Very unsatisfied, ordered flowers prior to deadline and am called that it wasn't sent, they didn't have the product, and they opened late! They then proceed to tell me what time I made my order like umm that doesn't matter considering you opened @11! And I'm asked "is it okay for delivery tomorrow?" If I had said no would it have mattered? It didn't... No compensation for the inconvenience. But a maybe I can add more floral.... you work at a floral shop... Oh but after our phone call i was charged! And they haven't even made it or have the product! Shocking how that all played out. I completed the order online and they delivered my flowers within 2 hours! I had given them a business address that was difficult to locate my recipient, and they didn't give up! I don't even know where to begin! This flower shop has no business being in business, as far as I'm concerned. As many other people, I placed an order to be delivered on Valentines Day, which turned out to be a disappointment. Not only did they not deliver my order, but they also fell off the face of earth. I called them more then 10 times to just get a voicemail. I believe on my fifth attempt, someone actually picked up, but hung up on me, after they asked for my name. I went as far as having the recipient go down, there to see if she can pick up her order, and there doors were locked two hours before there closing time. I called the next day, to inquire about my order. The lady on the phone started with, "what order? All of yesterday orders were delivered!" She asked for the recipient name, and before I had a chance to give her the last name, she blurred it out first. Then she started with all the excuses, from all her orders were delivered, to my ordered wasn't process on time, so my arrangement wasn't made. I understand it was Valentines and i get there's a high volume of orders placed that day, so errors are expected to happen. But if you're in the flower business, you should know to have better coverage on holidays that demand flowers. You need to make sure you have someone available to answer your calls during business hours, and communicate with your client, if you can't provide the service you committed to. I don't think this florist understood the damage she created, by ruining someones annual tradition of receiving roses on this special day. Normally I order from a 1800flowers, but this year I decided to support local small businesses in the recipient work area, but as you see, they let me down, and not once did I get an apology from the florist. What I did get was a million excuses, and not once did she offer to fix the problem, by refunding me or offering some type of a compromise. She when as far as asking if I wanted them delivered today, at the same surcharge price of Valentines Day! I told her i was going to disputed the charges with my Credit card company! I would stay way from this florist of you need an arrangement for a specific date or time! read more
