Location is great. i almost always stop there when i go to trader joe's. they will recycle your pet food bags. i like that they have collections for animal shelters and causes. They always have the products I look for and all employees know where to find products and often stop what they are doing and show customers. i recently learned you can wash your dog for $14. My experience started out good until I noticed that my groomer was canceling my appointments while I was walking in the store the day of my appointment. I brought this to the managers attention several times like always they always stick together in this store tge "customer" is NOT always right!! So since my groomer was getting away with this behavior with "NO" recourse she then began pushing me off to another groomer whom started to do the same thing right in front of me and other customers/employee on the very day of my appointment. Once again i mentioned this behavior and the manager supported his employees and showed no attempt to "STOP" these two girls one girl short with piercings and the other girl tall with head shaved on both sides from this type of behavior "disrespectful and unprofessional" towards customer(s). As long as these two girls are "managing" the grooming salon and NOT the manager its just a matter of time before you will become another statistic of child like managing at the expense and safety of your dog. My dog was hurt during nail clipping by the shaved head groomer while I was standing right inside the grooming area my dog cried out!!! When I asked this same groomer what happened my dog cried she lied to my face and said "nothing".... I don't like be lied to..I don't like being made a fool of and I don't like my dog or myself being disrespected...if your willing to allow others to disrespect you or your dog and cause harm to your dog (she limped for a few weeks after this nail trim thank GOD no infection) then this is the place you should take your dog!!! read more

My dog was groomed & was energetic & fine, not sure what they are giving him before grooming, this is the 2nd time I paid alot of money & my pet came home sick throwing up diarrhea extremely vomiting from Monday - Friday My family was around the staying up cleaning up mess from everywhere the worse experiences ever I will not be returning I paid $125.00 one time for two dogs & $88.00 for my dog second grooming experience. Fairly new business located in the Brassfield Shopping Center in Greensboro. They have quite a variety of pet supplies ranging from numerous kinds of food, chews, fish accessories, dog apparel, and they even carry dog slushies which my dog loves. The staff are very helpful and attentive to customer's needs. This establishment is fairly new. I am blown away at customer service. The staff here goes out of their way to greet you and make sure you're finding everything you need and willing to help in anyway. I've done the pick up order twice- everything was accounted for and there's a cute note attached. We've used the self service dog station and are really pleased. It's small (three bays- understandable for the kind of establishment this is) but for the cost it's great. They offer discounts if you're a rewards member and I've saved over $40 in one order. They can't be beat value and customer service. I'm so glad they've come to our area I'm hooked. read more

Do not be offended when I say I do not trust your survey system or feel you all take aspects of your business seriously, as it fails to allow me to send my feedback. I have only experienced your Greensboro Battleground location and have not had a positive experience compared to most other pet-related retail chains in the area. During my last visit, the front counter area was packed with four to five employees doing nothing; most were talking, and another was just sitting there. I walked in this Monday to find a front counter empty for about five minutes of my shopping, which took me back and forth from one section to another. As is often the case, the store didn't have everything I needed. The food I wanted wasn't in stock again, and the Purina Pro Forta Flora was gone, label and all. I was told this location was going through a reload, and you all may not be stocking the Forta Flora in stores. For some reason, it has been on sale numerous times but not stocked well enough at those timeframes. I know there is an issue with people stealing this product because of its size and cost, but tell me why you make it easy for people to steal but not easy for customers to buy. Once again, we went to another store in the area and purchased the Forta Flora there. They make it relatively easy compared to what your store offers. For starters, they consistently have it in stock. Then, we simply go to the counter and ask for it, and they remove it from a locked cabinet. How is it that you all have not implemented a similar process? Since there has been contact or a sign of improvement, we may only buy in the rare instance--a moment equivalent to seeing a unicorn in the wild--when you offer a coupon and actually have the product we need. read more

Our experience at this store was not good. Indifferent, unfriendly employees for one thing. When we asked for a particular item for our pet, one of the staff said "I'm really busy right now. That item is somewhere in the back of the store." Also had our dog get a bath and groom at Pet Supplies Plus and we were not happy with the job the groomer did. Won't be back to this store. We won't be spending money in a place that apparently doesn't care about customer satisfaction. One positive point: the store is really close to Trader Joe's which was wonderful customer service! read more

I have shopped at pet supplies plus at various locations. It is usually because it's the most available pet store when I needed something right away. I do find your prices higher than other stores. I also find that there's less Personnel available for customer assistance. This has been my experience at only a few stores in different areas. The quality of the air products seem satisfactory. Had an appointment today in the grooming area for my sweet girl, Layla. I forgot her vaccination records and Anna didn't hesitate to call the vet herself and get the answers she needed. Layla got a wash, brush, nail trim and her ears cleaned. An extremely reasonable price for the extent of the services she received. Layla left clean, happy and with the cutest complimentary Halloween bandana. Anna was amazing and we will definitely be returning for her services! read more
