on a timeline crunch a few times and they have been able to do both my feet and hands at the same time which has saved me so much time, and I was also able to squeeze in getting both services done which I wouldn't have been able to otherwise. They always offer a cold beverage, and all the staff is very polite and friendly. The salon is very cute I always enjoy my experience here. My favorite spa for a little pampering. read more

So sad to say that shortly after this review was posted we never went back. We went the following week and made an appointment per their request, we then had to wait 30 minutes to be seen AND Tu RUSHED us. She didn't clean under our nails, take off the cuticles, she literally painted and went. Our nails looked horrible! Then, when we went to a new salon to get their gel polish off, it took an entire how JUST to get the polish off, the nail techs kept asking if we had gotten acrylic because they couldn't get the stuff off. read more

The first time I visited this salon I was very pleased. The dip powder manicure I got and the pedicure were great. The great results from both lasted over two weeks. The second time was not good. I got the exact same combo except this time I ended up with lumpy quasi- shiny nails that I had to reshape when I got home. There was also a buildup at the cuticle that I had to file down. The massage with the pedicure was more of a simple spreading of lotion on my legs and feet. It was a real disappointment. I know there are shops that give you great service the first time to get you in for a second visit, and it's all downhill from there. It looks like this is one of those shops. This was absolutely not worth the amount of money I spent for the quality of the work done. Never going back, save yourself the time and money and pass this place over next time you're looking for a new salon. 10/10 do not recommend. I initially went on a recommendation from a friends for a pedicure but they did not do a good job at all. $50+ an extra $15 for my shellac, and they basically painted all over my cuticles. The massage and scrub was half-assed, like they didnt really care, they barely did anything, and when I looked around everyone else was getting the same treatment. All they seem to care about is getting your money and then kicking you out. At least the owner seemed really nice and sweet, but the technicians didnt really seem to care. No chemicals and it doesn't harden like acrylics do over your natural nails. For a full-set with SNS powder it was $40. Steven did a great job! I am amazed how my nails looks. Let me go back from the beginning The staffs showed me their massive selections of colors. I was over whelming and assured myself that I am in the right place do to how much the salon investment in the products.
