This is a little gem of a place. Maricio (sp) was so very nice and gave just the best customer service EVER. People should learn from him, he was so nice and very genuine (and busy too!) This place didn't have everything I was looking for but I found some great alternatives. They have a "used" area which is very cool and you can find some hidden treasures in there. It is a warehouse so things can be a little dusty but if you want good quality fixtures and displays with great customer service, come here. You won't be disappointed. read more

Through my self imposed exile, while I try to keep it togetha and strivin' to get ovah, I've consoled my little troubles with old movies, cabernet and painting. When I looked up I'd run out of storage space for merchandise. I searched for a place to buy a hanging rack for my nearly 300 tote bags, a couple of card racks for all the new card ideas and some shelves for glassware and ceramics. Victory was a great place to start AND finish for any store fixture needs. Racks, signage, displays, gondolas, bags, boxes...all of that, and the prices are cool. They have a catalog and much of the items can be seen on their website. I was all set to hang my totes for easy flippage. The pear clips I needed were not in stock and the little man told be that he could have them "today." (Friday) Here it is Tuesday and I'm still waiting for them. I'd wanted to spend the weekend bagging, tagging and wagging. Instead I had to flip, dip and trip. For that, they only get 4 stars. read more

Over the years, I purchased, among other things, foam shoulder pads from Victory Display. The shoulder pads came shrunk-wrapped in clear plastic with no information or warnings. The pads started to disintegrate, not just into flakes, but into a tarry, gooey substance that sticks to hangers and clothing. I don't know when it started. I'm not sure if it's completely age-related because one of the first pieces I used the pads with is fine. I've spent countless days cleaning and washing, hand-picking, vacuuming, and undressing and redressing garments and fabrics. Some pieces are ruined. As you'll see from the last photo, in order to get the goo off of some fabrics, I have to use sticky tape, which also removes the design. After days and days of cleaning, I emailed Victory. Victory's response was that the company takes this seriously and asked if I had pictures. I did not. I kept cleaning, but this time I took pictures and forwarded them to Victory, but I received no response. I'm not sure what Victory can do at this point -- the damage is done. Victory didn't warn me, so I'm warning you. This product was sold to me without information or a warning that it might disintegrate and damage merchandise. How many other potentially damaging products are being sold without warnings? Btw, the goo also sticks to hardwood floor finishes and the only way to get it off is with a scouring pad, which damages the floor finish.
