I am very pleased with the pet grooming center at Wilco. They accepted me as a walk-in with no previous account on file. All they needed was proof of rabies vaccination which I luckily had in my email. I pulled it up and showed them, and we were off! I appreciate their willingness to accommodate drop-ins. The staff treated my puppy with care, and showered her with lots of affection. Wilco requires grooming services are paid in the front of the store at the main register, so by the time I returned to the grooming center with my receipt they were finished. I came in last week to get some ducklings. They were Sold Out. I inquired on ordering some and they said they could. I asked the price, $12.99 per duckling...... Ahhh. Hold up. I will look online first at that price. I later found my ducklings at a much different price. (See my other reviews) I still shop here for some things like Gates and fencing products. They have almost everything you need farm wise. They are also pet friendly and my pup loves the attention she gets as we walk the isles. Wilco sells Carhartt and my company offers us a voucher to her so I use that once a year for sure. read more

There isn't enough creative profanity in the world to describe the absolutely absurd and ridiculous experience we just had for these groomers. The website says nail trims are walk-in, but I called anyway. No one answered, but the message was a normal message. So, I followed what the website said, got my rabies certificates as they required and headed in with my three small dogs. The woman there was rude, passive aggressive and lazy. They had two dogs for two workers. There were no other dogs barking, as you would hear in a busy salon. She hemmed and hawed and huffed and puffed (demonstrably and dramatically irritated) and said "it's not a day for nail trims," because they were busy. I looked at her incredulously and told her I was following the website and had tried to call. I said "well, I guess we'll find somewhere else." No "sorry," no compassion, no advice on when it would be a better time to bring them in. No interest in building clientele or even treating existing Wilco members like valued customers. Hands down the second worst experience I have had the displeasure of yelping. So, we went to our old place that is actually successful, and was very busy, and they were more than happy to fit us in. They smiled, they hussled, they cared, and they wished us a happy thanksgiving. Maybe find a job that doesn't involve the public... or any effort... or for you to be a pleasant human being, Groomer Karen. I have lived in battleground for three years now and I've never experienced such rude customer service in the past month. I don't know what's up with your cashiers, but they are the rudest I've ever met. Asked them to look up a past purchase from 1 week ago so I could make sure and get the right item for my daughters cows Because she sent me a picture but it didn't match anything that was on one of the tags that you pulled for cow food so I took one upfront and asked if they could look and make sure it was the right one which it wasn't and it was like I was asking her to go pull it from the warehouse herself. Their prices are a little higher than I'm used to seeing, but did notice a few good sales and they carry quality items. I really liked their garden center area. Just moved to Battle Ground and want to give a shout out to Linda who helped me acquire to baby chicks. She walked me through how to get my broody hen to take on the baby chicks as her own! Happy to report it was a success story! She is so happy and proud to be a Mother! There was a tall 30 something fellow that was pretty fantastic in the garden center. He walked me through all his favorite plants as we are starting new gardens and gave great advice! They both were pretty fantastic! If I could give this place a zero I would have. Okay first off I have been going here for years. Well not anymore. I'll be going to Wilco! To start off with their warehouse employees are harsh and rude all the time. They throw things into my truck and car when I tell them to please put them in. As they have broken bags due to throwing. Then they get my orders wrong or can't find my order number. Like coke on really? I ordered days ago! to top it off icing on the cake. Today I go in with my puppy that stays right beside me. I forgot her coller and leash. I'm sorry my fault didn't think I was coming here. This lady "abigale" I think was her name. Saw my puppy and I walking around for 30 mins. Finally she comes up and says all animals must be leashed. Then steps in front of me and my pup finally I just walked out. I'm sorry I have seen many dogs and puppies come in off leashed. Ones who don't listen to their owners either. Do they ever get asked to leave? Nope! Yes I have already went to vancouver Wilco and they are so cool with it. As long as the dog LISTENS! I ordered grass seed online at 7am Saturday. AFTER the order it says your order will be ready for pick up at 11am. I need it now. So the store opens at 8am. I'm there first. No one else is behind me or I front of me in the drive thru. I tell them my order and the jerk working the warehouse says I'll need to come back. Granted....it's one bag of seed, no one is there and I can literally see the bag. He wouldn't pull it. So I went inside which I didn't want to do in the first place because of the covid. I got a manager to return the 120.00 bag. I then went t the shelf and pulled the 80 do;lar bag. All this red tape....because the prick working the warehouse wouldn't pull one bag. Wilco is an excellent store,almost anything you need from barn,pets,yard,home and clothes. They also have great sales at times. Wilco has saved me many trips to Lowe's or home depot. If I have one complaint is showing my military id to the same people over and over. I just wish they could have it under my rewards card or store it in the computer under our phone number. Wilco pet grooming department is wonderful! We take Rascal, our poodle mix, for his grooming here. We are so pleased with the care given and wonderful work they do on Rascal. He loves going in! The staff is very friendly and attentive to how we want him groomed. We bring our two other dogs in to get their claws clipped. How convenient not to need an appointment for the claws. Took my 11 year old Irish Setter in for grooming and they did a FANTASTIC job. He got his bath, blow dry, hair cut, nail trim, etc. He looks awesome!! Good selection of hardware, fasteners and outdoor and work clothing. They have all sorts of tools and farm equipment along with feed. I would give Wilco more stars except it seems like every time I go for a sack of chicken food I have to wait forever to get it loaded. I think they need a runner that just takes care of us yuppies with small orders. We don't like to wait for the working folk that have huge flatbeds getting loaded with gates, fencing, feed and tractor implements. read more

I work for a sizable company and they give 15 percent of work clothes every time I'm there. They have ordered me out of stock stuff in from another store as well. They go the extra mile. We have been planning our chicken coop for awhile now and finally decided to go to wilco for the first time and get a few baby chicks! We got three and they all looked very healthy and well taken care of, there wasn't any variety only 1 breed of egg layers and 1 breed of meat chickens. So that kinda bummed us out considering we wanted some speckled ones and when we walked into the store there was a giant poster of all the different breeds they have. the lady who worked there could have gave us a little more attention to the questions we were trying to ask as she was primping her nails... There was a lack of floor staff and we couldn't find anyone the first 5 minutes we were there that could help us. The check out line was cramped and should be better managed but all in all the store was nice, organized and sanitary. We'll be back next weekend to see if we can get our hands on a speckled chick or two! read more

I take my dog here monthly for a full groom. My dog is a handful but they are patient and caring with her and she always comes back looking great! I also bought a TON of paint here when i moved and they have a great selection and a great system to keep track of your paint colors. We brought our dog in for grooming. Terrible experience! We were treated rudely. Our dog was out of sorts when he arrived home. Soon after we discovered blood everywhere! He was cut between his toe. Nails cut too short. Cost 75.00. Don't take your pet to this establishment. read more

Zero for grooming! I did not recognize my dog, he looked terrible. The woman I spoke with when I arrived, and told what I wanted, was not the same person who did the grooming! He was cut way, way too short and not at all what I asked for. I love the store otherwise, but don't take your dog for grooming. Zero stars! read more
