After getting quotes from 4 companies, I decided to go with All Phase Masonry because I thought I was going to get great work and good customer service. I contacted Sione for a quote and he was quick to do an on site inspection. After getting the HOA approval, I scheduled the work. The communication upfront was good in the beginning but that started to fade a little along the way. I had to reach out to get any information on the work schedule. But I like to know what's going on to schedule my day out and when the leave the side gate unlocked. Sione was able to schedule Randy to spray for underground termites prior to the pour. The work was completed in 3 days. There were some finishing touch issues with the completed work but Sione sent a couple guys out to fix the issue. read more

We were fortunate to find Sione and his outstanding crew through our neighbor. Our rock walls needed to be checked because they were aging and, is it turned out, was failing (rocks with no grout left, held only by dirt; drainage pipes misaligned). Sione quickly assessed the condition, gave us options, and we decided it was time to secure our walls. We also needed a security rail on our back slope to prevent falls, and they quickly remedied the problem. The crew was is efficient and so courteous. They are hard working and skilled in their work. Built a stone wall with fence. Cumminication was okay. it could've been better as I was really scared I was scammed for about 2 days. Finally, when they did arrive and start, it was good. The last day, they were supposed to come back for final touches but didn't, and my husband had to put the caps on the pipes and trim it down ourselves. The work did come out nice, but the little things left undone really left a sour taste. Also, in the middle of the job, They somehow wanted to change something that made it cost $1000 extra. All Phase Masonry did an awesome job on rebuilding my wall . Grouting of the wall was first proposed , but discovering the many structual flaws of the wall. Half of the height of the wall needed to be demolished and rebuild , 100 ft of it running parallel with sidewalk . Demolishing then reusing the rock to build a section at a time and clearing the rubble and cleaning the sidewalk everyday so pedestrian could use a safe sidewalk .A very impressive sight . And finishing within the timeframe proposed at a very reasonable price and wall that is quite beautiful! read more
