We love Salish. Our large crew of dogs come here and we have an account set up for a rescue group that I volunteer for. If any of our dogs need surgery and Dr T says it's something he can do, we go with him. He has years of experience and isn't afraid to say when something may need to be handled by a specialist. He's done multiple surgeries on our dogs and all have gone great. We've had everything done here from ortho surgery, to giardia, to upset stomachs, to torn toenails, injuries from a dog attack (someone else's dog on our dog), and basic care like annual exams, dentals and vaccines. We have never had concerns about the level of care we've received or the recommended treatment course. Our dog Dani had kidney disease and they saw us through that to the day we had to say goodbye. Dr Kent provided most of her care and when it was time for her to go, she heard and came in to see us. She was so kind and so compassionate. Other staff who remembered Dani also gave their condolences. I've never had issue with the professionalism or courtesy of the staff. There are times they are busy and therefore a little shorter on conversation, but I'm OK with that. I don't expect everyone to stop what they are doing and greet me with a big bubbly hello. This is a working clinic and they need to get things done, so I'd prefer they be brief with me and focus on my pet when it's busy. We are grateful for a staff that works hard and provides excellent care. There is a shortage of vets and vet staff nation wide, so we are lucky to have them in our area. read more

Well, this veterinary clinic is ONLY about money! They have seen our dog in the last year over 10 times! For allergies and they won't even prescribe a second dose of antibiotics without seeing him, yet again! More money! They are terrible! Save your money, they don't care about animals! We took our dog here for a dental cleaning and xrays, which requires anesthesia. They shaved her arm for the IV, and shaved her so hard they took off skin! We had to take steps to keep her from licking it. Sorry for the gross picture. read more

My cat died because of negligence :) My cat was dying and they stretched out appointments, charged ridiculous amounts and prescribed and strongly recommended the medication Senvelgo, that killed him. They didn't warn us about any of the side effects or schedule follow up tests which were very seriously needed for this specific medication. They said it was basically the same as the normal treatment and even said it would be better for us. I now wonder if they got a kickback from the company. After the medication sent him to the emergency room, and every other vet there said they would have NEVER given him the medication, considering his diagnosis and condition he was in. Not only this, but they also said he probably had another diagnosis that wasn't caught in time, like cancer. Now, im sure there were many factors leading to his death.... but the medication they prescribed was in fact what sent him over the edge. I do want to acknowledge this was not a collective action of every doctor or vet tech at this clinic. The other people there were kind and helpful, but the fact is our cat ended up dead. Now i will forever be hating myself for not choosing the Snoqualmie Ridge Vet when we were first concerned. This was a while ago but i wanted to share because i don't want this to happen to any other pets. Obviously we've switched to Snoqualmie Ridge Vet. We've been holding off on writing this review, hoping things would eventually be resolved the right way. But our dog is still in pain, the situation has only gotten worse, and at this point we feel it's important to speak up for the sake of other pet owners. Last year (2024), our dog had dental extractions done at Salish Veterinary Hospital. Months later, she was still showing signs of pain. We called the clinic multiple times with concern and were told by the receptionist that everything we were seeing was normal healing. We were never once told to bring her in for a recheck or that these signs could mean something had gone wrong. When we moved across the state, our new vet reviewed the original x-rays and was surprised a dental specialist wasn't consulted before the surgery. She told us that based on what she saw, she would have referred us to a veterinary dental specialist before moving forward. That alone was alarming to hear. We went back to Salish with that information and asked if they would consider helping financially, given that the complications may have come from the original procedure. But instead of support or care, we were met with pushback and dismissal. The receptionist was defensive, and it felt like we were being told to just deal with it and let her keep healing. It's now been almost a year, and she still hasn't recovered. We've invested in our dog's care and trusted this clinic to help her heal. The surgery was expensive, and we believed we were doing the right thing by bringing her to a vet we thought would handle things thoroughly and professionally. Instead, we were left trying to figure out what went wrong. We've worked with both the original clinic and our current provider trying to get answers, and we are at our wits end. Seeing her pain get worse while being stuck financially is gut-wrenching. This is the first time we've ever had an issue with a vet in 12 years of caring for our dog. We've had amazing experiences elsewhere, which makes this even more frustrating. We strongly believe this issue came from the original procedure, but instead of support, we've been pressured to carry the full cost of proving it ourselves. That's not right. We've even considered reporting this to the Washington State Veterinary Board. Veterinary care should come with trust, empathy, and accountability. That wasn't our experience here. We hope others don't have to go through what we've had to. At this point, we are not expecting to reach back out to Salish. After witnessing the unprofessionalism and lack of responsibility, we don't feel there's anything more to be said. We are sharing this review to help others make informed choices. Since Dr. Twyla Brown left the clinic care has gone downhill. I think they are understaffed both with vets and client reps. We were given the wrong meds, expired meds, and meds packaged incorrectly, rendering them useless. I was given no apologies. Exams were not as thorough and test results are not discussed completely. Veterinarians seem to be rushed. There is a very rude and belligerent front desk staff, named Chris(female) who when confronted with something Salish had done wrong, tries to flip the blame on me and argues about it. I have had several run-ins with her. We waited over a week for the lab results to be reviewed. Now considering changing over to Dr. Brown's clinic, even though it is less convenient and only open on weekdays. read more

I can't say how wonderful Dr. Thomazin has been for us. All the staff as well. Our poor dog Greta was born with two bad knees and we had to have surgery twice in less than 6 months. It is what it is, we will all forget about the money eventually. But, it's been trying and tough for all. But, blessedly my little Greta is going to have a decade or so at least of being my friend. And ultimately that is priceless. Thank you so much, I'm an old veteran, I have met all sorts. People you could trust, people you couldn't, and people who try and fall short. We walked in with our very sick dog this morning and was given an appt to be seen soon after doctor arrived. So grateful! TY Rachel. Vet asst (kate?) triaged as soon as we walked in room - very gingerly took rolo from us to go run labs and xray. Soon afterwards (much quicker than we expected) the doctor came in to give us the worst news ever but did it with care and kindness. We so appreciated Dr Larsons honest opinion on how to treat our lil buddy. We wanted to take him home so badly and never return. The team was the kindest and most thoughtful ever. When you see red eyes or tears in strangers eyes who don't even know your lil buddy, you know you're dealing with good hearts! What a great team. Everything ran very smooth, no standing up at the desk blubbering and signing paperwork for end of life prep work - they did it all in a comfortable room where we said our goodbyes to Rolo. So well handled. Thank you ladies for making a tragic day easier. Not that it mattered at all, but we were literally in & out in a little over 1.5 hrs. We were undecided about which local vet to use for our golden retrievers so we have gone to both Salish and the Ridge over the past year, depending on who could see us more quickly. We have been really disappointed with Salish on multiple occasions and are now taking our dogs and our money over to the Snoqualmie Ridge vets permanently. If you are someone that likes details, here they are: Our first puppy developed symptoms of a UTI and we took her to Salish for treatment. They put her on meds and scheduled us for a follow up. The treatment didn't help and I brought her back in for the follow up. I was told no vet was available to see her and that a follow up is not an appointment with a vet. They told me someone would call me later. It was a complete waste of my time to bring my dog in to be then sent home sight unseen. Both of our puppies developed diarrhea and we had fecal tests done with Salish to rule out giardia. I called for the results and was told they both tested negative. A vet tech called me later that night and said that one of them tested positive. The vet called me the next morning to tell me that they both tested positive and that both needed treatment. It was a really confusing, poorly communicated experience. One puppy continued to have symptoms a few weeks after his giardia treatment. He developed explosive diarrhea every hour or two......day and night. Salish was able to get us in for a same day urgent visit. We paid extra for the urgent visit and for an extensive diarrhea panel. Five long days later, we called and they had the results but wouldn't share them with us because our vet wasn't working that day. I spoke with Alison and she said it would take too much time for another vet to look over our puppy's chart (he is 3 months old and has had a total of 3 vet visits). She said that we would just have to wait another day until our vet calls us. I explained that we had booked an urgent visit and had been waiting for five days and our puppy really needed some relief. She refused to let us speak with another vet and never acknowledged or apologized for withholding his labs/treatment. We called the next morning to speak with our vet and were told she was busy with other patients and that she hadn't looked over our labs. We tried again at lunch and after lunch with the same results. She finally called us right before closing and we were able to get down there for an antibiotic for his bacterial infection. We started the medication right away and it gave him almost immediate relief, allowing him to sleep through the night for the first time in almost a week. This was a HORRIBLE experience for us. I still can't believe the lack of urgency and communication we experienced with this clinic and how they handled the entire situation. In contrast, our interactions with Snoqualmie Ridge vets have been great. Everyone we've spoken to is friendly and kind. They seem to love seeing and caring for our pups. If you choose Salish, I sincerely hope your experience is better than ours. read more

Updating my previous review.. Vet care at Salish is still great. My issues and concerns are always addressed promptly and (so far) I haven't been hit with a ridiculous vet bill. Dog boarding and customer service at Salish are not great. The ladies at the front desk used to be super friendly and helpful. They always acknowledged me when I walked in the door. The last 2 experiences I have had left me wishing that the valley had more boarding & veterinary options. Both negative experiences have been with the same employee. I didn't notice a name tag.. but it was an orange-haired female.. I was not greeted at arrival either time. And when I walked up to the desk each time, I was basically hit with a what do you want. I made a boarding reservation for 5 days. I wasn't told until I dropped off that the prices had changed from $32 a night to $45 a night. This is pretty substantial increase and had I known, I would have boarded at a real top-notch kennel for that price. (pro tip: If you're looking for somewhere nicer to board your dogs, drive 20 min & go to centennial kennels in Maple Valley. They are amazing.) It was already too late to make other plans so I was like okay whatever. We got home yesterday but they are not open on Sunday so I could not pick up until Monday . So I was already paying for a day that I didn't need boarding. I picked up my dog today at 10:25 a.m. and was charged for 6 days of boarding even though I only boarded for 5. I obviously questioned this after reviewing the invoice. The lady rudely explained that it was because I didn't pick up by 10 a.m. The pickup hours should be made clear at drop off if their policies are so inflexible. I have picked up at this same time & never been charged for an extra day. I was under the impression pickup was before 11 but she didn't care. She may also want to work on phone etiquette since a big part of her day is probably answering the phone. I overheard the way that she placed a call on hold and if it was me, I would have hung up. "Salish Veterinary. I am with a bunch of clients so you're going to be waiting a while. *click* " Maybe the reason she is so rude is because they're understaffed. Previously, there would be 3-4 people at the desk and the last few times it was only 1-2. I don't know and I don't really care. It's unacceptable. I definitely wouldn't want someone like that as the face of my business. read more

Amazing place, incredibly kind doctors and staff, and they took excellent care of my girl. She had been poorly managed by other vets at other practices, who did not take the right precautions for her safety and I had almost given up on trying to find a place who can take care of her and give her the medical attention she needs. I cannot recommend this place enough. Dr.Thomason is the absolute best. Please note that they are not an ER, they do tend to require detailed dog history and medical records before accepting the pet as a new patient. So this isn't the place I'd go to for an emergency, but absolutely hands down yes for all other serious and non-serious care. read more

Then they tried pushing an injection of fluids and probiotics, when I said I didn't need them because she was eating and drinking fine. First off, they don't push medication here like most vets. So don't worry about having to listen to a sales pitch about the newest flea or tic or heart worm drug on the market. Second, everyone here loves animals. Not a single rude or uncaring person. Respect, tenderness, compassion, and just awesomeness. Lastly, they're reasonably priced. Less than a lot of other vets with warmer care. 100% recommend if you have a pet or are getting a pet. Special thank you to Dr Foss for accurately diagnosing our puppy with an infection. After a terrible ER visit to BluePearl, Dr Foss gave us the most compassionate care I've received at a vet and an accurate diagnoses. We received a postcard in the mail that one of our dogs was due for a vaccination, so we called and booked an appointment for the vaccine with a nail trim. I showed up today for the appointment to be told that the dog is up-to-date on their vaccinations and the postcard was a mistake. I proceeded to get the nail trim anyways since I already had to re-arrange my schedule for a mid-day appointment and wasted 30 minutes commuting. I was charged $20 for a two minute nail trim. (I guess this was my fault for not asking about the price of the trim, so I won't deduct anything for that, I was just bitter that I already wasted my time so I agreed to it) Rating as follows, 4/5 stars for a baseline - 1 star for misinformation on the postcard - 1 star for not correcting the misinformation when booking the appointment - 1 star for wasting 30 minutes of my time to commute to an appointment that wasn't necessary because the dog is up-to-date on their shots It would have been great if we didn't get misinformation in the first place, or when we called to book the appointment. It's a little sad the notification didn't come until I arrived for the appointment and wasted my time, and to still charge me $20 for a two minute nail trim. I'd love to work where I can bill my time for $600 hour after wasting the customer's time because I provided them with incorrect information. I will be looking for a new vet. read more

A very good friend of mine referred me to Salish, as she had had very good experiences with this place when it came to her dogs. I decided to give them the opportunity to help my dog with what turned out to be age-related spinal problems. I scheduled the initial appointment, and they were able to get us in that same day, a Wednesday. Okay, score #1. The intake seemed pretty simple, and then the staff showed us into an exam room. Unlike most other places I have been to, this was fairly large, allowing your pet to roam a bit. Score #2. One of the docs came in, but didn't introduce herself, however, did allow my dog to check her out to make sure that she was comfortable with the doc. (Strike #1/Score #3.) The visit went as expected, x-rays were taken and recommendations were made. A couple of prescriptions were offered, but nothing to alleviate muscle spasms & severe nerve pain. I was assured that I would be called with the radiologists report no later than that Friday. Friday comes and goes, no call (Strike #2). I call twice, no constructive response, other than to be assured I would receive a phone call Saturday morning. Didn't happen (Strike #3). After 3 more phone calls, Dr. T. finally got involved. I voiced my concerns about my dog not getting much relief from her pain with what had been issued for medication. He gave her 2 more meds to help specifically with that, and told me I would get a phone call Monday about her x-rays. He also stated that he would want to do some bloodwork on her in about 6 months if she was on the meds regularly to check and make sure her liver & kidneys were doing okay with the meds. I did not receive the report until Tuesday, after calling AGAIN. (Strike #4) Fast forward to today: I called over a month later for refills on 2-weeks worth of pain-management meds. After an extended time on hold, the staffer came back on the line and told me that he had to get the okay, but now they want to see my dog in June for bloodwork.... (?).. So now it's 3 months, not 6 months... and ignored the fact that I told him that my dog is only medicated as needed, not daily. I mean I did make 2 weeks worth of meds last almost 5, and some of them still had a few pills left! After listening to him stammering out more excuses, I just had to end the call (Strike #5) To top it all off, I went to pick up the refills tonight. It seemed to go as it should, until I got home and went to put the vials away.... and noticed one of them had someone else's name on it, and a different medication name than what I was supposed to have received... This is all after the gal at the desk rattled off all 4 meds CORRECTLY in confirmation! SO now I get to make another trip to get the correct pain-management medication for my dog. (Strike #6) Had Salish held up to everyone's reviews and my friend's experiences, I would be giving them 4 or 5 stars. As it is, I'm having a hard time giving them 2. The incompetence and severe lack of follow-through I have dealt with here is just mind-blowing. read more

My regular mobile vet doesn't do surgeries and I needed to have my new pup neutered. From the scheduling to post op instructions everything at Salish was a breeze! The entire staff were very helpful and my little guy healed super fast. I will definitely use them again!!! read more

Our dog was having what appeared to be a very sudden seizure or heart attack today. Not knowing what to do to try and save him and in a complete panic we called the Salish Vet for help. We explained what was happening to the lady on the phone and she told us they weren't seeing new patients and couldn't help us, even with an emergency. We pleaded with her for help, but no luck. Looking back, we didn't have much time, if seems someone could have just talked us thru dog CPR, or provided some steps to at least try and save him, just over the phone. We lost precious minutes and ultimately lost our family dog today. read more

She needed a life threatening surgery and I had called at least 20 vets before but Salish should have been my 1st call. After so many "no's" and "we are booked out two months" I called Salish and they could take her right away, same day! It was amazing and a Christmas miracle! I'm still in shock I didn't have to choose between my dogs life and a $8k emergency vet bill at a 24/7 clinic! Salish was completely reasonable with pricing and was actually affordable for us! They were so communicative with me during the entire process, so kind, caring, and compassionate! The service I received from scheduling my appointment over the phone to the veterinary care was exceptional. I got a puppy at 8 weeks old. The breeder gave her two cycles of shots and deworming treatments. There was a two week window to continue the cycle so I scheduled an appointment at Snoqualmie Ridge Veterinary Hospital for the day she turned 10 weeks old. I was told by the vet that he likes to wait until she is at the 12 week mark to give her next cycle of shots, therefore missing the window. He also had no clue what the skin irritation was on her belly. I quickly asked around and was referred to Dr Thomazin at Salish. I ended up missing the window due to the queue for an appointment with the right doctor and ended up having to restart her puppy shots entirely. These shots are not cheap and is quite frustrating I had to wait until my pup was 16 weeks old to start her puppy shots ...poor girl! Once at Salish, Dr. Thomazin came out and spoke with me for at least 20-30 minutes (despite pandemic) about my dogs health and the various vaccinations he likes to give as well as things to look for. He is extremely knowledgeable and will be taking my golden here for the duration of her life as well as other furry friends! read more

My wife and I visited Salish yesterday with our nearly 14-year-old golden retriever, Youppi, in an emergency--she was pretty much unable to stand or walk, and our regular vet was not open. Dr. Brown and everyone in the office were great from the moment we arrived; I even asked for assistance getting our dog out of the car (after shoulder surgery a few weeks ago, I can't pick her up), and the staff jumped to help. Then, they treated both us and Youppi with great care and patience, which was very important, as we were all a bit emotional. The staff explained everything thoroughly, gave us a go-forward plan until we can figure out more definitively what's going on, and spent far longer with us than most patients (I'm guessing, anyway). We love our regular vet, but we are very grateful that the folks at Salish were there for us when we really needed immediate care. I'd recommend them to anybody. read more

My puppy started here 10/20 for his first exam and received one of two in the series of puppy shots. I was sold the puppy pack being told two visits and shots included. I was clearly instructed to bring him back in 3-4 weeks for shot #2. I make the appointment advising this was puppy shot number two no problem. I thought! When that appointment time neared I had covid. Doing the right thing called canceled the appointment. I heard the vet in the background stating the appointment I had canceled was too late anyway the shots now would have to start over. Not pleased about being mid-advised initially but ok. Make the next appointment. This was an early morning appointment which happened to be the day after a big wind storm. No power or internet. Nobody was there. No sign on the door and do to the power internet thing the office had no phones. They call a few days later I'd already sent a detailed request thru the app to reschedule. After setting the appointment I realized I would be out of town at the 3 week mark for shot 2. I call advise of the situation. They begin arguing with me telling me that was not correct. Remember we are here because the vet himself said 4 weeks was too late for that second shot. They make my appointments at my insistence. I arrive yesterday I'm told my appointment is only for shots. No vet in house today! Even though my 2 initial app requests clearly stated what we needed. I'm told the visit would be free when we come in in 3 weeks there would be a charge then. And I would need to make an appointment for my other request. Now I clearly frustrated I express that stating I will come back for the shot which I had already paid as for this was their error. And would not be returning. Frustrated dropped the f-bomb one time she runs in and gets someone else (the person who was smoking outside the office upon my arrival quite professionally indeed). This person says in a very intrusive tone says what's your problem you've only been here once!And proceeds to try to put me in my place over swearing at her employee. I advised she was going to quit talking and listen to my experience to understand why I'm so frustrated. She actually made the simple minded comment that the day the power was out they updated Facebook and the app!. Really! But the internet was down in this area so that was a ridiculous comment. And certainly not by the time my early 9 am appointment. I had cell service that would fade in and out I had checked the app to get their phone number to call while waiting in the parking lot. I'm expected to check Facebook to see if my vet that is a mile away from my house is open. I wasn't as angry then as the lady who had driven from Bellevue to find them closed. She brings my dog back doing most of what I had requested rudely says that will be $79. What I was told a few minutes before that it was free. Now I'm livid at this persons lack of customer service and attitude towards me. Trying to calm myself down and not go ballistic on the young diva. Instead of calmly explaining my dogs ear flush and nail trim had a charge and, by the way they also charged for the shots which I'd paid for in the puppy pack. She throws and accusatory remark at me telling me to just pay my bill clearly insinuating I was try to get out of paying, all the while I have my debit card in hand trying to get her to take it. She tells me not to come back even for the second shot. No problem at this point. With this type of treatment no way! I tried to apologize stating I'm sorry I'm such a "b" but this is about customer service. She actually turned and walked away while I was still speaking. Granted once she turned away that's when my temper truly showed. I expressed there are other vets out there. And good luck but that was it. I was angry yes for being treated with such poor customer service. They messed up more than once My bad for using three swear words. Yes three! Never towards them just in sentences if you know what I mean. They messed in my book three times over charged me and each time I've spoken with them they argue. What kind of business allows this customer service. There is way too much competition out there to be treated in this manner. I'd give them a zero if I could and will be filing a bbb complaint for the overcharging and clear misrepresentation of what they initially sold me. read more

Dr Thomazen was recommended to us by my sister in law. She has used him since he was at his prior facility and also at this beautiful new facility in Snoqualmie. From the first time we walked into the Salish Clinic we were impressed by the cleanliness and quality of the facility as well as the prompt and friendly service by the staff. Honestly, you need to actually go there to appreciate just how nice it is compared to most veterinary clinics. Dr Thomazen performed a knee surgery on our 7 year old, 60 lb Rhodesian Ridgeback/Pit mix and the entire experience was better than I have ever had right from the very start. Before the surgery we were shown a model showing the type of surgery he recommended for the torn ACL, X-ray images of other dogs that had the same surgery, explanation of time line and procedure, and even a tour of the facility. He explained the three types of surgeries used to treat a torn ACL and why he recommends the type that we got. Today, three months later Karen is jumping and running like she's three again! Coincidentally we had just acquired the mother "Candi" of our beloved family dog as a rescue. The mother had a huge Mamary tumor hanging from her chest. The other doctor there, DR Brown performed a surgery on our rescue and also provided great communication and care. After the removal she called us to tell us that the cancer was limited to the large tumor removed and her lymph nodes tested negative, the prognosis good. During the surgery Dr Brown removed additional skin flaps that were hanging off of the 12 year old pit mix as a sort of bonus package deal. Today Candi has gained weight back to normal and is happier and healthier than she's been in years. This week we had another surprise issue come up with Karen as she suddenly had these sores on her face not healing and getting worse. We were able to get an appointment on short notice on the Saturday get in and get treatment and medication and one day later the injuries are already looking better. The cost for this visit was less than $80 total for two medications and the exam which seemed less then what we had paid for a similar visit at a budget Pet Clinic that we used to go to. No unnecessary up sells. I just can't explain how much value there is for us at Salish. We are willing to drive 30 minutes from Maple Valley to Snoqualmie to use Salish. There are multiple veterinarians closer to us that we have tried, we don't feel as comfortable with, and don't feel that these others provide the same value. read more

I can't say enough about this place...they really know my pets and their particular needs (which, for Dingleberry the Beagle, is quite a list!). They were amazing throughout the care, surgery and recovery of my cat, Mr. Big...and did a great job of comforting my crazy cat-lady self! The worst vet I've ever taken a pet to. They don't get your information correct when dropping off your pet. You don't get to see the vet and all information is relayed to you via the vet tech. My cat was misdiagnosed as well as my dog. Over priced go elsewhere as I don't recommend them at all. If you need a good vet for your pet go to Issaquah. read more

I LOVE THIS PLACE! We drive 40 minutes to go here and will continue to. When I got Luna almost two years ago I was a first time dog owner, in my mid 20's and found myself really concerned about her health. My landlord recommended this place so I thought I'd give them a shot. I got her on a Monday, brought her in for all her shots on a Tuesday (they have a good puppy package for all their shots), and by the end of the week she was on the brink of death(not because of them). Luna had an insane case of worms, the vet believes her mom had worms when she was pregnant with the pups so Luna was just filled with them. I called so many times worried about how many worms she had and they were always happy to talk me through my freak out. After a phone call a day-Tuesday through Friday- I called and said I was noticing something different with her poops and I had a weird feeling. They told me to come in and they'd take a look. The vet who was there wanted to test for Parvo even though it was a shot in the dark. Well thank you, thank you for testing her because that's what she had. She was getting so sick so fast, and everyone was worried she wouldn't make it. After two nights and 3 days at Salish on IVs she started to perk up and we were finally able to take her home. They took such good care of her, and to think that was just the start of our relationship! Luna eats everything and has had her stomach pumped many time over the years as we have learned what doors to leave open and where to put things so she can't get them. When it came time to get her spayed, this was the cheapest place I found, but I also knew how great all the vets were so I know it was a super good choice! She was in and out super fast, and healed up really quickly! I can't say enough good things about this place and the people who work there! I recommend them to everyone I know! read more

Treating animals as a revenue stream is deplorable. The place has changed in the last year. Brought my long-haired cat in to be checked. The Vet came and told me she did not have fleas & needed an in House blood test. Later that same visit the assistant came out and said she was covered in fleas. Bill was $411. for 3 tubes of flea med. If I knew she had fleas, never approved a blood test. Then I never received the results of the blood test. I called the office and explained what happened and they asked me not to come back. They are a busy place. Take your animal somewhere safe, not here.
