What upset me was it took 5 billing hours to install a 30 amp breaker with an outside shut off for an AC unit I was having installed. The technician was on the phone numerous times during the installation and also charged me the time it took him (approx 1.5 hours) to return to the shop to pick up the shut off (which "they forgot to put on the truck" his words not mine). The technician definitely "milked" the time to complete the job. Don't be fooled by their name "ABC"! I would not recommend ABC Electric!

We had used SWFL Electric prior to Hurricane Ian and were happy. Then Ian hit and we called them to…read morefix all the electric damage in our house. We were given a price and asked to have it broken into 3 jobs because the entire lower level was destroyed and had no walls and the pool cage was in the pool and the electrical work needed to be put on hold. We needed the second floor working which included meter, box and wiring. Work was done and we turned on the air handler and the box caught fire. They missed the shutoff box which had been under surge water and was fried. I was charged additionally for this which I felt was their missed issue but paid it reluctantly. When the cage was removed, pool cleaned and the box all the pool equipment could be replaced, the price rose considerably. When I questioned the increase over the initial quote Jeremy said prices had gone up! It was a 3 week difference!!!! The next one came in 3 times higher! A competitor said Jeremy was boasting about how much money he was making because "they'll pay anything to get the job done." Wrong. We went elsewhere for 1/3 the price. We weren't the only dissatisfied people. Others also felt the same as we did. Just gouging!!
