Decided to move forward with a reroof instead of repair as roof was 26 years old. They could not have made the process any easier. They handled everything with the HOA and township for permits. Did the job quickly which was great, as I see so many new roofs sitting for weeks or months with no tile on the roof. Not with AASTRO, as soon as the tile order was scheduled to come in, they scheduled the start of the job and they were done with the entire job in a couple of weeks, start to finish including final township inspection. Was even surprised Darrin who quoted the reroof, set up a time to come by and just make sure we were happy in person. I had an excellent experience with both Luis and the entire Canopy team. Luis took the time to meet with me in person and make sure I saw all of the tile colors and samples before making my decision. He was communicative and responsive throughout the entire process, the end result was perfect, and the price was very reasonable. Recently, I had a leak coming from an area under a flat roof that Canopy had not installed. I contacted the roofer who had done that portion of the roof to help diagnose and fix the issue, but unfortunately had a very frustrating experience (which I reviewed separately). I immediately called Luis to see if he could offer any advice or point me in the right direction. Luis answered the phone right away and, almost THREE years later, remembered me and addressed me by name. Even though this wasn't a part of the roof Canopy had installed--and they don't even do TPO flat roofs--Luis immediately offered to come to my house and help me figure out what was going on. He spent over an hour with me, listening carefully to what had happened, getting up on the roof to investigate, and helping me systematically test different areas with a hose to try to identify the source of the leak. After we thoroughly investigated the issue, he even offered to help me get a quote for the repair through a partner contractor who specializes in flat roofs. I am incredibly grateful not only for the quality of Canopy's work, but for the exceptional and genuinely personal customer service. The fact that Luis was willing to spend so much time helping me with an issue that wasn't even related to the roof Canopy installed says everything about the kind of company they are. Their professionalism was present during the entire process. From discussing the project with Juan to setting up the process with July Cruz, who was always on target and in communication with me, was top notch. The crew worked an entire day until my new flat roof was completed. Everything was cleaned immediately and no mess was left. The crew is friendly and the foreman gave me feedback from time to time. The next day, Mauricio and a couple of workers waited about 6 or 7 hours for the inspector to arrive and sign off. I truly recommend Canopy. All paperwork was provided to me timely. The cost was within a couple of hundreds more from the other companies I consulted, but the quality and value for my money was another plus by choosing Canopy.

New Era was the only one that came out, climbed up on the roof of the lanai, took pictures and sent us a quote. We initially said we would try to spray flex seal in the seems ourselves, but that didn't work, so we hired them. They came out and sealed, but there were a couple places that still leaked in a heavy rain. They came back out and did some more patching at no cost and now we have a leak proof lanai. I highly recommend these guys. Emmanuel was so easy to work with and we are happy with the work! Well worth it!

Unfortunately, sales doesn't do the install and I thought their work was pretty sloppy & left a lot to be desired Trash, nails, cigarette butts, bottles, caps everywhere Most of the workers wearing Paul Bange stuff anyway Supply chain issues & delays are out of their control and they could've done a better job communicating those issues with us but the main issue was dirty, sloppy work leaving me to pick up after then months after the install Obviously, only time will tell if the roof holds up...

German Duarte the Founder & President and Deborah Haase the Office Administrator were outstanding throughout the entire process. German and Deborah were always accessible and very responsive to all of my questions and concerns via email, text and telephone. I went with the Boral Barcelona 900 tiles (Chestnut Burnt color) and CertainTeed Flintlastic SA CAP Commercial underlayment. FQR is fully licensed, insured and provides a 10-year workmanship warranty against leaks on sloped roofs. From start to finish, FQR took under 2 weeks to complete my job which included previous roof tear off, underlayment and new tile installation and township inspections. The FQR crew was on-time starting no later than 8am and finishing around 6pm each and everyday on my project until it was completed. They did an excellent job of cleaning up my and my neighbor's property at the conclusion of their work each day. German and FQR are very transparent, no hidden charges and extremely communicative if job must be postponed for a day or 2 due to rainy weather. The entire FQR team deserves a 5 star rating. I highly recommend you consider FQR if you are in the market for a new roof for your home!

We chose Florida Quality Roofing wisely and carefully after interviewing more than 5 companies and could not have asked for a better experience than we received from them. Most companies will send a salesman out to talk to you but with FQR the OWNER comes out! German (the owner ) is far from a high powered salesman, he's about as mellow as one can get!! I like that, I don't like being pressured. He discussed the different types of metal roofs that were available and what he recommended and what he didn't. We formulated a plan and within a week German provided the cost and said our roofing material was available. We went with the plan and a month later we had a beautiful brand new roof. I learned a lot about metal roofs. They are labor intensive, much more complicated than asphalt shingle roofs. You really need a skilled crew of workers to install a metal roof correctly. Florida Quality Roofing has been around for a very long time, rare for roofing companies, they know what they're doing. I would hire them for any kind of roof.
