We enjoyed and utilized this facility for daycare for almost a year until we boarded our dog for 7 days. Shortly after pick up, she was rushed to the vet. Our vet had informed us that our dog had contracted lice from this facility. After multiple attempts to contact the facility over the course of 3 days, we sent an email along with her most recent medical records to inform them of our dog's illness. This facility simply responded with that they clean their "suites"/daycare areas and furthermore insinuated that our dog had been the one to bring in lice to their facility. Not only was this absolutely preposterous and insulting, but it was simply not possible and advised by our vet. There was without a doubt certainty that our dog was healthy prior to her stay here and now is unfortunately, very sick. The facility refused to take responsibility and stated there was no real "proof" the infestation occurred there. I would highly suggest taking your dog to any other facility other than this. Not only will you be blamed for an illness, but spend hundreds of dollars on your dog post-boarding. In addition to this, you will have to fumigate your home - with absolutely zero compensation nor sympathy. Keep your animal safe and find another facility. read more

We are very excited to have found Every Doggie!! We have an only child (dog) and he needs play time. We do not like dog parks because we don't know if those dogs are up to date on shots. Besides, it is too darn hot to be taking our guy to the dog park. While there for the first time, I watched multiple people come in and drop off their dogs. The dogs were excited to be there. The owner knew them all by name. The gals dropping off their dogs were very friendly towards me and recognized me as a new to the business. They raved about how much I would be pleased with Every Doggie. I have to say that I was extremely pleased!! My dog was introduced slowly as I watched. First he was placed with just one dog that the owner knew well and then a second dog was brought in. All went well. My dog was in doggie heaven on Earth!! I felt comfortable enough to leave. I called about 90 minutes later to check on him. The phone was answered promptly and I was updated that my guy was doing great! He was at this point playing with multiple dogs. When I picked up my guy, he was super happy!! I could tell that he had a great experience!! He was happy and I am happy to have found Every Doggie because, until now, we have been forced to take our dog with us everywhere we go and sometimes it is not convenient or it even hinders our plans. After our experience yesterday, we are comfortable and confident enough to leave our little guy in their care, whether for a play date or a long weekend!! Daisy is a 17 year old Pomeranian now and she so loved her time at Every Doggie has its Daycare! During my time in AZ, my job required a lot of travel and I started to be concerned when Daisy, who suffered from separation anxiety, seemed to want to be at Every Doggie more than she wanted to be with me! I have moved from AZ, but have NEVER found any place that took better care of my baby! My dog seemed to have great time during daycare, actually was reluctant to leave when I picked him up. I had to carry him to the car. He later stayed for 4 days, he was dirty of course when I picked him up but what was concerning was the thick yellow mucus coming from one of his eyes and the matted looking hair aroun the same eye. He is a little dog so I didn't immediately notice until I looked at him from his car seat while driving. I actually pulled over. I tried calling them but no answer which is not unusual as it was hard to get ahold of them leading up to the stay. I just wanted to know if they saw it, if so how long it had been that way... just basic questions. Anyway never got ahold of them decided to get a bath and watch it overnight as it was a holiday and his vet was closed. Once he was cleaned up it looked better and actually cleared up Overnight. So overall my review is not really negative just more of a make sure you look your babyish over well upon pick up. read more

We had to board our 1 yr old dog, Sunny, for 8 days and we couldn't be happier with our decision to board her at Every Doggie...instead of at our go-to, big name pet store boarding. We checked their Instagram account to see pictures which reassured us that Sunny was doing well. When we picked her up, she smelled like she was freshly bathed, so I called to find out if an exit bath was included in the package. They do a dry bath, which explained the clean smelling dog! The only feedback I'd give is that when we picked her up, I asked whoever was working the front desk how she did and the response was "she did great!" with no elaboration. After 8 days of boarding, I expected a progress report of some sort to give me a better idea of how she did in terms of eating, playing, etc. However, when I called to ask about the exit bath, I was able to get more details about how she did during her stay. We'll definitely board her here again next time we go out of town...and will likely look at day care packages to continue to socialize her. read more

I am so happy to have found a doggy boarding hotel fun place for my pets when I go out of town. We used to drive all the way out to Gilbert which is obviously a 45 minute drive when every dog he has its daycare is less than 10 minutes from my home. They are reasonably price and take excellent care of your love able doggie. So let me give you a rundown before you go on and reading some other reviews. Yes your dog needs to be updated with their vaccines,yes you have to fill out an application, yes your dog needs to have a three hour temperament play date to make sure that your dog gets along with other dogs and the staff. That's awesome that they require something like that who knows if your dog is what you say your dog really is. The pricing the staff is very good. I definitely think anybody in our area who is going to be going on a long vacation like I usually do you can feel safe and secure knowing that you're going to come home and your pet had an amazing vacation just like you did. read more

Cyrus is my 4 year old 'grandson' who is currently in a small one bedroom apt while we look for a house. I heard from another fur parent that this place was wonderful and safe so we took Cy for a visit and he was as happy as he could be. He loves going here and I've never had any qualms about him being here all day (they have awesome hours too). Our family lives in California, so we travel during the holidays. We have tried so many different places to board our two dogs and we normally come home to completely stressed out pups who take days to recover. That is no longer a problem. 7 months ago, I went on a search for a boarding facility for my 5 month old puppy at the time. She's now 11.5 months old. I found this place and loved it. It seemed like a great fit. My dog passed the temperament test and had a couple of half day play dates before we boarded her for the first time, back in October. She did great, or so I was told. Once she hit 6 months, I couldn't take her back until she as spayed. Since she is a German Shepherd, I waited until she was 9 months old to get her spayed. Once that was done, I brought her back for more playdates and socialization. Once again, I was told that she did fine. This being "fine" situation came to a screeching halt this past weekend when I boarded her. I dropped her off on a Friday morning and Saturday afternoon, I received a phone saying that my dog has been banned for "provoking" a fight with another dog. I didn't understand how she could be fine one minute and then not fine, the next minute. It didn't make any sense. They said that they put her in "time out" for an hour and then brought her back out an hour later and she went after the same dog. Clearly something happened between them. They kept her in her suite until we picked her up on Sunday. The next morning, I was playing with her and when she rolled on her back, I noticed a bite wound on the inside of her hind leg. It suddenly made sense. She got hurt and went after the dog that may have hurt her. I'm sure it was accidental because like kids, all the dogs playing together, it's bound for somebody to get hurt. When I called today, to let them know that she had gotten bit and that's probably the reason and explanation for her behavior. They then tell me, "oh she plays too hard, initiates hard play and some dogs go along with hit, some don't and that's not the best or safest and she gets overstimulated, that's why she can't come back. She is STILL A PUPPY, a large breed but still a puppy none the less. I asked each and every single time I picked her up, how she did and if there were any issues. I was always told, no, she did great. So, she went from being "great" to being "banned" in a span of 24 hours....?? I asked the person I spoke to, to relay a message for the owner about what actually happened and the bite on her leg. Guess I'm on the search for a new facility for her. read more

A week ago, pre-drop-off, I would've been happy to spend my time joyfully writing a review for this business where I've been bringing my 2-and-a-half-year-old Golden Retriever for the last couple of years. I've always enjoyed the staff and my dog has always returned exhasuted, to be expected, but happy. Today, however, that all changed when I came to pick him up after a week of boarding. I met "Sandy" at the front desk for the first time since coming in when I went to drop him off. Per usual, he ran in excited as can be ready to play for doggy vacay. I explained to Sandy that the last couple of times, he seemed really thirsty upon pick up. With zero judgement I said that it must've been due to all the fun and excitement, and I politely asked if she could please make sure he had enough water during his stay. Her response was very cold, she acted inconvenienced, and I immediately had a terrible gut feeling about her but brushed it off. Fast forward to today. I came in with a smile ready to see my guy. My family even said, "take a video, he'll be so excited to see you!". Sandy and David were both standing up front when I walked in. I asked how his stay went and they said, "Not good at all and your dog is no longer welcome here." What?! Talk about caught off-guard. "Sandy" proceeded to explain how my very socialized, happy, brother of two young (human) sisters, Golden Retriever who loves every single person (and dog) he's ever been in contact with.... "bit" several of the workers over the course of the week. I was appalled and in shock and disbelief and my response was nothing but apologetic. My sweet loving guy? How? Why? What? Completely out of character for him! I was confused and asked why they never called me. If my dog was biting people, surely they would have called me? David said, "we thought you were out of town". Well, it sounds like they took matters into their own hands and he explained that my dog was in "time-out" and he would go get him. When he came out, he was shaking uncontrollably, he seemed distraught and confused. His fur was also matted around his backside. When we arrived home, he was completely out of sorts (and still is almost 10 hours later). I brought him to his water where he sat and drank non-stop. I've also never seen him eat so fast as if he was starving (he was supposedly fed in the morning). My kids, also excited to see him, immediately questioned what was wrong with him. He still has a look of sadness as if traumatized by his experience there. I have no clue what happened during his stay and what "time out" means and I should have asked more questions. However, this experience has been incredibly traumatizing for my family and it was worth my time to write this review to hopefully make people think twice before trusting these people. read more

We took our dog for in for a week long stay and the rates were very responsible for overnight boarding. We just moved from South Florida and the rates were much more for boarding there and we were greatful to find a place that had such a great rate. They were sure to post videos and pictures on social media almost every day of the dogs socializing. So we were able to see how and what our furry son was up to while we were gone. Of course he was exhausted when we picked him up, but that's what was expected after he played all week with other dogs. They also gave him a quick bath before we picked him up so he wouldn't smell too bad after a week of playing. Would definitely recommend them and plan on using them again the in the future. read more

Was very disappointed with this boarding facility! We made an appointment to take our dog into their facility to have a temperament test on Monday! We took all the forms they sent to us via email along with our previous Vet's vaccine records and his notes! Our dog was there for a few hours, and when we picked her up, we were told she did fine and the booked her for the following Friday! We received a call on Wednesday saying h they could not locate confirmation of the booking! We told them we received it that afternoon and would forward them a copy of our confirmation! Then, at 6:00 pm on Wednesday we received a voice mail that the owner did not approve the vet's explanation regarding our pet not having a recent Distemper shot as they felt she was 14 years old and they did not recommend it! The manager, stated they needed a letter from our vet in California by Thursday which I contacted them immediately! They did not write a letter but sent their recommendations! We tried to get her into a local vet but was told that it would take a week or so to get in! Needless to say, we forwarded their email to tell them that it was impossible to get her in their timeframe of 1 day! We were going out of state on Friday and had absolutely no place to take our dog! We are new in the area and have not established a boarding place or a vet! We cancelled her boarding and asked them to please confirm they received our cancellation since there was no way to get into a vet! They never contacted us or confirmed they received our cancellation! At this point, I would never trust them with our elderly dog! They were very unprofessional and have no customer service skills! They had no empathy or suggestions for us and left us in a very bad situation and we had to cancel our trip! read more

I have been taking my dogs here for a few years now and they never cease to amaze me. We were out of state and one of our dogs was having anxiety issues. With my consent, they actually made an appointment, took my dog to OUR vet to get her taken care of, waited for test results and started her medication, all while I was out of state. This place is amazing! I highly, highly recommend bringing your dogs here for daily play dates or overnight stays. They don't get stuck in kennels all day like some other places...they actually get to run around in a large open area and even get outdoor time. Very clean and the crew is absolutely amazing. I have never been so insulted by a business owner as I was today. We had a disagreement a couple of months ago over her bundle expiration policy. I paid for a bundle of 10 visits for $150 and didn't realize it expires after 90 days after only using 5 visits, essentially losing $75. I was told that is the policy and too bad. My point, which didn't matter to Sandy, was that it's not a free coupon, but something I paid cash for, so it shouldn't expire. Gift cards don't expire. Not only that, there is no documentation provided after each visit to let customers know when their bundle is expiring. No receipt, no app to log into to find out. Customers should just make a note somewhere of when they bought the bundle else be surprised after only 5 visits that they have to pay again. In the end, she told me I could have a refund for the last visit I had to pay for. I never did go in to get the refund. Rolling on a few months later to today.... I thought I'd drop my Corgi off for a half day. He was greeted warmly by name at reception and welcomed in to play. I drove off to run some errands. One of the staff called a few minutes later and asked about a note on my account that said 'owner said she wouldn't be bringing dog back'. She said she would have to call Sandy to find out. Next phone call from the receptionist, (not Sandy herself), said I needed to come and pick up my dog. Really?? Wow. It's unbelievable that a business owner would hold such a grudge against a customer and her dog. I assumed that if I took the high road and was willing to patronize their business once again, even though disagreeing with their expiration policy, all would be well. Apparently, I was wrong. For anyone considering patronizing this business, please be aware of their expiration policies and their lack of flexibility or customer goodwill. read more

I've been bringing my dogs here since I moved to AZ about a year ago. I tried several places before settling on EDHID. How do I know it's a good place? The dogs can't wait to get there and once I turn over their leashes they don't even look back! The staff is really wonderful and caring. They greet them by name and clearly spend time with them. If I ask them how they did-they tell me what they did who they played with. Sometimes I take them there when the weather is bad just so they can have a fun play day. They come home tired and happy. We bring our precious family members here twice a week at least. I'm so happy to have the peace of mind that they are cared for on an individual basis and supervised. The owners as well as the workers are familiar with our dogs' unique personalities and treat them accordingly. We have used this doggie daycare and boarding service several times in the past 2 years. We prefer it to the "big box" centers because they take exceptional care of our dogs. The dogs are allowed to run, play and socialize with other dogs in a safe environment rather than being locked in a cage all day. read more
