We could not have been more pleased with the attention and care shown to our feisty kitty. We can now enjoy the rest of our vacation and our cat is back to his normal spunky self. If you are on vacation and needing a vet quickly, I recommend this vet group 100% without any reservation! They had magnets in the room on a magnet board that said take one, and we have brought it to leave on the condo fridge where we are staying. The place is not fancy, in fact she is a one man show and grooms in her home. She is very good with dogs and Marshall warmed right up to her. She did a full groom, bath , face massage, nails , and anal glands. Price was $70 We were happy with the results and will return when in the area. Highly recommend.

They offer day care services and boarding for all sizes, from luxury suits to small dog kennels, there is a place for all sizes. There is a groomer on sight, who together with her team, can outdo Edward Sizzorhands that's how talented they are! I am sharing my experience so other pet owners can make an informed decision…read more I boarded my two dogs here for one week. Both were healthy before boarding and had recently been seen by my veterinarian. During the stay, my 12-year-old German Shepherd, Mojo, became critically ill and collapsed. At the emergency vet, he had a 106°F fever, dehydration and serious gastrointestinal and organ abnormalities. He died that day. My other dog, Rigby, came home from the same boarding stay and developed a 103°F fever, vomiting and diarrhea. Despite veterinary care, his health declined rapidly and he was euthanized approximately three days later. I repeatedly requested records showing when my dogs we given water and administered their medications, as well as an incident report. I have not received the documentation I requested, despite being told that protocols were followed. I also saw an approximately five-week-old wolf-dog puppy at the facility that I was told had been confiscated from a backyard breeding situation. I asked about its veterinary care and vaccination status but did not receive answers. This concerned me because customers are required to provide vaccination records for their own dogs. My veterinarian later explained that without specific PCR testing, infectious causes could not be ruled out. I am not claiming to know exactly what caused my dogs' illnesses. What I know is that both dogs became critically ill during or immediately after the same boarding stay and both died within days. We requested MANY times to alert clients about our dogs' symptoms and deaths. To our knowledge they never let anyone know. I know that I would want to know. Losing Mojo and Rigby was devastating. I believe pet owners deserve documentation, transparency and answers when something this serious happens. I would want another pet owner to know about my experience before deciding where to leave their animals.

The receptionist/owner(?) said that if that were the case, I would have to come today at noon. I said fine and arrived on time. Flag #1 Receptionist/owner(?) was very unfriendly, didn't smile, gave no welcome, and was very difficult to understand (accent). The reception area overwhelmed me with aromatherapy, and it took an hour to leave my clothes/hair. Flag #2 - I brought in vaccination paperwork that any reputable groomer would ask for, and she only took a cursory look and said she did not 'keep paperwork.' Flag#3 - Contrary to what was agreed to yesterday, she said if I wanted express service for my pup, I would have to come back at 2 p.m. I agreed. Flag#4 - I arrived on time. They had obviously been busy. A quick peek in the back looked like an explosion of dog hair with a cute little dog still trussed up waiting for someone to complete its groom. My dog is a barker, and she made it clear she didn't like it. She asked a few times if he had ever bitten anyone, and I told her no, but I think he would if hurt. She brought him to the back, and shortly after, I heard my pup give 2 yelps like he was hurt. She came back out and said she thought he was going to bite and wanted to use a muzzle (never needed one before), and maybe if I went back, I could calm him. An older man was standing with him, and the pup was obviously in distress. Told them it was just not working out and left.

I will make a point to remember her name next time.) Anyway, I could tell she loved dogs right away. She took their leashes off and let them roam around sniffing and checking things out. She had water and toys available for them. She didn't snatch my babies and put them right in a cage. I love that. I hate feeling bad when I leave them to get groomed. I didn't feel that way here. I also appreciated bringing them in and Picking them up in a few hours. It was a relief knowing they wouldn't be in cages all day long! This is the only place in town, that I've tried, that does this. When I went to get them, they were on the floor with blankets and toys. They looked great and they were so happy! I will most definitely be coming back. FYI, you don't have to turn in off of 220. The road goes through to Henley, much easier that way. :)
