We had new parts to order because a was paying for a maintenance service and whatever new parts I needed to get the mower working. I called Friday, no answer I called Saturday no answer then i messaged the business thru the Yelp app and got a response to pick up lower at 1:00. I showed up at 130 and he was still working on it.. he told me he didn't order any new parts and he replaced my blades with better used blades. Changed oil and air filter. That was it. The mower started right up. But when I got it home it wouldn't start. I message the business back and they told me to bring it back tomorrow. They will be there all day. I showed up today to bring the mower back. And the business was closed. Mind you I have a one way 25 minute drive to get to the business and for no one to be there very unprofessional. And it costs me my time and effort. I was carded $80 for the fixes that did work out. And I gave the guy a $20 tip cause I'm trying to build relationships. Im sure I'll need my mower to be serviced again. So I tip. I tried called and messaging but no one is responding. Im not please at all with the service and the run around

I cleaned out the underside thinking the built up of grass may have overpowered the engine. Well, needless to say I was pretty upset because this purchase hadn't paid for itself yet as it was two months new and just past the point when home depot wouldn't take it back. I was told I had to take it to a manufacturer approved repair facility. POE is one for Yard Machines. They took a quick look at it and opened the gas cap to say "you don't have any gas!" Ummm what?! :/ I didn't think it was gas as I had JUST put in gas the day I last used it! I suddenly envisioned my blonde roots exposed (and I'm not naturally blonde)! LOL!!! We weren't sure so he put in a bit of gas in there to test it out instead of making me go back home to fill it and the possibility it wasn't that and bring it back to the shop again. He saved me a trip and repair cost! Thank you! For that, I'll be your first reviewer and fan.

We went in on a Saturday, after just having our old riding lawn mower break on us. We had cash in hand ready to buy with no questions asked. We get to the dealer, and it was near the end of their workday about an hour left, but we figured they would want to make a sale and because we had cash it would be a quick process to buy a new mower. NO, The old receptionist at the front desk were so rude did not greet us when we came in or asked us what we were in for. We had to approach the desk after no one speaking to us and I told the Karen at the front desk we wanted to buy a new mower cash no financing. She looked at me and said the finance manager was with someone right now and he would be out. She never let him know or anything. So about 30 mins later he comes from his office with no one in there and asks us what we were looking for. We told him the mower we wanted and he said that they did not have any of those mowers in stock that we could come back another day. He obviously just wanted to go home and made sufficient commission that day where he just didn't feel like it. I asked him about the three mowers he had outside that we were interested in as well as the three in their back area. He said ALL of those are sold already...really 6 mowers all sold with no signage yeah right. Easy to say we left and went to Home Depot and purchased two mowers from them. Wanted a deer since the quality. But we are happy with what we have for now and this dealership will not get a second chance from us.
