Quick response when requesting a quote. They weren't the cheapest, but they weren't the most expensive. Price was reasonable. Called to let me know when tech was 50 minutes away. Josh was polite and prompt. Put on booties/foot coverings over his shoes. Cleaned dryer vent, lint trap, and the outside vent. Moved the dryer to unattached and reattach vent. Vacuumed behind the dryer, too! Left the house cleaner than when he came. Whole process took about half an hour. Paid with check so as not to incur cc fee. Ok. Staff unequipped to safely handle job. Simply duct taped a vacuum onto end of dryer vent tube then could not safely reach roof. Employee scared of heights. Ladder too short. I assume all lint removed from vent but I'll really never know. A camera shot of pipe/tube to show clean would be great for customer satisfaction. Honestly can't recommend All Pro Air Duct Cleaning, Inc. enough! We were fortunate to get Sergio and Zach in our house and to say they did a thorough job would be an understatement. To put some context - My wife and I just purchased a new house and prior to move-in, we wanted to make sure everything was cleaned and primed, ready to go. Sergio and Zach arrived about 2 minutes ahead of their allotted time and got started right away. Sergio explained the process to my wife and I and walked us through, step-by-step what would be happening and where. Meanwhile, Zach had already set up the ventilation system along the side of the house and began running hose through the window well. As they made their way through all the ducts, Sergio approached with a few issues and made sure we were ok with their methods to clean (just in case allergens were a concern) for cleaning supplies to scrub a goop they found in a few of the upstairs vents. I'd say between 3.5-4 stars. Pros: on time, called the day of to confirm, were prompt about getting the work done, clear when explaining the finer details of the job and were the best price I could find for the level of cleaning I wanted. And no baloney about a "$90 duct cleaning special" that offers only the bare minimum of the first 5 feet from the vent (this was an advertising hook used by Green T Services). Another nice thing is that they'll send you videos of the work done, so you can see the before/after side of things. Cool. Cons: I took the vents off myself so as to keep track of screws that I didn't want lost. When they put the vents back on, a screw was missing. I think maybe they dropped it down the vent. Not a big deal, I know, but more concerning is that they are in not just the duct business... they're in the DUST business. Why bother walking around my home with those booties on their shoes so that no dirt is tracked in, when they're leaving a bunch of debris on the floor and other surfaces? Doesn't it make sense to at least bring some cleaning solution and a rag to clean up after yourself? (see pics). All in all, nice work but a job well done often comes down to details. read more

Let's start by saying....if all of a sudden your dryer starts taking 3 hours to dry a load of towels it may not just be dying. When putting clothes in your dryer and you hear birds it's time for action. birds had taken up residence in our 30 foot long dryer vent. I called for service and was apologized to because they couldn't come out that same day. I was told to not use the dryer as blocked vents are the leading cause of home fires. The next day they came and cleaned the multiple bird nests, the blew out the months worth of collected lint, cleaned under and behind the dryer and added a cage to block any other critters. Money well spent! Both service providers were exceptionally respectful. They wore masks and disinfected the area. I'll definitely use them again...in a year. read more

I hired All Pro to come and clean out our vents + dryer vent. We also had birds in our vents and my house smelled terrible. I received a recommendation from neighbors that had used this company previously for the same issues. After booking I received their proposal and a email stating that the technician that would be coming to our house had a list of certifications and was an experienced 9 year employee. On the day of service I was told they would arrive between 11-1. I received a call around 12:30 that they would not be to my house until after 1 as they had another job to remove birds from one of my neighbors. They decided to do that first and me after as my job was bigger due to us also having all the vents cleaned. They arrived at 1:45 and got to work. I told them about the birds and the smell and asked that they make sure everything was removed. After all the inside vents were done the technician came to tell me that there was nothing in my vent. When I asked him why he thought that and if there was nothing then why was there a rotting smell coming from them. His answer was, "Well I didn't hear any chirping and I reached my arm in and didn't feel anything". I said, right these birds are dead and my husband also reached his arm in and couldn't reach them which is why we hired a company to come and clean in the places WE CAN'T REACH. After about 10 mins he comes back and tells me that he cannot remove them and that it is not his job to do so. He told me to call pest control as he won't remove the birds. I said but you were late coming to my house because you were removing birds from my neighbors vent, the recommendation from another neighbor came after you removed their birds, and your job is to clean the vent out and its in the vent. He stated the only way he could remove the birds but by tearing down our walls and replacing all of our ducts. I asked him if he had some type of scope that would allow him to see inside and know where they were going so they could remove them. He told me that they don't use scopes. Apparently, they just go in blind and cross their fingers they cleaned ducts good enough for their customers. While the technicians were here I received a call from the office. She told me that they do use scopes (which I knew after confirming with my neighbor that had used this company). The lady told me that she would call the field manager to find out why they did not have one on their truck. He lied right to my face about not having or using a scope. On the invoice it states that I should've gotten a "live inspection" before and after service which I never did. When I asked him about this he said "I have been taking pictures" with his cell phone just as deep his arms could reach.After the technicians spoke to someone at the office that told him over the phone how to remove the birds he got to work. About 15 minutes later he said he was done. They left the dead bird in our grass for my husband to clean up. I said I would pay when they sent someone out here with the proper tools to show me that the job was done.The next day I get a call from the manager telling me that he will send someone out with a scope to check and make sure everything was removed. He also told me that my technicians had only been there for a month and needed more training. So the whole "certified and been there for 9 years" email was just another lie. He also said that when they came out this time they would show me the inspection and clean the surface to help with the smell. I believe he said it was some type of solution with dawn dish soap just to clean it better. The technician showed up and did his thing. Came back and said "its good. Nothing is in there" I asked if I got to see and he said no. I then asked if they cleaned it with the solution and he said that they don't do that and told me he wiped it with his dry rag. I guess I was just expected to take their word for it after being lied to. After the first job my house was left TRASHED. All the upstairs vents were still covered in tape, the window well cover was left thrown in my backyard and huge, pieces of metal were left in basement next to my children's toys. All in all, do yourself a favor and hire a company that has properly trained employees, brings the proper equipment to their calls and does what they say they are going to do and doesn't lie to their customers. It's been a couple weeks now and the smell lingers. read more
