We had a major water leak and All Out Resto was there hours after I called. I tried working thru my insurance but it became clear that the contractors recommended were there to do the work but under the insurance companies guidelines, negotiations were minimal. I ended up using All Out which stepped in and acted as the general contractor. it sure paid off letting them secure the sub contractors as they were all there in a timely manor, polite, clean and did quality work. All of them asked if there was anything they could assist with and went the extra mile to please. From start to finish they completed the major remediation that the insurance company quoted the timeline for. They also did some custom work that was out of my funds, which was well worth it. Payments were very easy and fair, they worked with me based on how the insurance and mortgage companies dispersed the funds. All Out Restoration was by far the worst company I've had to deal with. Their communication was terrible, and the overall experience was completely unprofessional from start to finish. They were hired to handle demolition for water damage in our kitchen, but instead of helping, they created more problems. While vacuuming, their vacuum had a hole in it and ended up blowing debris all over the inside of our house. When removing the cabinets, they dropped the sink, causing damage to the plumbing. To make matters worse, they constantly rescheduled and stopped answering my calls altogether. I was relieved when our business relationship finally ended. I'm very disappointed with their service and strongly encourage others to stay away from this company. read more

This company does excellent work. They came in this morning to demolish an area that was water damaged in my garage after our 75 gallon tank leaked out. They were on time for their scheduled appointment, came in and completed their demolition within three hours. The quality of their work is outstanding in that they are careful to protect the exterior of their work area by placing a shield to contain any dust and debris that they generate. After the demolition is done, they then, clean out everything immaculately, treat the wood and place heat dryers for a three day drying period.. They were very careful to leave my garage tidy and took care in making sure that it was closed and secure when they departed. I highly recommend them. read more

Since they refused to answer the phones or email back, at the start Diego and his team seem to be so helpful and got right to work on my home, but now he's dodging calls refusing to send necessary paper work forcing myself and my family to live in unhealthy circumstances all because he doesn't want to answer phones calls emails text messages my next option is to report to the better business bureau for negligence on a job. it's really sad they came highly recommend but to just leave a homeowner and their family with a half ass job with no communication is just sad, and horrible business etiquette. read more

Diego has been great to work with. Very professional, very dedicated to customer service. Alfonso and Santiago did a great job, removing the damaged drywall and flooring that we had from a burst pipe. They made sure everything in the house was covered and protected while they were working. They moved furniture that was necessary and made sure everything was sealed up properly to protect my grandson and our pets.
