He patiently explained everything and answered all of our questions about shutters, blinds, and shades. He didn't try to upsell us to more expensive products, instead he suggested options that were a good fit for the style of our house, our personal style, and our budget. We ended up choosing shades for all windows, except a master bath window where we decided on a shutter. Patrick helped us with fabric and color choice. Communication about when the products would arrive was great. During installation Patrick pointed out a few shades that weren't working correctly so he put up temporary paper shades on those windows and ordered replacements right away. Patrick was professional, friendly, and had lots of suggestions about restaurants and activities in the triangle area. It's located right off the freeway and inside of a little shopping center with some other home interior places. The parking is great as there is plenty of spaces for cars and they also have handicap spaces near by! When you first walk in there are carpets and rugs galore! They have so many styles, designs and textures available. We received a tour from Betty, who's grandfather started the business! She showed us all kinds of carpets and we also got a chance to see the remnants which is a great choice if you are looking for a rug at a discounted price!
