Knowing that I was in the middle of a cross-country move, Eli and his team hustled to get my car fixed within 48 hours. I broke down in a strange town on a Saturday evening and was lucky enough to ask Richard for help. He spent an hour on the side of the road trying to get us going again. Richard ordered the parts from his laptop on the spot. Then he came to our hotel at 11pm on Saturday night to pick up our truck. Sunday the parts place sent the wrong part. He drove to Atlanta to get the correct part and worked non stop to do the repair. He brought our truck back at 2 am Sunday. He also fixed a loose bumper skirt and wrapped the queen sized bed we had on the truck with plastic sheeting and a tarp at no extra cost. The next time I need my truck worked on I will seriously consider driving the 5 hours to get it to him. Being trapped in a strange town not knowing anyone to ask for advice is a scary situation.
