People if I learned about my move from NJ to Palm Coast Florida is this. Always check with a local mover, why you ask, I went on-line found a moving company got a quote with the furniture, boxes and other items for one price. It turns out that they are in Florida. Movers usually out sort jobs. Moving time the actual movers showed up, once all was said and done I paid more than I thought I would. I was a little mad but then to mover said you should always find a local mover to come see the actual item now you will have an accurate price. See furniture come in many different sizes even though you may say a dresser. Fast forward, All Point Moving and Storage held my items for a month at no cost in a climate controlled facility. Two weeks before I called and told them when to deliver and just like that the truck was on its way to Florida. I got a call from Tom at the office. Lisa the driver with ETA. She did have a delay but it was due to an accident and thunderstorms coming down on I-95. Which if you have driven it can be brutal. She was on point with updating me with the ETA. They unloaded set up and cleaned up what they could. I am so happy with their service and Lisa she really worked her tail off. I don't trust people cause I know there are a lot of con artists out there and I didn't want to be another victim. I truly recommend these movers. read more

My wife and I were extremely disappointed and upset with the condition of our belongings, and a missing Dell Inspiron computer, when our shipment finally arrived at our new location. We contracted with AMERISAFE MOVING, who used the key words Top rated, Full Service, White Glove. We had no idea and were not informed that AMERISAFE would subcontract our move to ALL POINTS MOVING & STORAGE. Had we known we would have done our research, saw the very low ratings that ALL POINTS received from other dissatisfied clients, and would have avoided using AMERISAFE and ALL POINTS. None of the AMERISAFE Ascertions were met. The final binding costs increased by a third. The increases were eyeballed, not measured. We were told that the "load" would be measured and weighted at the warehouse, however, half of the extra cost was paid at pick-up and the remaining half at drop off. The pickup was at our apartment complex in NYC and we were charged an additional one dollar a foot from truck to apartment. The first 75 feet were "free", however the distant in the City was many hundreds of feet. We were also charged two $75.00 elevator fees at pickup and one at drop off, when there should have only been two. The promised drop-off date was extended by 7-days leaving us at a logistical disadvantage. Communication was poor. My inquiries were treated as an inconvenience. Valuable artwork, guaranteed to be packed and handle safely, were jammed into three boxes without any protection. The drop-off supervisor was witness, at our request, to the unpacking of the artwork. Six important pieces were badly damaged.Two pieces had to be sent to an Art Conservator for repairs. Glasses and dishes were broken, furniture was marred, scratched and damaged, a computer was missing, and several items were missing from the inventory. The inventory list was a multi-copy carbon and I was given the semi-legible bottom copy to review among a myriad of other " sign here" "Initial here" impatient instructions. The missing computer contained important and confidential files. The corresponding 24" monitor showed up without a mover's sticker, was not on the inventory, and had my wife's name not been on the original box, it would not have been left with us. Other damages included a torn antique lamp shade, broken lamps, missing finial, and several scratched and damaged vintage picture frames, the list goes on. I tried to get some satisfaction by addressing my concerns with AMERISAFE & ALL POINTS to no avail. They both seemed accustomed to dealing with dissatisfied clients and referred me to CSIPROS. I filed a claim with CSIPOS as instructed,10-days after the drop off, allowing time to assess all of the damages. CSIPROS sent me acknowledgement of the claim, however they informed me that they were a third party, not affiliated with the movers, had no knowledge of or access to documents. That "the intent to file a claim does not constitute a claim". Detailed information would have to be posted to their website, such as inventory box numbers and items contained in the boxes, which does not exist. Our fourteen pieces of artwork, for instance, were inventoried in Box #1, Box # 2, Box #3 without specifying which pieces were in which boxes. We were further instructed NOT to repair any damages and to save all boxes, many of which had already been removed by the drop off crew for an additional fee. Actually, they told me they would remove the boxes instead of reimbursing us for the extra $75 elevator fee. I've attached some photos, however, we simply want to put this entire experience behind us, as we have no expectation of reaching a fair & just settlement with any of the entities involved, and I lack the energy to do the dance. This entire moving experience started out to be reasonably affordable, clear and simple and turned into a nightmare...So beware. read more

When I called yesterday for the second time to inquire about my missing items, Tom said, " Lady, you must have nothing else to do since you keep calling me" (I am the Market Manager for a large Financial Firm). My stuff was taken by AMERISAFE on August 24 from my home to New Jersey. It was then moved from there by ALL POINTS MOVING AND STORAGE and did not arrive in my new home, Alabama , until Sept 8. They were supposed to arrive on August 31. I slept for nine days on an air mattress and my back is a mess. I had nothing that I needed to live. Many things are missing. I'm hoping to publish this all over in hopes that I get at least some of my things back. This has caused a financial struggle for me and many items are of sentimental value. Some of the things I am missing: 1. Silverware that was my grandmother's. It is in a box with some other kitchen items that I use regularly. ( cooking, utensils, measuring cups, cutting boards,) 2. Two lampshades. I received both lamps with no shades. 3. One large clear plastic bin with a set of tools, music memorabilia, ( an album, DIRT, signed by the band, Alice In Chains, a drumstick, guitar pics, and pictures of the band) and other pictures of family and friends from the past of sentimental value. (some of them are pictures of me in my classroom with the children I taught years ago.) 4. Two buckets. Not a big deal, but still mine. 5. A box with two ceramic pumpkins. These are just some of the items not all of them, and There was damaged done to my stuff too. Tom is trying to convince me that I am imagining all of this. It's really sickening. We moved from CT to Fl and were promised a 3 day move Well that didn't happen they were 7 days late costing me thousands of dollars in hotel and car rental costs almost all of my items had damage., most of it to the point that it needs to be replaced. The broker Eagle moving was no better as they also quoted the 3 day move and when i called them for some help my calls went unanswered The settlement we received will not cover the cost of an arm chair. We had a disappointing experience with this moving company. They tracked dog poop through out our home and left several items behind, including mirrors and an entire dresser. They also failed to load everything, leaving us to fill both of our cars to make up for their oversight. We still will require another pickup truck worth of items to get on our own. Despite this, they became agitated and defensive when questioned about leaving items behind, claiming they had "done enough" and what we paid ($4k) "was nothing!" I asked for a box then to pack the items they were leaving behind to put in my own car and he said they had given us enough for free! Additionally, they did not reassemble many of the items they had taken apart during the move. We were charged $4,000 for the service, yet had to transport some of our own belongings (such as TVs) due to their claim it was "extra." What was supposed to be one of the best experiences in my life, all points has made it one of the worst!!! I was given a price according to the items I told the sales person I had, a month in advance I booked with a $300 deposit! When my move date comes as soon as the mover enters he says it's going to be more!! He hasn't touched not one item yet, then tells me I have to pay an additional $75 to wrap my TV in a box which had i known that I could have done it myself! $45 to wrap my mirror again something I could have done myself!! Then after really having no other choice my flight was the next morning at 6am! So after having to agree to pay double what I was originally told and after getting my belongings on the truck they tell me they were bringing my things to storage until the truck is filled and someone else books to come my way!! Find another moving company that will respect your belongings and not find every way to drive up the cost of your move. When our items were originally packed, disassembled, and moved from our origin location 2 young men were moving and packing a majority of our items. We received 3 separate cost estimates which increased significantly from the time of my original consultation with the broker that used this moving company - I chose them because they promised a fair price, had good reviews, and my estimated charges were slightly less than local NYC based movers. After I committed to using this broker the cost estimate doubled at my next consultation just prior to my move. I reported every item I had in my apartment at that time. On the day of the move I was given a third cost estimate, this time by All Points, which was, again, much higher than the binding estimate I received from the broker prior to my move date. Additional charges were added (elevator fee (?), long carry (the truck was parked outside the front door of our building), additional packing labor fees, additional fuel surcharge fees on the day of the move). I had to get my belongings out of my apartment by a certain time so I was at the mercy of the movers. This was frustrating enough, but would have been worth the additional cost if my items arrived undamaged. That, however, was not the case. Almost every item that the carrier packed themselves arrived damaged in some way - most of these items were brand new when we moved into our apartment in late 2021 (some were even acquired in early to mid 2022 due to covid related delays in manufacture and shipping). Our tv was smashed (the movers unpacked it from the box, laid it against a wall, and did not even inform us it was completely broken), furniture scratched and damaged, frames cracked and scratched, mirrors scratched, wardrobe boxes were handled carelessly, our $4000 mattress was dragged across the ground causing the cover to rip and become soiled. They even reassembled our bed (a service we paid extra for) incorrectly and I had to hire someone to come back and do it correctly. Every item that we took the time to pack ourselves arrived in the same condition it was packed in. I appreciate that long moves are difficult, but wish this company would have taken better care of our belongings, particularly after we spent nearly $8500. My biggest frustration with this company is that they did not take the time to explain the coverage options. I was given a stack of dozens of papers (what seemed like more than I filled out for my mortgage!) and was rushed through the process since the movers took all day to pack our furniture and load the truck. After they damaged most of my belongings I found out that they were only liable for $0.60 Cents Per Pound Per Article - to put this is perspective, they paid me $21.00 for the the 55" television they destroyed. They initially offered to compensate me $283.28 which does nothing to cover the cost of the thousands of dollars of furniture and the television they destroyed. They later offered me an additional $150 as a "gesture of good faith". A gesture of good faith would have been to treat my belongings with respect and not find a way to rack up the charges if your movers were going to treat my belongings with negligence and carelessness. I worked with this company during the month of December 2021 for a long-distance move. The pickup of my items went very well, and the movers worked quickly to get my items onto their truck without hassle. The issues came in their unprofessional communications skills when informing me where and when my items would be delivered to my drop off address. At every turn, I had to contact them directly to find out any information regarding my items and whether the dispatcher left NJ. I had to call several times to confirm the status of the dispatcher; even on the day of delivery with representatives arriving to my home at 10 pm! This was very disappointing and disheartening to have to worry about the status of my items for 3 weeks while no one handling them seemed to want to provide any information willingly. I would not recommend this company as their communication skills are unprofessional and worrisome. read more

I just wanted to email and express my dissatisfaction with the move from New York to North Carolina. What I didn't realize when I booked with AmeriSafe is that you are not a moving company, and you contract jobs out to other movers. The one we wound up with is All Points Moving and Storage out of New Jersey. I gave you what I thought was a very accurate estimate of the items that we needed to have moved. When the movers showed up, they told me that we had more than what was on the estimate; not only was it more, but the bill came to over $12,000, which was double the estimate. We moved almost no furniture, and few bulky items, and had to pay this exorbitant fee. In fact, we had no way of knowing if he was being honest about the amount of space that would be required in the truck, resulting in the higher fees. I should have told them to not move us, and find another mover, but we were under tremendous pressure to move out on that day. Your company should be sending someone to give an accurate estimate, rather than doing this over the internet to give people an honest assessment of what it might cost. I feel that we were completely victimized and ripped off. When the movers arrived in North Carolina, there were 2 Russian men. The main guy spoke almost no English, or pretended to speak little English. What I noticed was that the truck that was delivering our things was different from the one that picked up our things in New York. As they brought things into the house, it was clear that a number of items were damaged during the move. I was not happy about this and the head guy told me to sign some papers right away. He claimed that he was in a rush and needed to get to Miami. For the $12,000 I paid to the movers, this was unacceptable. He was obviously angry and told me to fill out some online forms to make claims for the damaged things, I spent over 2 hours putting the claims together this morning. We also noticed that our brand new wood floors had been damaged by the movers. They were in a rush and didn't seem to care-this is unacceptable. This is a 1bed, 1 bath, a single occupant, 800sq apt from New Jersey (elevator) to California (1st floor) in June 2022 I was given a quote of 3594.27 which included packing services and materials, disassembling and resembling furnitures upon pickup and drop-off . I sent them a list of my inventory, pictures of all my furnitures as well as a video of my entire apartment because I wanted to get an accurate quote. After "reviewing" everything, James Turner, a senior moving coordinator, gave me the aforementioned quote. He even told me he overestimated my needs to make sure don't get extra charges. I did a quick search about their company. I saw some horrific negative reviews with the main theme of "they give you a low quote to get you in the door, then on the day of charge you double and extra fees, customers have no other choice but to pay". Reviewers also mention that Trinity Relocation. Group is a broker, they sell the moves to independent contractors. I was concerned and talked to James Turner about this. He said 1) they are NOT a broker but rather have multiple teams across different states 2) happy customers don't leave reviews, only the disgruntled ones leave reviews. And because I sent him a comprehensive list, pictures, and video, the quote I receive is very accurate. They also did not give me a date or time of the move until less than 14 hours before. They said they could only give me a 3 day window, they can come at any time, any day during that time and this is a very customary thing to do for long distance moving. If I want a specific date and time I have to pay 400 extra. I had to book my elevator for 3 consecutive days. On the day of the move, All Points Moving & Storage showed up with 3 guys, 1 in charge names Jesus and two movers in a 22 foot Penske rental truck. This was not their company truck. This was clearly a daily rental that these random guys rent for the day to do the job. I was expecting Trinity so I quickly googled All Points. They have a 1.5 star with 37 reviews on Yelp. Jesus told me he cannot park in my high rise luxury apartment complex loading dock because he can't clear the ceiling. He said that would be extra for Long Carry and additional for every 10 feet they have to park further away. I told him bigger trucks have parked here before which was confirmed by my concierge team. They told Jesus for sure he can clear the ceiling and park in the dock. Jesus refused and was offended that I questioned his assessment of not being able to clear the ceiling. He threatened to pull this team and not doing the move. I told that's fine. He "called" his boss to complain. And Trinity called me on my phone and reprimanded for questioning their "contractors". Jesus gave me a new price, 6020.97, almost double what they quoted me because I needed two times the amount of boxes I was quoted, extra materials and packing services that exceeded the number of boxes quote to me, for long distance carry, for each piece of glass I had. At this point, I had no choice but agreed as they have already starting to pack my things. I felt bamboozled. I noticed they started "packing" the boxes 1/2 full. They also parked as far as possible from the entrance to double the "Extra distance that they have to walk". At the end, Jesus demanded a tip that was based on the new price. I did ask Trinity/ James Turner about customary tips, he told me "these guys get pay really well for what they do from us so 40-50 bucks is more than enough". I was planning to give them a 15% tip based on the quote. I was forced into given a tip, I was afraid that they would damage my stuffs if I refused. They again played the our truck could not clear. This is an open space, no ceiling, almost townhouse complex in CA. They demanded another 1250 extra. I found out that All Points stored my stuff in storage and have a long distance moving group top pick up and do the actual move. The team delivering my stuffs was a different group/company. They also demanded a tip based on the new...new total. My vanity's leg was broken. My bedroom lamb was broken. Besides my bed, they did not reassemble anything. My move ended up being 2.5 times more expensive than quoted. The major issues I have with this experience are 1. Deceitful representation from Trinity Relocation Group as if they are actually the moving company, they are not. Their goal is to get as many people to sign contracts with an underestimated quote so they get a cut 2. Deceitful representation from All Points Moving, they did not move my stuffs across the country. They rented a truck, moved my things to a warehouse and then paid someone else to move my things 3. Upsell, in this case, forceful and threatening upsell tactics 4. Refusal to do what they had contracted to do after they got paid that is dissembling the furnitures. I have never written a negative review about anything in the past but I need to do it now. The move was disaster right from the beginning. We signed on with Trinity Moving only to find out afterwards ,that is after Trinity took our deposit that they were brokers and not movers. On the day of moving All Point showed up a with all the paper work and looked at what we were moving and they said we can't move you for this amount of money. It is going to cost more, you will pay or we are leaving. This was happening one day before the closing on the sale of my home. It is going to cost you twice as much. How about that ? What was I suppose to do now. They just screwed me royally. They told me that my stuff which was going into storage would cost $350.00 a month. After they took everything out they told me storage would be $750.00 per month. I than asked how I would know that I would be getting all my goods and they said that they would be putting number tags on everything. They packed everything and supposedly tagged everything. Try and watch five guys running all over the place at the same time. They packed twenty pictures in carton cases. Supposedly tagged them but did not write what was in each carton. When the delivery was made to my new home it was delivered by someone other than All Point that All Point picked to make the delivery. I asked the delivery guy how do I know that all my stuff is here ? He said I packed my truck according to the ladding sheets. But he would not take anything off truck until I paid the balance first. Than they started to take the stuff off and throwing it all over the place. Could not find or keep track of the number tags . When they said it was all off I had no way of knowing because they had other peoples stuff on the truck that they were moving also. He just said "It is all off ". He had already been paid he left. When we started to unpack we saw that stuff - pictures and cartons were missing. Tough shit. ,they were gone. When we filed a claim for missing pictures we were told the boxes weren't labeled. No way to know what or if anything was missing. I know that the picture that was missing never made it to storage. One of the movers wanted it and set it aside. for himself. There was other boxes missing but we couldn't identify everything. A lamp was broken. We provided a picture the insurance company offered us $3.00 . I said I don't want your money I want a new lamp. Tough shit on me. For the replacement of Armoire you offer $90.00. I want a new armoire. The picture which is missing of Marilyn Monroe. I want $1200.00 or the picture back. For all the cartons with miscellaneous things missing I can't put a value on it since I can't account for what is missing. But what it comes down to is I hope I never have to move again and if I do 1. It will not be with All Point 2. I will definitely due my due diligence. It appears that what I am being told is true. I'll be honest, I booked this company before I read reviews. After I booked and found reviews I was STRESSED. Honestly, this company was awesome. I was moving Boston to Florida and a pretty quick turn around to start a new job. Three guys came Monday to pick up my stuff they were fast and efficient. I was moving a studio sized apartment and they were in and out within 90 minutes including all the paperwork I had to do. My stuff arrived in Florida the following Monday and while some of the boxes looked like they had been thrown against a wall several times, nothing was broken and everything was in good condition. I will say, I had to pay more than my initial estimate but that's because it took up more space than allotted and I had an extra flight of stairs. I was prepared for the stairs but was not prepared for the space, but there was nothing I could do, I saw with my own eyes it took up more space and therefore paid the price. I think the only thing the company could work on is maybe a better estimate system, I don't know how the estimates work but I had less furniture and boxes than my binding agreement and I took up more space. And communication. I was told my stuff would probably be delivered Thursday, it wasn't delivered until Monday and while it was fine and worked out, it was stressful as I wasn't updated and when I called I was just told "dispatch would call me". Also, if you live in a city triple check the size of the truck that's coming so you can block off the proper amount of the block for the truck. I was told one size and a bigger truck came, it worked out but was stressful in an already stressful moving day. Chris was my sales guy, and he was kind and informative. The team that showed up to pick and pack was very professional, on time and I ended up receiving the furniture in FL intact. I even texted one of the guys with a question and he was courteous! They then delivered the furniture to EZ Job LLC, which hauled them to FL. They did a lousy job delivering the furniture on Sunday (Holiday) but that's a diff issue. read more

They initially signed off for $4300 and now charged me another $3500. On top of that, they ask for tips compulsorily All points moving and storage is supposed to be a carrier whereas they outsource it to Adam Express for vehicles and US Van Lines for house hold items One of the worst experiences I have ever had and folks have cheated me at the end. After loading all the items in the truck they told me that I need to pay an extra amount. If they are true customer service oriented people then they would have told the excess amount of items present and would tell me upfront the amount I would have to pay extra if I load these extra items Do not go with this company, what I've written is zero exaggeration and 100% bad experience with this packer and mover. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. I was assigned this company by a broker. Once they showed up they charged me 5 times the price that the broker had quoted. They lied about my delivery date. Not only was I missing some of my items on Delivery but my items arrived over 2 weeks later. I was missing my belongings for over 2 weeks. Each time I called them I got a "Nasty" Hispanic guy on the phone yelling at me that that I had to wait for my delivery. They showed no empathy for my situation. My items were finally delivered. I had to ask the people to reassemble what they had taken apart and nothing was assembled properly. Not the sofas, not the beds, not my exercise equipment. No stars!!! Beware of price hike once movers show up. The initial contact was great. POC (Who I won't name because I hope he quits and gets an honest job) understood what we were moving. After movers arrived the price was increased by $200. It took going back and forth for 1.5 hours on phone and he insisted we were cancelling which meant the company would charge us although their movers left. We did not cancel because the movers boss told them to leave while I was on hold one time for 35 minutes. We had to threaten a lawsuit. Yes just to move a sectional and one box. :( read more

Beware of upcharges and extra fees with this moving company! I was quoted a price based on a set inventory. Movers arrive and tell me I'm over my quoted price which is based on cubic feet in the truck, not by item, $75 charge for elevator or stairs, $75 charge for each 75 feet distance from truck to door of the apartment, 5% fee for using a credit card. My final cost was $600 more than my written estimate. Office contact was very nice while booking but had no sympathy when I called to complain about the hidden fees. NOT RECOMMENDED! read more

I had no choice but get them. They delivered today and most of my stuff is broken. They DO NOT CARE if its fragile or not they will add so much weight on top of the boxes. If only "no stars" was an option as one star is more stars than AllPoints deserves. My wife and I decided on this this embarrassment of a moving company to move us from New York to Texas, as now it's clear to me that we're insane and are gluttons for punishment. I am writing this review while laying on the floor of our empty apartment as our belongings have still yet to arrive. I have been in the service industry for almost 20-years now, and it has always been my understanding that a service company should strive to meet or exceed a customer's expectations. With AllPoints, you will never have to worry about your expectations being exceeded or even remotely met. This all began with my wife locating a "price competitive" moving company. As constant movers, we decided this time to trust the professionals. So, AllPoints appeared to meet the need, price and guaranteed quickness. Dropping money on a deposit wasn't a red flag as this is pretty typical; however, once we had this company all set up, they wouldn't commit on a pick up date. After many calls, they agreed to show up on a Sunday with a potential delivery date of the following Friday. Not too shabby, right? Well, all that changed as we grew closer to the pick up date agreed. We received a call from the "good people" of AllPoints requesting that we move up our pick up date by two days (to Friday), otherwise our drop off date would be two weeks from the pick up date... Wait... What?!?! If the original pick up date was Sunday and AllPoints agreed to deliver the following Friday.... Wouldn't that be roughly 4.5 days or is my math off? When this point was brought up to AllPoints, they stated that the time tables had changed and they needed to get this on the Friday truck. So, we reluctantly agreed and quickly completed our packing to be ready for an accelerated pick up day. Then came pick up day. Just as others have stated in reviews (reviews that I wish we had found prior to contracting AllPoints) the "nickel a diming" began. Extra charge for any distance beyond 75-ft from the door. New restrictions were added regarding items, items that were considered furniture and would be blanket wrapped would now have to boxed (however AllPoints conveniently would supply said boxes at a nominal fee). Well, it was too late to turn back now.... So onward we went. After almost 5 hours, everything was packed into the truck and the truck headed out, with a new delivery date of the following Wednesday or Thursday. It should all be good from here... we said as we crossed our fingers. Tuesday came and went without a call to confirm an appointment for Wednesday. No biggie. Wednesday arrived and we received a call from AllPoints requesting the remainder of the funds for moving as they would not deliver on Thursday until we had paid in full. We reluctantly paid sight unseen... What else would one do when your moving company is holding your stuff for ransom. Thursday came, but no movers. Upon calling for an update (yes, we called for the update... no one called to update us) we discovered that drop off day would now be Friday. So, not Wednesday... not Thursday, but now Friday? Today is Friday. My wife and I received a call from AllPoints stating that due to a mechanical issue, delivery wouldn't be until Saturday. So as previously stated, here I lie on the floor of our empty apartment writing a review, not knowing if I will see our belongings again. I never thought I was so attached to stuff until I didn't have stuff to be attached to. In closing, I'm not going to tell you not to use AllPoints. I'm just going to give you my observations regarding AllPoints based on our experience. If you want your next moving company to not stand behind their agreements... AllPoints is your company. If you want a moving company that will not show up on the days they set... AllPoints is your company. If you want a moving company that whines about how hard it is to move items out of New York... AllPoints is your company (yes, they seriously attempted to get our sympathy for moving us... as if the money we paid want enough). If you want a moving company to have "technical issues" and make it seem like it's your problem as the customer... AllPoints is your company. If you're looking for a moving company that respects you as the customer, treats your belongings with dignity and care, stands behind their guarantees, or one that you can trust.... Keep looking because AllPoints is a joke. In hindsight, my wife and I would have been better off to pay three circus monkeys with a wheel-barrow to move us. read more

I was very apprehensive about my move from Hoboken, NJ to Nashville, TN especially during a pandemic but Tom and the team at ALL Points Moving made it easy and stress-free. The movers showed up on moving day exactly on time ( Actually a few minutes early) and the guys were professional, efficient, and quick. I felt comfortable letting them take all of my possessions away knowing that they would arrive safely in Nashville. The drop-off was just as easy and seamless. Granted my move was small but they were in and out in less than an hour and everything was accounted for and nothing was broken. George and his partner were awesome at the drop-off. Please, stay away from this company- they are the SPIRIT airlines of moving companies- get you in with a low quote and up charge you on EVERYTHING else. Our quote went from $1,900 to $4,000 (NOT including tip) AND they did not deliver on the day we were guaranteed with Chris Collins, Senior Moving Consultant. The movers were responsible on site and we did receive our items 48 hours later with the majority of our boxes in tact, but the sales experience was a nightmare. Tom (supervisor) got our items down in 48 hours only because my husband and I had to argue for it and because we gave a very good tip to the movers on both ends. When we tried negotiating a hidden fee and said it would impact our ability to tip the movers, he said "do what you have to do." He did NOT care about the movers at all and wanted every cent of their hidden fees. Go with a mover that utilizes technology to provide you a realistic estimate, scans your boxes instead of their manual counts, and shares ALL fine print items. Also, they did not properly explain how the process works- they collect your items, drive it to their warehouse, UNLOAD, then RE LOAD into another truck, and then move your items down- so your items are stored in a truck with another person's items and it is not a direct move. Don't be fooled with the low quote- the headache was not worth it and I could have gone with a more reputable company for $2500-$3000 and STILL SAVED! read more

I truly do wish I could rate this 0 stars. I booked this through a broker (Interstate Moving, also would NOT recommend them), and was told I was way under the minimum so I could even bring an extra 10 boxes and still be at $1500. To start, the company gave me a call at 5pm the day before saying they were coming at 8am when I was supposed to receive 48 hours notice. When the movers came, they said that what I had was over what was quoted and they up-charged me $350 from the "binding estimate". On top of that, I was told it was $75 fee if the door-to-truck distance was over 75 feet, but in fact it was $75 per 75 feet so I was charged another $150 because they were not able to find a parking spot. So now we're at another $500, plus whatever they charge for door-to-truck on the receiving end. I'm praying that my boxes don't come wet and damaged like many people are saying, but SERIOUSLY do NOT book these movers. read more

I had a bad experience with all point moving and storage company in glen rock nj, the lied from the very beginning I told them I had 60 box and 60 bins, a refrigerator, treadmill 3 TVs, a sofa, a grill and a little house hold items, he ( chris) gave me a price of $2500 . I had to be $300 deposit, well the day of the moving the price increase from $2500 to $4800 and they would not take everything , I have to rent a uhaul trust for another $ 350. The movers were very mean and nasty to me, very sloppy and not careful with my ite.s they just threw them in the truck and they damaged my walls moving my things in the new house, I will ner er use them again and I recommend that no one use them. read more

My review of this company is less than 0 stars. They inflated the price for one bed room set no mattress (chest of drawers, dresser, 2 night stands and a double bed frame) 1 daybed with 2 twin mattresses. 1 small curio cabinet, from PA to SC. I called the owner Tom thought I could talk to him and we could come to an agreement because they never packed daybed with the trundle. He would not stop talking to even listen to my complaint, what he said was OH, you are one of those people who always want something for nothing. I was charged the full amount either give the refund for not bring the daybed or go get either way I would have been happy. He say I would have giving you three hundred back that doesn't mean anything to me. I guess If you scam people you will have money to throw around. I am 61 years I have worked every day since age 17. I work hard all I was looking for was a fair deal. I just don't like paying for something I did get. Please look else for moving needs. (300.00 3/4 of my weekly check) it means alot to me. My shipment came today and some boxes were crunched and wet! The guys were nice but beware of the extra $75 dollars that they Jack you for at the end! I didn't get to count everything ! That pissed me off! read more

Found the customer service and the movers at one end of my move to be excellent. They were very careful loading the truck and explained every decision being made. The quote ended up being double the quote the broker (Purple Heart Movers) gave me. However one quote was given over the phone, the other was on site. They walked me out to show me how much of the truck was being used for my belongings. When everything arrived a month later after being kept in storage by All Points, boxes (around 131) were literally thrown in a pile and crammed in up to the roof of a large truck. There didn't appear to be any separation between my belongings and those of another. Boxes were crushed, the first box out was full of broken glass, many other items were smashed and some never arrived. I received a box of kitchen items that belonged to another. Because of the shoddy work by the driver who delivered the goods, I must say I would not use All Points or Purple Heart Movers again. read more

It's been 8 months since my first interaction with this company and I know I should let it go. But to be honest, it's difficult to let go when little things come up to remind you of how horrible your experience was with the movers. Like last weekend, when my friend was over & we wanted to open a bottle of wine. I could have sworn I had 2-3 corkscrews in my silverware drawer. When she looked, multiple times, too, she couldn't find any. That's when I realized that those scumbag movers stole, not just one, but *all* of my corkscrews!!!!!! Yes, just goes to show how petty these guys are - didn't even have the courtesy to leave me with one..... As I stated in my previous review about these movers, I am sooooooooooo happy that I didn't take their proffered $30 and sign the gag order (details in the review dated 1/17/2016). read more
