This is probably my favorite pet store anywhere for picking up food, treats, and accessories for my puppers and kitters. Fantastic, high quality food at reasonable prices, an entire buffet of various treats in buckets, payable by the gram or pound, as well as toys, leashes, clothes, over-the-counter medications, shampoos, and pretty much anything you can imagine to keep your furry best friend happy and healthy! And of course, my favorite: birthday cakes, cupcakes and frosted bones for celebrating their birthdays! One of the few places that actually has these! If you care about your fur baby, skip the big box stores and stay with local specialty shops like this one. Your pet will thank you with nuzzles, licks, and a long and healthy life! read more

It's me again: it's been many months since I tearfully sought out advice from an employee at this store on 192nd: I'd adopted a special needs dog that was abused and isolated during critical months of his first year of life, then turned into a shelter where he developed panic attacks over the second year. He was unadoptable because of his fear of people. Silly me, I wanted a challenge and felt so connected to this guy, I adopted him. As he approached his second birthday, the shelter offered great advice for his ongoing care, but after several months I was losing hope of ever helping this boy to overcome his early trauma, having panic attacks seeing people even across the street from us. Seeing children? A total meltdown. Chris (Kris?) at All Natural Pet Supply on 192nd offered me encouragement and advice which has proven to be invaluable. With the help of my Vet clinic (Cascade Park Animal Hospital), my wonderful boy and I make Happy Visits to both the clinic and to this store, and now he is confident (though cautious/curious) as we walk the local streets and trails and passing nearby pedestrians. It has been night and day! The employees at this store are amazingly helpful and respectful of Mackadoo's challenges: he has not had a panic attack there, even while meeting strangers. Something very special is going on in this store! Mackadoo cries with delight whenever we turn into the parking lot: he knows there are Great People And Things In There and he can't wait to politely greet the folks there even if they are strangers. All the employees he's met know to avoid eye contact while offering the treats I provide. And so I continue to spend $$$ for the most amazing treats this store offers that help this boy refocus and to reinforce calm, confident behaviors. Every time we go in and see Chris (Kris?) I continue to get so much good advice on next steps in building this dog's confidence. Chris (Kris?) is a jewel with wise advice, as he stated he's gone through this process of healing with his own dog. Wouldn't it be wonderful if all your stores could provide this kind of advice and encouragement to those with shelter dogs having fear issues? Chris (Kris?) has been transformational in my life and this store is now a safe, wonderful place for my formerly scaredy-cat boy. Everyone there is so supportive and respectful of my dog's fears. I have no affiliation with Chris (Kris?), other than receiving his kind and invaluable advice and the kind encouragement he offered to me during a very discouraging time in my life. As a result, this shop has been a welcoming space for my boy, and the only trouble I have is to keep Mackadoo from sneaking treats off the shelves. This shop has been a wonderful healing space for a really wonderful dog who is beginning to shine with joy, confidence, and affection. This store has been great over the years and I was a loyal customer. The young workers have always been friendly and helpful finding the answers to my questions and choosing the right products. Unfortunately, I drop a star because I was lectured by a store manager who I had never seen in there before. It was a simple return of unused product outside of a 2 week window - this was not previously a problem. In fact they tell you to bring back open food that your pet just doesn't like. She really doesn't understand customer service. So now I save my time supporting local and I buy all my pet food online. read more

Terrific experience today! I was in a dog food crisis, as my dog had run out of the only food that he will actually eat this morning. We had no clue where we purchased it (months ago), and stopped in to the Camas location to check. Turns out they don't stock it, and I was worrying about where I could find a surrogate. I explained my situation to Erin and Chris, who immediately started suggesting different foods and additives that would encourage our dog to eat. They then gave me several samples to try, if my search for the existing food didn't pan out. Turns that the food I was looking for is not available in the area any longer, so I figured I'd five one of the samples a try. Turns out he liked one of the suggestions from Erin and Chris WAY more than his other food! I immediately returned to the store to get a full sized bag, and to thank the them for not only the excellent direction, but the dedication they showed my dog and care they showed me in a difficult situation. From the cute exterior to the clean, well organized store throughout I have nothing but a rave review for the personable and patient (thank you!) staff. My two dogs can be quite scary (Boerboels), but they are highly trained and socialized so I am confident taking them to public places. They feed off my confidence and love meeting - and especially remeeting- all kinds of people. The product quality is exemplary, and the variety is unmatched. It is easy to order special items, and they arrive in reasonable time. I don't need any other specialty pet store so I highly recommend it. read more

The food here is top quality, but where they really shine is their service. The employees are all very helpful and friendly. They will also return any food item if it doesn't sit well with your pet. This is the only place we can buy food for our very sensitive shi tzu. Highly recommend! read more

We get treats and other dog supplies here. The people who work here are just so nice. It is a little pricey but not unreasonably so. It is in-between Grapes and Growlers and 360 so we come here often. I am not a gluten/GMO free, vegan, organic kind of guy and neither is my dog but we do shop here often. You can literally walk into this store and take anything off the shelf and know that it is healthy for your furry kids (unlike the chain stores). Everything in this place is natural, high quality, healthy....they do tons of research. I've have always had excellent, friendly, unpretentious service here. This store is staffed by uninformed, young, snooty employees. I guess if you need the convenience of a place with a SLIGHTLY larger pet products selection than QFC while you are grocery shopping, you could shop here. You can't walk around town without tripping over natural pet products, so there is nothing special in what this place sells. I won't waste my time here again unless I am desperate. Petsmart is fine for anything you need, with better employees and a much better selection. read more
