12 years later this company is still trying to scam businesses. Today we got a call at one of our stores saying that thermal paper is running low and they would put some aside for us. The manager told him upline. She was in the store and about an hour later she got a call trying to get information to send the 18 rolls of paper he didn't order. When she corrected the person they got defensive and said a sale manager would be calling. If they call, hang up. Do not engage with them. They do some sneaky things. read more

Extremely rude and belittling man called our practice, said he was calling about our thermal receipt paper updates and pretended to be a company we were already working with. SCAM. They spoke to an employee and told him that the ribbons we are using are defective and they need to send him replacements. He said ok. (This employee is not authorized for purchasing.) They sent ribbons and an invoice. The ribbons cost $300 more than my normal supplier. I will not be paying this bill. read more

Called our office today and stated that the thermal receipt paper had BPA the cancer causing agent in it and that they had mailed a letter informing us but it was returned to them as our address was not correct. They offered to send us a box of new receipt paper for $12.95 a roll (I get it on amazon for $40 for 20 rolls). I told them I wasn't the person who orders but asked for a phone number so the purchaser could call them back. Sales person told me they were calling from the warehouse and it was not a direct line so she said she would call back tomorrow and speak with the purchaser. I doubt they will call back. read more

COMPLETE SCAM! They call your business and pose as your supplier of certain products. What they hope to accomplish is getting someone on the phone that knows little and get them to agree to accept a new shipment of product. Along with that shipment comes a bill for crap you don't need that you are likely getting cheaper from another supplier. When you call them to cancel the order that was they know very little about you, when you confront them with the idea that you feel you are being scammed. They are rude and condescending towards you. I just called up this company to find out why I received this paper with out my ordering it. They said they left a voicemail about the order and would send it out if they didn't receive a call back. I have no record of any such calls and when I confronted them about it they said they would lower the prices and call me back tomorrow. I proceeded to tell the woman I never ordered from them and wished to cancel the order. They were charging 10 times the actual value of the paper and had we not noticed this we could have potentially just paid the bill. read more

I do not trust these people. They claim I have ordered something, that I have not recieved. They want to ship thermal paper to me. And each time they call, I am told they are going to have to suffer a $400.00 fee for having the supplies in stock. I have worked in my current office for 3 years and never ordered supplies from this company. This is one of Clark Howard's PHONER TONER SCAMS that he is always talking about on the radio show. When the product showed up, they were asking 10x the price we had paid from previous vendors. I pay $69 for 50 rolls on-line from a US company. They were trying to charge me $196.66 for 12 rolls. The invoice said 13 and they also included and charged me for CC swiper cleaning cards. (These are pieces of card board). This company is a fraud. Too bad they don't focus on helping their customers and providing a valuable product and service. read more

everything that everyone is saying is true about this company. my office manager was out on maternity leave & so i was filling in for her when this company called . they acted like we ordered from them regularly,even saying that they were scheduled to call us every 6 months. however once we recieved the bill that was 10X more that we had paid before, i knew that this was not the case. we tried to send the paper back but they told us we would have to pay a $40 re-stocking fee. and then just today they called saying they were sending another 24 rolls that were on back order.
