Insurance company wanted jeep towed to Walmart and I knew that wouldn't work so I started googling repairs shops and because of the time of day I knew we would be spending the night there asked my sister-in-law to find a hotel for us. Looking at the list of repairs shops I thought I don't know these places, how do I decide. I selected FREEDOM because of what the word stands for, the colors and the stars inside of the "O". It was after hours when I called but Brandon answered. He listened. Brandon responded with professionalism. Didn't rush me. Guided me on what to tell the tow driver and that he would look at the jeep first thing Tuesday morning. Next morning when he shared what had been found and suspected I was overwhelmed. He let me call my husband and put him on conference call. He shared again his thoughts and recommendations. Brandon was straightforward with us so my husband and I had prepared to move the jeep to a dealership where it was going to take at least 6 days to repair and involved a rental expense when Brandon called me back with good news and we elected to let him move forward on repair. This was at 10am and Mom and I were back on the road by 3:30pm. The jeep's driving like a dream. I believe we had better gas mileage after the repair. If I lived in Manchester, TN. I was the perfect candidate to be ripped off - female, traveling solo, driving an older used car with a history of "engine starter problems". It was my very good fortune that J. was the tow driver AAA dispatched; he listened, he offered a solution that would let me to continue my interrupted journey: allow his employer to order & install a replacement starter. There was NO hard sell - it was just an option, which I gratefully agreed to. Upon arrival at All Towed Up, Steven Wilson (owner) listened to my story, checked the car over, and determined that the problem almost certainly was NOT a bad starter. He told me I didn't need a new starter, that he could return the one ordered specifically for my car, and that if I did have further trouble to call him directly. And of course recommended once I got home to have my local mechanic check car thoroughly examine the car for what did cause the "no start" issue. It would have been easiest thing in the world for Steve to replace the not-bad starter in my car with the one he had ordered, and send me on my way. I would have agreed to that - I didn't know any better. BUT this is an honest man, with honest employees and runs an honest business. You won't regret using trusting your vehicle and your family/friends to this fine company!

So I added it along with their address and phone number. I walked in and the person outside that I thought was a bum, immediately came in and walked behind the counter. So, I knew he was the cashier. Anyway, I bought a coke and candy bar and he quietly checked me out. I also bought a $5 scratch off ticket which I lost. In summary, I walked over, walked in, saw nobody behind the counter, cashier appeared behind counter and I got what I needed. It's a pretty nice little convenient store. I recommend it.

The attendants were wearing masks, but there's no sanitizer at pumps or inside. Customers were not wearing masks. The place served our purpose but really they should have better standards for a name brand oil company during a world wide pandameic.
