I hired them to clean my air ducts and carpets, and they did an excellent and very thorough job. Their guys were very professional, careful, and polite. They sent a crew to my house within one day of my call and showed up within the time window they promised, which is rare these days. They moved furniture as needed and went above and beyond to make everything easy and seamless. The specialized truck they used to clean the air ducts was impressive and powerful, leaving them as clean as when they were new. The carpets also looked as good as new. I would highly recommend Stanley Steemer to everyone, especially for air duct cleaning. All the companies I have used in the past have never had the type of equipment they have, which made a huge difference in the quality of work they performed and separated them from every other company I have used.

Alex was quick with his reply and we arranged to meet at my home on the 4th of July, and he arrived exactly on time. At first, it took a few moments to catch on to his accent. This very pleasant handyman is formerly a Russian, and he is perfectly happy to be alive and working in the home of the brave. In he walked, very confident, with a fairly lrge satchel full of assorted tools. I brought him to the site of the offending troublesome valve and he set to work on it at once. In what was probably less than 20 minutes, he had the toilet flushing perfectly, at least 4 times, allowing a fill each time. Congratulations Alex! QUALITY: One cannot argue with success. The job was handled properly, promptly, with hardly a word spoken. At one point, he wanted to draw my attention to a part, and when he wasn't able to say it, he apparently tooked it up and showed me the translated word on his phone. Clever, this fellow, quick and clever. VALUE: Alex had agreed with me in advance regarding the fee. He was happy to take my check and after talking with me in general about some painting (Ceiling) I might wish to complete, for which he gave me a fine estimate, he drove away. A few weeks ago my upstairs A/C was being examined at the start of its semi-annual checkup. The associate notified me that the air handler in the attic was dropping its insulation from within, and this would create a problem with continuing the standard semi-annual checkup. This necessitated scheduling an associate on a different day to basically rebuild the air handler. Understandably this was a long project through the day but was completed to our satisfaction. QUALITY: The different associates whom we have seen over a long period of time have been exceptionally professional and courteous. VALUE: Everyone decides what they describe as value. For us it's the confidence that our A/C units will work through the summer and winter year after year. Having a service agreement gives us that peace of mind. SUMMARY: These people have demonstrated exceptional courtesy (every phone call is a new pleasant greeting, every time). One has to have trust in the service people with whom they do business. He charged a flat fee for the service and was able to replace the rod and flush the tank out. Prior to the service, our hot water smelled like sulfur -- but sulfur tests were negative, and the cold water did not have any odor. We're on a well here... the best guess was that the anode rod was causing the sulfur / rotten egg smell in the hot water tank. After installing a Corro-Protech powered anode rod, the issue is gone. No more stinky hot water.
