We've seen all four of the vets on the team throughout the years and can say they're all amazing! And most frequently see Dr. Vinge who is wonderful! Special shoutout to her vet tech, Grace, who is a lovely ray of sunshine, one of the sweetest people you'll ever meet and takes great care of our dog! The office is very good about communication- answering calls, replying to emails, keeping up with check-ins for after service care. Very good about appointments as well; rescheduling, squeezing us in, moving appointments around to accommodate schedule, etc. The office itself is very nice and has a homey feel, with a community chalk board, 'meet the staff' and compliment wall, and an office pet as well! STAY AWAY!!! You've been warned…read more Here's what happened to us.... 1. NEVER CALLED BACK. When I arranged to have my dog (Milo) stay with Crystal we began talking through logistics but then she had to jump off and she said she'd call me right back. A couple of days later, after not hearing back from her, I called her again. She said she remembered me and tried calling me back but, "must have had the wrong number". Not sure how she could have had the wrong number when your phone shows "recent calls". 2. NO DOG TOYS. No dog toys in sight, inside or outside. 3. WENT RADIO SILENT. I heard from her on Sunday at 9:49am. After not hearing from her on Monday, I texted her on Tuesday at 1:58pm, No word back. I texted again on Wednesday at 8:08am. Still silence. I then texted her later that morning at 11:10am, left a voicemail at 11:43am, sent an email at 11:48pm, and a FB message around that same time. Lastly, I left her a missed call an hour later at 12:43pm. To summarize, I sent 3 texts, called 2x, and sent an email and FB message after not hearing from her in nearly 3 days. (She claimed I didn't give her time to get in touch with me because I only sent the email and FB message 1 hour prior to us connecting via phone. However, that disregards all of the texts and calls I made in an attempt to reach her before that.) 4. ONLY PICKED UP WHEN I CALLED FROM ANOTHER NUMBER. 5. CLAIMED SHE NEVER GOT MY TEXTS, VOICEMAIL, OR MISSED CALLS. When we did connect, she claimed she never received any of my texts, my voicemail, or my missed call. I believe she doesn't realize that the iphones show when texts have been delivered. 6. YELLED AT ME FOR THE MAJORITY OF OUR CALL. 7. WRONGFULLY CLAIMED I DEMANDED MILO SIT ON SOMEONE'S LAP FOR 2 WEEKS STRAIGHT. Not only did I never request he be in someone's lap 24/7 for two weeks, but that wouldn't even be feasible... I told Crystal that Milo is most comfortable with people and loves sitting on laps and shared how I hoped he could get some lap time at her place since he gets scared easily. That statement's far from demanding he sit on a lap for 2 weeks straight. 8. WRONGFULLY CLAIMED I ACCUSED HER OF NOT FEEDING MY DOG. This thought hadn't even crossed my mind. 9. LOST HER SH*T WHEN I ASKED FOR PICTURES, AFTER SHE TOLD ME I COULD ASK FOR PICTURES. When I dropped Milo off, she said, "He's your baby; if you want pictures of him, just text me!" I thought that was very kind. After she offered to share pictures with us, I texted her [at most] once a day to ask for a photo or video. Some days, I didn't ask at all. When she finally answered my phone (when I thought to use someone else's number) she then yelled at me and claimed I was demanding because I asked for photos. She said I was the most demanding customer she's had because when she offered to send me pictures, she hadn't wanted to send them almost daily, and it was my fault for asking for the photos... 10) CANCELLED ON US 1/2 WAY THOUGH DOG BOARDING LEAVING US STRANDED MID-VACATION. Our call ended with her telling me she wouldn't continue watching my dog because I was demanding (demanding of what? I still don't know... I guess for requesting the photos that she offered to send) and that I needed to have someone pick my dog up. This led me to scramble and have to find someone at the last minute to get my dog and then care for him just as the holidays are about to start.

I dont know why they get paid when they do absolutely nothing. Very disappointed with this place and wont return. He didn't even end up getting shots or his nails done at all. I brought my 9-year-old Yorkie, Chance, to this veterinary office yesterday for two reasons: we…read morewere looking to establish care with a new veterinarian for our dogs, and I wanted to have Chance's teeth evaluated and make sure he is healthy enough to undergo a professional dental cleaning under general anesthesia. We also have another dog, Hazel, who we plan to bring in and establish as a patient here in the future, so finding a vet we feel comfortable with for both of our dogs was very important to us. Unfortunately, I have to admit that I didn't keep up with Chance's dental care the way I should have, and he has already lost a few of his front teeth from heavy plaque and tartar buildup. As a dental hygienist, this is especially hard for me because I know firsthand how important oral health is and how much untreated dental disease can affect overall health. I feel terrible that I let his teeth get to this point. Chance had a dental cleaning when he was around 5 years old, but it was more of a superficial cleaning. At the time, they essentially wrapped him up like a little burrito and cleaned his teeth without anesthesia. Since then, it has been several years, and I even tried using my own dental instruments to clean his teeth myself. I quickly realized that this was not something I could safely or effectively do at home, and I certainly didn't want to put him through being restrained and wrapped up again. I knew he needed proper dental X-rays and a thorough cleaning performed by a veterinary professional. At our appointment, Dr. Walsh carefully evaluated Chance's teeth, and we also had a senior blood panel done to make sure he is healthy enough to undergo general anesthesia and to minimize the risk of any complications. We are currently waiting to hear back about his bloodwork results. In the meantime, he was prescribed antibiotics to help reduce the bacterial load before his upcoming dental procedure. So far, I've had a great experience with this veterinary office. The vet tech took the time to go over all of the expected costs with me, provided a written copy and detailed breakdown, and I really appreciated the transparency. I especially liked that they included potential extractions in the estimate just in case they are needed, while also explaining that those charges would be removed if extractions are not necessary. Based on what I've seen with Chance's teeth, I unfortunately expect that he will need at least a few extractions, especially because I noticed how loose some of his teeth were when I attempted to clean them myself. We have already scheduled Chance's dental cleaning with Dr. Walsh for a few weeks from now, assuming his bloodwork comes back okay. I'm very happy that we found this office and feel confident that Chance is in good hands. We came in specifically because of his dental needs, but we were also looking for a veterinarian we could establish a long-term relationship with for both of our dogs, and so far, we are very happy with our experience. We look forward to bringing Hazel in as well and making this our regular veterinary office. Most importantly, I'm looking forward to getting Chance's mouth healthy again!
