And this nail fall toe is not the only infection toe!! A professional veterinarian should have the skills and compassion to prevent such harm yet what I experienced showed the exact opposite. It's heartbreaking to see my dog suffer because of their negligence. Layne Shelton you should be ashamed of calling this "treatment." No pet deserves to go through what my dog went through under your care. This kind of unprofessional behavior is truly shameful and completely unacceptable. We have 2 senior rescue shih tzus and they have chronic skin issues. I needed to find somewhere with same day service and they were so accommodating. My first visit was with a Dr that didn't give off a friendly vibe. In come Dr. Gavin. WOW! Love her! She takes time to explain and showed me how to clean out their ears(I was not doing it correctly for sure). Her care for these dogs was genuine. I'm glad I switched and the dogs are recovering.

After calling the hospital we had taken her to last time (Blue Pearl in Kirkland) who didn't have capacity they sweetly recommended this spot. I called and they were able to get us in and we were seen a few times by a friendly vet assistant and a kind doctor over the span of an hour. They are open from 11 am - 11 pm daily and now know this is a good alternative when I can't get her into see her regular vet during the day. The room and clinic were so clean. The entrance honestly made me feel as though I was heading for a spa appointment with the soothing music, plants, and nice scent.

They informed us that they hadn't even STARTED on her cleaning. 6 hours she was there, and they did absolutely nothing. NOTHING. Due to the procedure she didn't have any food or water since the night before. We decided to go and pick her up, since she wouldn't be done for multiple hours, and hadnt had any food/water since yesterday. I arrived around 3pm to pick her up. I'm not a confrontational person but i felt the need to say something, because this unacceptable. The owner FOLLOWED ME OUT TO MY CAR to lecture me on why she couldn't have food/water. I know, i'm not stupid. There is NO reason why they couldn't have called to tell us they were running late, or to update us, my sweet dog was stuck in a crate for 6 hours, for no reason cause they didn't even do anything. She is visibly distressed, still hasn't ate or drank anything since being home, and is not acting like herself at all. You guys are horrible. Treating an animal poorly is a different kind of sick. Never coming back.
