Though his company is booked fairly tight for a couple months for large installs; they fit in smaller jobs as they are able. Bruce and his team came out a couple days later to do the job. The team arrived wearing masks, which my wife and I appreciated. They wasted *no* time. They properly patched the subfloor, which was probably the pain in the ass part of the whole thing because they had to access it via a muddy crawlspace. The finished results look great. I can't even tell where the hole from the old heat duct was. Luckily, I had recently had all of the flooring done and the finish was an easy match- again- the work was impeccable and the crew had the job done in about 2 hours. The crew left no mess at all- even in spite of the muddy crawlspace. Thank you to the entire Bruce's crew! You are appreciated!

But it could just as easily be named "Awesome Floor Care LLC" or "Incredible Floor Care LLC" because the results are fantastic. Andre and Pamela are a great team. They are super friendly, punctual, reliable and work really hard. I have now hired them twice, once for two different houses. The first project involved stripping and polishing an old, beat-up linoleum floor in a basement. It was a large floor and had never been thoroughly cleaned in over 30 years. To my amazement, the floor looked really good when Andre and Pamela were done. They far exceeded my expectations given the age of the floor. I was so impressed with the first project, that I hired them a few weeks later to clean a ceramic tile floor with really dirty grout. Once again, they did a fantastic job. Absolute Disaster!!!…read more I hired this person for hardwood floor grinding and refinishing. Pictures tell the story. If you are looking for someone to turn a simple job into an electrical adventure, leave a mess behind, and create new problems you didn't have before -- this may be the person for you. On top of the poor workmanship, he was extremely rude and disrespectful. He attempted to connect his machine directly to a live electrical line, which resulted in damage to the electrical panel and an expensive oven showing a "Bad Line" error. Apparently, quality control and safety procedures were optional. Blamed the panel. The job was left with trash scattered around, and somehow the priority became demanding payment before the work was completed. Asked for additional $150 to "dispose" of the trash that he left behind. To add to the experience, machines were left sitting on carpet, creating another potential mess. We ended up contacting the local police. A reminder for anyone considering hiring him: do not release payment until you have personally inspected every detail of the work. Before making the deal demand full clean-up and disposal of trash. Take before pictures. Check your appliances, check your electrical system, and check that your property is actually left in better condition than when he arrived. Unfortunately, the experience was not the kind anyone wants.

It had the original cabinets from the 1970s. The shelves weren't even, and there was barely any counter space to work with. We knew we wanted to replace all the cabinets, get quartz counterop, and upgrade the layout to be more functional. We called another competitor first, and they quoted us that the bare minimum of what we were asking for would be over $45,000, which was more than twice our budget. When we met Bill, he wasn't pushy or salesy. We told him our budget and what we were looking for, and he was able to meet every expectation. It took about 8 weeks for our cabinets to come in/be made. Immediately after that, Joe and the crew came and completed our kitchen renovation within 2 weeks. My partner and I work from home, and the renovation did not disturb our workflow at all. We'll definitely be working with them again in the future when we update our bathrooms!
