Something happened that caused the blade deck to drop on one side. It caused one blade to stick into the side of the deck and damage the motor on that side. It needed a lot of expensive parts to repair. Don and Rachel contacted the company to seek warranty coverage and stayed at them until the company agreed. They installed all the new parts, which included a new deck and 1 motor, etc. and brought it back to spec. It is working as it did when brand new and it cost me ZERO.
