First let me say when I scheduled the work, I was informed of their rates so I can't say they were deceptive in that regard. What upset me was it took 5 billing hours to install a 30 amp breaker with an outside shut off for an AC unit I was having installed. The technician was on the phone numerous times during the installation and also charged me the time it took him (approx 1.5 hours) to return to the shop to pick up the shut off (which "they forgot to put on the truck" his words not mine). The technician definitely "milked" the time to complete the job. Don't be fooled by their name "ABC"! I would not recommend ABC Electric!

The electrician arrived on time and began to diagnose the problem. I have to admit I thought it would be a ten minute job but he found some wiring issues and ended up having to do a little more work than I thought which was fine be me. Alex was quick with his reply and we arranged to meet at my home on the 4th of July, and he arrived exactly on time. At first, it took a few moments to catch on to his accent. This very pleasant handyman is formerly a Russian, and he is perfectly happy to be alive and working in the home of the brave. In he walked, very confident, with a fairly lrge satchel full of assorted tools. I brought him to the site of the offending troublesome valve and he set to work on it at once. In what was probably less than 20 minutes, he had the toilet flushing perfectly, at least 4 times, allowing a fill each time. Congratulations Alex! QUALITY: One cannot argue with success. The job was handled properly, promptly, with hardly a word spoken. At one point, he wanted to draw my attention to a part, and when he wasn't able to say it, he apparently tooked it up and showed me the translated word on his phone. Clever, this fellow, quick and clever. VALUE: Alex had agreed with me in advance regarding the fee. He was happy to take my check and after talking with me in general about some painting (Ceiling) I might wish to complete, for which he gave me a fine estimate, he drove away. SUMMARY: Alex did exactly what he was asked to do. There was no holding out for more money or any such nonsense. Fee was perfect. Very highly recommended without reservation.

A few weeks ago my upstairs A/C was being examined at the start of its semi-annual checkup. The associate notified me that the air handler in the attic was dropping its insulation from within, and this would create a problem with continuing the standard semi-annual checkup. This necessitated scheduling an associate on a different day to basically rebuild the air handler. Understandably this was a long project through the day but was completed to our satisfaction. QUALITY: The different associates whom we have seen over a long period of time have been exceptionally professional and courteous. VALUE: Everyone decides what they describe as value. For us it's the confidence that our A/C units will work through the summer and winter year after year. Having a service agreement gives us that peace of mind. SUMMARY: These people have demonstrated exceptional courtesy (every phone call is a new pleasant greeting, every time). One has to have trust in the service people with whom they do business. They get the job done efficiently and do a solid job of cleanup. They even had to dig up a bush in my yard which they took with them. No mess afterwards. In the middle of my installation my air conditioner stopped working so I called to see if the problem was related to their installation. Jaron, the owner, came out and inspected the generator, my breaker box and the wiring and found no problems. He went one step further and discovered a clog in my air conditioner. He then proceeded to climb the ladder to use my shop vac to get all of the water out of the pan. It took him four trips up the ladder. Then he went outside to suction the clog out of the air conditioner system. At a very difficult time for me my angel, Jaron, rescued me from being unbearably hot all evening when my air-conditioning company never even called me back. Jaron, you have a customer for life! My situation was I turned on my table top oven fully and the microwave at the same time. It seems that I had blown a circuit breaker. Jermaine went to work check on the different sockets and the circuit board.. He came to the same conclusion that I had over power and burnt out my circuit breaker for this. Without further ado Germaine had repaired and replace the items which came to a total cost of $150. They accept cash check and credit cards including Discover credit card..
