I had a water leak that presented in my walk-in closet In May of 2026. My apartment complex uses AllPhase for its work. Chuy and Omar were the two men AllPhase sent to find the source of the leak. They had to cut large sections of drywall out. They took great precautions in making sure my bedroom and apartment were kept isolated by hanging plastic on my closet doorway. They were very professional and respectful of my home. When they left you wouldn't know they had been there. read more

And so the story continues....About 2 weeks ago the owner of All Phase came by to go over the issues I had with the siding on my patio. The HOA is responsible for all the siding, etc and so I have no choice but to have All Phase complete/correct work started on my patio. The owner wrote down what needed to be corrected, and he knew I was not happy with the fact different people have worked on my small patio. Not only that, but the HOA has to constantly email them to find out why there were delays. They don't keep you updated as you would expect a responsible company would do. Last week I emailed the HOA to find out when they would be back out. They had to email All Phase, as usual and Thursday morning a crew I knew was back and I was happy. They had done some work on my patio about a month ago and were wonderful. Apparently, they were there to work on the building itself and thank heavens they used all the siding All Phase left in our parking area since before summer. The original job they did on the siding of the building was not properly so they had to do the building again. Wouldn't you think they would order enough siding to redo the building? Nope. I found out that some of the delay was the fact it took so long to get it. This has been an ongoing excuse/problem they claim. Now, when the owner was here about 2 weeks ago, he was shown what needed to be done on my patio and the building itself. To be honest, I don't believe anything anyone from that company says. I moved back into my condo last February. They have known all summer they had to redo the siding on the whole building. They should have known how much siding needed to be ordered. Where is the pride of a job well done? Obviously, customer satisfaction is not a priority. I was thinking that since they couldn't produce a signed contract as to the date when they would have the work completed, maybe they could complete it whenever they got around to it. We have a new HOA and they are keeping an eye on this problem. Thank heavens the "project manager" from All Phase hasn't been on this project for more than a month. But as the saying goes, I feel we have gone "from the frying pan into the fire". I understand All Phase does a wonderful job with water mitigation, but when it comes to construction, they need to find a good, reliable crew and a project manager who knows something about construction or just stop taking on construction jobs. Potential customers need to be aware of their lack of communication with customers and make sure they have a project who is responsible, knowledgeable and is capable of doing a proper inspection when the job is finished. I wonder when All Phase will have the crew come back. I am not going to hold my breath, are you??? read more

Terrible project management. After 5 months, the work in my unit is NOT complete and likely I'll do it myself rather than wait any longer, The insurance claim was approved within days, but AP juggles too much work (sprinkler breaks in several multi-family buildings in mid-January) by leaving noisy de-humidifier machines running 24/7 for 3 weeks. When they're ready to start, all the drywall gets ripped out anyway, but this is how AP "manages" time. The bedroom, laundry, and two baths were not damaged, but I had to move out for 8 weeks due to the noise and dust. Most of their day labor is unskilled, but they pay more if they absolutely need to, and to them it's just the cost of doing business and it all gets charged to insurance anyway. I would never recommend AP to anyone; shoddy work, almost NO clean-up at any stage of the restoration project, and a rude project manager who "maam'd me too many times. Like John S. (in a review from August 2019) I had electrical problems that were not resolved. AP had an electrician re-install a ceiling fan without testing to make sure it worked (it did not). After waiting two months for AP to return, the property manager here brought in a master electrician, who found the melted metal motor. I hope our HOA is suing AP; unfortunately I can't even though I own my unit, the sprinkler break water damage is covered by our master insurance coverage. The AP workers who moved my furniture as they worked around it, broke one of the pedestals on my solid cherry dining room table, trying to slide it on carpet, even though I requested that the table be placed in a storage room until the work was complete. The cost to repair was over $500, and that was added to the insurance claim. AP is not responsible for the damage they cause! I could go on and on, but hopefully this is enough to insure that anyone reading this will not use All-Phase Restoration. read more

First, I will say that the restoration to the sewage flooding under my condo was met with immediate response. Dylan and Gabe were sent to initially get started on the flooding issue under my home. These 2 young gentlemen displayed customer service skills that by far even surpassed most adults. I enjoyed the banter, and the communication as they kept me informed throughout the entire process. Having an issue like this with sewage flooding under my home also caused flooding under my flooring in my downstairs bathroom as the sewage water came back up under the toilet. It caused further issues such as the need for abestos abatement that delayed other facets of repairations to my down bathroom. Getting the project and other peices of the project to finish with a functional bathroom was a long and sometimes painful process. These 2 young gentlemen were very sensitive to this and empathic to the situation knowing the process from start to finish did not "flow", and that I would be out of a functional bathroom for at least a min of 4-6 months. Trying to get all the peices in place for consistent flow of a large project that included sewage flooding restoration, drying the floors and under the house, plumbing out, flooring out, abestos abatement, and then cleaning up was just their part. The rest took another chunk of time that further included estimates, insurance issues, getting materials, lining up an available crew to do each peice ie: flooring, painting and plumbing was not something that "flowed" in a consistent manner. I expected that to happen and it was a long and drawn out process. Having Dylan and Gabe at the start of this...well, nightmare of a situation really helped ease the overall reality of having sewage flooding the underneath of my condo. Had it not been communicated in realistic terms what I could expect by Dylan and Gabe, I would have felt more frustration and anger about the flooding issue which is a separate issue dealing with my HOA. Again, Dylan and Gabe made a pretty awful situation much easier to go through with the exceptional customer service and daily communication. I can't say enough good about their customer service skills, and that they are sincerely more developed than most adults doing customer facing jobs. The incredible cynicism this business shows towards its own customers is breathtaking. As a routine business practice, this company preemptively files liens against its own customers -- before its customers ever have the chance to pay the bill. A lien will be filed against you as soon as the work is complete, before you get your insurance check. I have never paid a bill late in my life, yet this company took preemptive legal action against me. It is a routine business practice, the company's president to me in an email. The crew left chunks of concrete in the grass where they had recently installed a portion of the side walk. They did a good job with that one portion of the sidewalk, so I gave them an extra star. I also found two nails on the sidewalk only feet from the vehicles. They still, after 3 weeks, have not completed the job. Part of the sidewalk is still torn up. They also left their flyer to tell people about the construction on the building for us to clean up and throw away. That's not our job. That is why they are getting paid. Their Slogan is "where people come first." That is a lie. If people came first, you leave the place better than you found it. I'm posting about 5-6 pics to show all of this. read more

What company starts a roofing project day before Thanksgiving, then leaves their big truck in your driveway for Thanksgiving Day, ropes off the entire area with tape, then is surprised you're upset? Ding, ding, ding, ding. Well you guessed right. This company. It appears they are simply too lazy to clean up after themselves, so closed off your driveway so that you don't "injure" yourself in case there are nails etc. Who loves to get their driveway blocked on Thanksgiving? No one. Apparently they think it's ok. Thumbs down to the person who says they'll "see what they can do" to move their stuff out of my driveway sometime on Thanksgiving Day. And blamed it on the property owners who wanted them to do it now instead of in the spring. Aren't we sidestepping the issue? This is obviously a company which doesn't take responsibility for their work and is disrespectful to others. Took a few phone calls before things were right again. read more

All phase was very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. They come in, take charge, and ease one's peace of mind, when we have no clue what to do in our emergency loss in the middle of the night. They were very trustworthy, and after the drying out period, they put the house back to like new condition in a short amount of time. I had a water leak in the wall in my basement right before the 4th of July. I got a few phone numbers from my State Farm agent and AP was the only one that called me back before the holiday. Ann came by and was extremely helpful. She used her moisture meter to show me the extent of the water damage. She gave me a quick estimate as well as some guesses on what insurance would cover. I ended up doing the work myself since our deductible was really high but I appreciated all the help. read more

Keep in mind, you can't score any lower than one star. AP RESTORATION is a zero star company but they get one star because that's how the scoring works. AP Restoration is incompetent and they are thieves. They ripped us off for an additional $10,000 after the insurance company paid us. They DO NOT work closely with the homeowner. They DO NOT keep an eye on costs. 4 months into this ordeal I started to question the competence of the woman in charge of our job. Her boss told me there's a crystal meth problem in her family and she has a lot on her mind! I should have looked at the YELP reviews. Everything these folks do is sub-par. Two weeks after they finished, my tenant called to say the kitchen lights had gone out. I traced it back to loose connections in the electrical box AP RESTORATION installed. There were black smudges on the wiring where things almost caught fire - AP RESTORATION hired an electrician who forgot to tighten the wire nuts and hadn't screwed down tightly the connections to a switch. There was electrical "arcing". Over the course of trying to work with these people (they rarely, if ever, conferred with me about options) they had a floor sanding contractor overwhelm our new furnace with sanding dust. An inch thick layer of dust on the filter prevented the furnace from working. They had our kitchen cabinets delivered onto our snow covered driveway in the middle of winter. I had to call them to have the cabinets moved immediately. Their contractors made an appearance about once a week which delayed this job way beyond the time it should have taken. I'm over 60 years old and have never been ripped off this significantly in my life. There's a foreman type guy named, "Scott" (he goes by "Scotty" though I'm sure he's more than 14 years old) who couldn't explain half the charges on our bill. When asked why a mahogany subfloor was installed before flooring that didn't require it, he said, "Some flooring companies have their own methods." The poor guy is not in his element - he's inept. They delivered a dumpster twice the size required onto our driveway and the neighbor's lawn. The electrician never used it. He left piles of trash everywhere. They tore down or stole two of our security cameras. Every inspection failed. The crystal meth woman continued to claim she didn't know why. I was responsible for meeting all the inspectors because the crystal meth woman was pre-occupied. I AM SO GLAD TO BE FINISHED WITH THESE PEOPLE. DON'T USE AP RESTORATION! I want to close this chapter of my life. I didn't want to write this review just because it makes me angry all over again. These guys are simply the best. They made a very stressful situation much less stressful. They were patient with my never-ending list of questions and explained everything in detail every step of the way. When I had a concern, they addressed it immediately and made sure I was satisfied with the resolution. Being home alone with my kids and having unfamiliar men in my home is sometimes very uncomfortable. This was not. Every team member was a gentlemen, respectful and great with my kids. Expressing extreme dissatisfaction with the shoddy, sloppy work done in my home. The ceiling they replaced has a crack in it. The texture (which I did not ask for on my walls) is lumpy and uneven. The ceiling texture material was splattered all over my floors, porch, stairway banister, doors,and more. The baseboards were painted only halfway down, and carpet fibers are stuck to the baseboards. I have pictures. It has been five (5) months since I hired them and still the work is not completed per the contract or to my satisfaction! Extreme long time to return phone calls. Then they only offered to remove the cost of painting the baseboards rather than for the cost of new baseboards and the cost to paint them correctly and professionally. I fired them refusing to let them do any other work in my home. When trying to rectify the solution, the project managers are condescending and belittling because I refuse to accept this horrible work and the ruining of my once smooth walls. I woke up to a 6' wide puddle of water from my dishwasher on my bamboo floor early one morning. All Phase Restoration was highly recommended by my home insurance company so I gave them a call, figuring it would take awhile - maybe even days - for them to respond and come out to take a look at the damage. They were over in just a couple of hours and had everything with them that they needed to put mats, hoses, and dryers down. They checked on me each day to see how the floor was doing and came to inspect the progress of the drying and very lifted-up sections of wood floor several times. I was given step-by-step instructions of what to do when they were finished and they even called me months later to see if the boards had flattened down like they expected them to. First-class company! Very professional and explained each step of the process to me, which was literally going to take months to get back to normal, given the extent of the water damage. They cleaned up their equipment in my kitchen after the perfect amount of time to ensure the floor was sufficiently dry but not overly dried out. The guys knew their stuff and I would trust them again in a heartbeat!! read more

As I am standing here, staring at the hole in my basement and the giant bill that was left after AP restoration did nothing, I am wondering how this company manages to stay in business. I had basement flooding and was nervous of future issues but they wouldn't even give me an estimate over the phone. A crew showed up, cut one 8' long hole in my wall, pulled out the carpet pad, and all my baseboards and told me that they "couldn't find the source of the leak" and "here is your thousand-dollar charge"? What? Apparently, they needed to do an "asbestos" test (okay, fine, but tell me that you're going to do this test over the phone). Dishonest company with a morally bankrupt owner. read more

I used All Phase to replace my roof and after a several months, I noticed leaking on the ceiling inside my house. After a couple years of going back and forth, All Phase finally told me they were unable to figure out what was wrong and recommended I call another roofing company to come out and see if they could find the issue. The other companies informed me that the issue was due to improper ventilation, which was causing condensation. While All Phase told me ventilation is not their responsibility, the other roofing companies in Northern Colorado stated that they would checked for proper ventilation prior to installing the new roof, fixed it and would have warrantied their work. Roofs change and products change, so ventilation systems need updating. All phase does not look at ventilation as other roofing companies do and do not offer the same type of warranty. I do NOT recommend them. Update: just read the owners response. This isn't about what my insurance would or wouldn't have paid for. I have about a thousand dollars worth of damage inside my house which could have been prevented had your employees been trained to look at the ventilation. It wasn't until I had other local roofing companies come out that they were able to tell me what the issue was and I was able to get it fixed. read more

Stay away from this company if you value your sanity and time. If you find yourself stuck with them like I was, make sure you get every single promise in writing, that you take pictures of everything ( in fact, you should set up cameras in the area they will be working in), and generally watch them like a hawk. Communication was terrible, they did not dispose of materials correctly, exposed my entire house to mold, made verbal promises they walked back later and were generally incompetent. I hired them based on my insurance company's recommendations. It was a little too late when I saw the reviews on the web and the fact that the franchise has been sued over and over again by homeowners. This company is horrible. You are better off doing work yourself than hiring this company. DO NOT let them pay for any third party testing. You pay and they can reimburse you. Additionally, check the paperwork carefully, especially replacement materials. Because they work so closely with the insurance companies, they cut corners to save the insurance company and screw you, the homeowner paying for it all. My basement flooded during the Big Thompson River flood, Sept 2013. A different company was in the middle of doing the water extraction process when their equipment failed and they had to quit the job, charging me zero dollars. The estimate from this company was $1000 - $3000. I had been on the wait list with All Phase and they called and said they were doing "jobs" in my area the next day. Without ever seeing the extent of damage to my basement, which was not severe, they wanted to charge me $10,000! I am outraged that they obviously are taking advantage of people in the middle of an emergency situation...a 100 year flood! I am shocked that most of the reviews online are POSITIVE. I can't imagine how many people have paid those prices and not realized they were being scammed. read more

We used All Phase when our roof needed to be replaced from hail damage. Johnny in their roofing department was on time and a pleasure to deal with. Dealing with roofing companies always makes me cautious (thanks to the unscrupulous fly by night ones out there), but Johnny and All Phase never gave me any pause. Their roofing team did a fantastic job, and did a great job of cleaning and making sure the home was cleaner than how they found it. We recently bought a new home and used All Phase again when our new home needed to have small roof repairs. Thankful for being able to deal with local businesses. read more

Beware of All Phase Restoration!! They are a terrible company! We had a house fire a year ago and the painter they hired did a awful job, cut corners, threw trash away in our neighbors trash, tried to throw away wet paint until I let AP know and made sure the trash was taken care of. I tried firing the painter and AP refused and gave him 2nd & 3rd chances. My insurance company wanted the walls primed (1 coat) and painted (2 coats). My walls were never primed and they only used one coat of paint (the paint does not include primer) and the paint is now flaking off my walls. All the white paint used on my staircase and on all my doors is peeling off! I was charged for blinds that I never received and was never on the insurance claim to begin with. I was charged for a door and a door knob for a closet in my laundry room that has never had a door or a door knob! AP also cuts many corners and such as never removing the dishwasher for the hardwood floors, or detaching the sink in the bathroom before painting which the insurance company requested to be done. There invoice contained one line that said the percentage of the job done. Also it took my 8 months before I could get the detailed itemized list which I requested from the billing department since the job manager would not provide. Also the job manager would not give me the name of the painter so I requested that from the billing department as well. They want me to make a final payment before they come out to fix the problem of the peeling paint. I have told them they will not get paid until it is corrected and now they placed a lien on my home for a job they never completed or did right! I have reported them to my insurance and the BBB. First off, this company is a TOTAL rip off. Their quotes for the insurance companies are absolutely ridiculous to the point that they are almost funny. Let me recall a couple of charges.......to put a piece of plastic over my tv cost me 50 dollars, to tape the floor so they wouldn't track in dirt was around 50 dollars as well. This is only the beginning of how terrible my first and last experience with this company was. To top it off, we decided not to go with them due to HORRIBLE customer service and super high prices..... and they didn't even ask why? Like what company doesn't want money!?!?! We were so offended that they did not blink an eye that we were not giving them our 11 thousand dollars in business, that my husband decided to call them to see if they would come down at all on price. Nate, one of the lead estimators, had such a rude attitude, my husband wanted to speak to a manager. Come to find out, the manager (Wil ) could care less that his employees are not providing excellent customer service. In fact, he was sticking up for the way Nate was acting. Wil's exact words to my husband were " Let me think if we are even gonna be a good fit for restoring your basement since you called the insurance and told them the TRUTH that we did not do a couple of things that was listed on the quote.....and now I have to readjust the quote." SO WHAT THIS STATEMENT SAYS IS THAT THIS COMPANY IS UNETHICAL AND SHOULD NOT EVEN BE IN BUSINESS!!! NO ONE DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.....AND THAT INCLUDES THE INSURANCE COMANYS! I had water damage on the lower level of my house. I called All Phase and informed them that this repair was being paid for through my insurance. I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Pat who sent out two guys to discover where the leak was coming from. I had my insurance come out to get an estimate parallel to All Phases involvement and made sure John the project manager had my insurance contact because the estimates needed to be accurate on both ends. All Phase finished the work and Pedro a sourced 3rd party worker did an excellent job. The reason I am leaving a 1 star review is because All Phase does bad business. They did not have open communication with my insurance company and proceeded to charge me $2,000 more then what my insurance has for the estimate. My insurance company requested drying logs to send out a check for mitigation and it took All Phase 3 months to respond. Do not contract work through All Phase the people all seem nice, but they will take advantage of you. These people are money hungry and greedy. They lack in customer excellence and effective communication. This has been a horrible experience all together with All Phase they do not care to find solutions. They are the epitome of greedy, money hungry business. Do not support these people! read more

BEWARE! I have never, in my life, (EVER) been so incredibly disappointed, and quite frankly disgusted with a service provider. This company has a great ability to bait and switch, cut corners, and then have attitude with every conversation. We had, what AP Restoration considered, a measly job that 'only' brought their company nearly $25,000. My tenant (who just so happen to be a single mom) was displaced from her home so they could fix damages and clean the house, only to find that they had done absolutely nothing after 8 weeks. I'd also like to mention that she had items stolen by this company's contractors (including her digital camera with her youngest child's baby photos on the camera). Now, nearly 10 months later the job is finally coming to a close, not because it was fully completed, but because we are so tired of fighting them to complete the job, and complete it with excellence. After talking around town they are known for this very thing. I will always warn people to stay far away from this company. AP Restoration makes big promises and does not deliver. BEWARE! read more
