Horrible experience with this company. They are handling a roof replacement for our townhouses and completely failed to do the required interior inspection of my roof. They claimed they came by, but my Ring camera proves otherwise. When I called to address this, a representative named Anthony called me back. He was incredibly unprofessional and rude, insisting he was here and even joking that my "door must be broken" Instead of fixing their mistake, he just laughed it off. Pepito Roofing just finished my new roof several weeks ago. You know the old adage, "haste makes waste" not for Pepito Roofing. They send out 8-10 guys the first day and get your old roofing off and start your new roof the same day! The secret is they wait for the tiles to arrive and then start, instead of taking off the old roof and letting it sit for weeks. I personally like that moving quickly with lots of workers much better! They did a great job cleaning up after themselves and a super job putting on my new roof. We recently had our roof done by Petito, the truck that delivered the tiles damaged the community sidewalk, which I witnessed at the time it happened and informed the on-site supervisor about it. He took pictures and said they will get back to me, they never did. Weeks after, I called them about it and was told they were not responsible for damage done by the delivery truck. Wait, what? they claim it is their sub-contractor's fault, so they won't repair it. So now, the HOA is saying I need to get it repaired at a cost of $500 or they will fine me. This ruined our whole experience with this company, they seriously need to work on their integrity and customer satisfaction. I will not recommend to use, avoid the headache. read more

Anthony and Danny did a great job communicating with me every step of the way. The process of tearing off the old roof and hot mopping was done very professionally before the rain came the rest of the week. The tiling was done the next week and was done very professionally. The clean up crew was excellent after the old roof was removed and excellent after the new roof was installed. I had a leak this year in my TH called Petito roofing and they came out and fixed it, charged me. Still leaking, called them again, came out again, charged me AGAIN. STILL leaking. Had to call another company as they said it came from my AC. Had AC checked and they said it was not the AC. STILL leaking!! Called another independent contractor who came out and fixed the problem. They would not even acknowledge that they never fixed the problem and still charged me twice!! AWFUL read more

My roof was installed 2006. I had them out 6 times for repairs, leaks kept happening. One evening during a heavy rain it was raining in my house! They came out for the 6th time and they finally cut roof to find the leak instead of just assuming where the leak was occurring. I leak did not come from where they thought, after talking it their employee Rick found the correct area and reason for leak. I have a video that I asked to record of him where he states that the flashing was installed improperly and it has caused severe damage in my home. They are taking no responsibility. We hired them a year ago to fix what we were told was cracked fascia on our roofing which was causing a wall leak down a wall to a window. The two stars are for the gentleman who came and did the estimate. He was polite, respectful, and the estimate was a fair price for the work. Not scammy, not ripping me off. The guys who showed up and did the work were fine. Nothing particularly good or bad to say. The quality of the work and the customer service afterwards were AWFUL. When we called after the problem that was supposed to be fixed resurfaced, they said they sent someone out, and then never called to say if they did, or what they found. I had to call THEM to hear "oh yeah, we don't warranty our work," "we don't do window leaks" but also "we'll come out and give you a price to fix your window" (how can you do that if you don't repair window leaks? And we didn't call you for a window leak!), to get LAUGHED AT on the phone and hung up on. We wrote, we called, we talked to the owner, and he backed up everything that his people had said and done. At the end of the day, they took money to make a repair that wasn't necessary and then got to treat myself and my husband like fools when we tried to get it done right. I waited a full year to write this to make sure I wasn't in the heat of the moment. We are STILL in the process of fixing what they failed to repair. I would go elsewhere. EDITED TO ADD: The response below states that they warranty their work for a year. We were told verbally and IN WRITING that they would not. STAY AWAY. Two stars is now one star. read more

Petito Roofing is a great company to work with! They are professional, quick to respond, and their prices are fair. Petito Roofing put a new roof on our house in 2008 and it still looks amazing! They do an excellent job, whether it's a new roof installation or just a roof repair. We had our roof pressure cleaned (by a totally different company) and the mortar on some roof tiles came loose and fell off. They took care of us just as we were moving in. Inspected and tightened up the tiles. Did lots of repair work. We were the only ones in our neighborhood that didn't have roof damage from the tornado (even tho our screened patio was a wreck!). Also came out today to fix a few damaged from coconuts. These guys are great. Got the permit in under a month. Started work the same day and removed the roof and laid the tar paper. First inspection the second day and passed. Finished shingling the following day and passed the inspection the same day. Can't praise them more and they were the least expensive of the 8 quotes I got.
