Rebecca was amazing with our little puppy Koa. She's a miniature beagle so she has a lot of energy but Rebecca did a great job handling her and teaching her the commands. Before the sessions she would run out whenever the door was open and she would jump on the counter but by the time they were done she was super obedient and did (almost) everything she was asked (she's still a puppy). Rebecca is an amazing trainer! I reached out to her on a Friday night and on the next day we were already setting up the first session for my dog Charlie. She was very responsive, caring, and reliable. She came to my house on the first session to meet Charlie, who is a 3 year old white schnauzer. He greed her as he always used to do (barking a lot and being protective of me). Rebecca changed his behavior right on the first session! It was incredible! She taught me and my husband what to do for Charlie to stop barking while he is in the balcony or when someone knocks at the door. She also taught us the right way to walk him w/o letting he pull us, and how to stop him to bark at other dogs. Me and my husband started to practice what Rebecca taught us with Charlie right away. A week later she came back and Charlie was already a different dog. He is more responsive, he is walking better and we are working for him to greed other dogs more calmly. Rebecca is also helping us to have Charlie socialize with other dogs. We went to a great dog park in Coconut Grove last week and the session was a success. I was so happy to see Charlie playing and being himself with other dogs. I do still feel a little nervous that he is going to be protective over me or do something towards another dog. My homework is to keep going to that park to have Charlie socialize with other dogs and I am going to keep doing that practicing all that Rebecca have taught me. Rebecca is not only the sweetest, polite, loving girl, but is so effective in her training. We have a french bulldog that had been trained by 2 other trainers without results or any progress achieved. My 2-3 year old 39 pound mixed breed Buddy was a handful. He pulled on the leash, rushed through doors ahead of you, was aggressive with some dogs but not all, tore up couch cushions, jumped up on guests, and didn't listen especially if he got off-leash. Sometimes he got loose and I would have to follow him for a half to full mile before he would get tired and let me put him back on the leash. Rebecca has a wonderful and professional attitude and relationship with both the dog and customer. Buddy reacted and paid attention to her right away. Besides teaching Buddy what to do and how to behave she gave me the tools to perfect and reinforce those lessons. After only 6 lessons, which I worked hard at between lessons, most of the above issues are now history. I now have a dog that is happier and that I enjoy. We are able to go to the dog park at least twice a week where I can now relax and let him romp and enjoy the other dogs. I still work on the things Rebecca taught me as the job is never done.
