I don't think they have same staff members like used to be or not BUT.. they mixed up my dog with other dog. Thank god that I was there on time and saw .. but receptionist handed wrong dog to other person but the person didn't know if it was her dog? Which I was VERY confused by. I saw my dog in the parking as soon as I entered the parking lot to park my car, stranger was holding my god ( I KNOW HOW MY DOG LOOKS LIKE EVEN AFTER GROOMING ) cuz I always get the same style and been here more than years.. so I rolled up my window and yelled that is my dog but receptionist says No this is "x" (dog's name) not yours( mine was Tori); sounded similar with Tori but ANYWAY I realized the stranger put leashed on MY DOG and calling him her dog's name and I was speechless.. started to approach to them and explain but stranger and receptionist denied? Kept saying this is "x". Asked receptionist to bring other dog and I saw the other dog that she thinks that is my dog but IT WAS NOT my dog .. much bigger and different color.. not sure how the dog owner was confused by but they do not look a like AT ALL. My dog kept trying to come to me but the lady was like " Oh do you want to say Hi to her"? I was like.. that is MY DOG.. and the dog owner finally realized that my dog wasn't her dog ... this is SO insane....... I am still shaking and no one apologized to me. Imagine if I wasn't there on time. I had another lady who stood behind me ( watching the whole situation)saying that is crazy.. I guess It is time to find another groomer OR I need to make name tag for my dog with my picture. read more

Great local business! Save your time, don't go to the chains - All Pets Considered has a wide variety of pet supplies and other products for pet lovers. And expert staff that can help you make the right decision. I am a "dog person" because we've always had dogs, and my mom was afraid of cats. But recently I acquired 6 cats (don't ask), and multiple cats means multiple problems if you don't understand them. The staff at APC helped me to understand what might help, and it did! This is the best pet store I've ever patronized. It's a locally owned business that sells health food (even the refrigerated kind), has a grooming facility, facilitates adoption fairs for kittens/cats & sells the coolest stuff like t-shirts, doormats, car decals, baked goods (for pets), postcards & a bunch of other awesomeness. They even have bins (like the candy ones at the grocery store) for dog/cat treats. I've never been to such a hip pet store. The staff is really friendly. Available is a reward program. I just adore the place. I've frequented it for 9 years so far. read more

I love this place! I come here for most of my pet needs. Our Bichon comes here to get groomed, and they have a lot of homemade treats and goodies (a lot is specialty such as wheat or grain free so they're good for those who have special diets). The grooming here is great for a reasonable price and they have a huge selection of toys, bowls, and food for both kitties and dogs a like :) I also love this place because they are very big on adoptions and rescues, and even have some cats for adoption in the store. It's a great place to visit if you want to go somewhere where the employees actually care about your dogs as much as you do. read more

I highly recommend All Pets Considered. The store employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. All of the groomers are friendly and thorough. I am blind and bring my Guide Dog to the grooming salon every month. I appreciate that I can order specific products and have my orders delivered when needed. I will absolutely never visit this place again. When dropping my cat off I made sure to ask specifically for a trim and a brush out for slight matting in my long-haired domestic cats fur. When picking her up a half hour later she was completely shaven with the "lion cut". Not at ALL what I asked for. All of her fur was gone. Apparently this is the only cut available at this location but they fail to mention that until after the cut is done and they need payment. Bad service and I don't recommend this to anyone!! read more

Highly recommend for great service and large variety of high quality, hard to locate pet foods. They recommended to us "Fromm" brand dog food and we've been very pleased. We have a special needs dog and they take great care of us, every time we visit. Stop by-you won't be disappointed. Really like the cheerful exterior of the building, too. They never called me about my dog and cat appointment (that's fine I remembered), never told me about any documents I needed to bring- I got there and they had to call my vet to get vaccines- turns out my cats rabbis was due and so I they couldn't groom her. The girl who checked us in said they are supposed to check up on vaccines before we come, not sure why it wasn't done. YEAH THANKS! This place is already 30 mins from my house- I had to turn around and take my cat home before I could do anything else. THEN when they called me to get my dog, she was covered in hair- like right when I picked her up there was hair all over me. What happened to a bath or blow dry? These guys seem too small for the amount of traffic they are getting and are letting the 'little' important things fall between the cracks. Not going back. read more

I just had an amazing experience with my dog. She usually is anxious in new places, especially where other dogs are. Within two minutes, a very friendly staff member had helped me find exactly what I came in for, fitted (and complimented) my girl. After that, we basically enjoyed walking around this store. They have everything-- even matatabi,/silvervine which I didn't even know you could get outside of Japan (and if regular catnip doesn't do it for your kitten, try this!). I've never had my dogs professionally groomed since none of them are breeds that require hair cuts, but I was looking for a place to get one of my dog's nails trimmed because she's so skittish that I hate doing it myself, and I found All Pets Considered. After looking at their posted prices online which all included the basic bath package, I decided to call and get a quote for just the basic bath package since my dogs were due for a bath anyway and I had company coming. Their prices are so reasonable and I was able to take all 3 of my dogs in an hour after I called. My dogs came back smelling better than they've ever smelled and softer than they've ever been. One of my dogs normally has fur like straw even after I condition it and he generally smells bad about a day after his bath, but All Pets Considered somehow managed to make him soft and days later he still smells good. I will definitely be taking my dogs back! read more
