Margie and the team are highly reliable. They offer a range of Pet Care while you're away, while you're in town, or need a regular dog walker. Margie is very thorough in her onboarding to ensure clear communication and avoid misunderstandings. They go to great lengths to work as a team to resolve issues but are not hesitant to reach out to me at any time. A few things I like are they do report cards every time they come to the house and that the rates feel very reasonable for all that is included. We receive daily updates and pictures (honestly something to look forward to during your vacation) and know they are being taken care of while we're gone. Even though we've been using her service for almost a year and a half, she will always text us before every trip to make sure nothing has changed. Kristine is truly a pet owner's dream - you don't need to worry your pets are being taken care of because you know they will be by Kristine and her employees! Her website is so easy to use and you can book months ahead of time, there's so many places to leave notes about house care (eg. You need plants watered) and specific animal care. We really could not be more lucky to have found her to take care of them! She is always reachable if something changes and she has really made going on vacation a dream.
