We Contracted All Pro Builders 3-1/2 years Ago and paid 12,000$ for a stamped set of plans to build a second storied addition on our family's home. We still have not received a single thing in return, All Pro constantly responds with COVID holds us up , and the City won't work with All Pro on a timely basis. We know that All Pro has taken on Many other projects after receiving our monies and set our project to the side. At this point All Pro has Asked us to pay them 5000$ extra dollars for soil samples that they knew they would need 2yrs ago, so we contacted the soils company for ourselves and they informed us that they only charge 1200$ for their services. you make your own assumptions but we suggest that no one ever get involved with All Pro Builders, as they are deceitful in money, time and work. All Pro constantly retracts the cost and adds more cost to the timeline as extras so plan to pay way more for anything they quote. they do this by insisting the architect has made a mistake and that they need more money to make the corrections! But the Architect works for All Pro, So they control the mistake but always want more to correct the problem that they created. if you contract with All Pro and you refuse to pay for their "extras" they will leave your project unfinished... and they don't care! they will stop working and leave the project abandoned.. We wanted to build a second storied home for space for our children that are now about to go to college next year as they are in late high school years now , defeating the purpose! leaving our 12,000$ investment basically wasted, because by the time we build the house now all we will be left with is a bigger emptier home. In conclusion, our Family is warning yours that maybe this is your type of business process and you will use All Pro, but be warned if you have a budget they will run it over so don't plan your budget on their job quote you will need much more MONEY than expected! I've been trying to get a hold of this company to get parts for a job that was left unfinished, that they started 3 years ago, they installed bathroom exhaust fan casings took the motors with them. Installed new sliding door and took screens with them. I have been trying to get a hold of the owner Paul but have not received a call back from this company or any of its reps. Today I called and receptionist said he was there only to later be told he was not in. You are taking your chances with this company if this is any indication of their professionalism. At this point I'm not expecting them to finish anything as I don't think their work is up to par by any means. I will post pics of a bathtub install that was so crooked as well as the cut out for waterlines for the laundry area were crooked. They left recessed lights unfinished and all electrical outlets unfinished as well. This was all part of the contract work that should've been finished. Unfortunately my sister and myself were co owners of this property, but my brother in law hired this company for the simple fact that he was a friend of his, without taking bids for this job. Now my sister has taken her name off the property and I'm left dealing with this contractor and his unfinished work, but as you can see they are not even willing to talk to me. Thankfully I was able to hire my own crew because there was time sensitive work that needed to be done regarding permits. So I'm not looking for this work to be finished by this company all I'm looking for is parts that are needed that were included in the original contract. read more

Since it is during the pandemic, things had a slow start at my house. However, I was able to email or call and get responses quickly. Truthfully, I don't know if the value was a good deal because I was working on gut instincts and feelings when I hired this team. The owner years ago came out to bid on another job at my house but I chose who my insurance company wanted instead. Paul, however, answered a ton of questions then for me about my exterior. When I was finally ready to get the exterior wood replaced, I instantly called All-Pro. Tehato and Robert were so respectful of my property, my time and me that I tacked on quite a few projects including putting in a new exterior door and repainting the whole house. Herman was brought in to paint the tall walls in my house. All were so kind and followed my requests of wearing masks whenever they were indoors. Even though it was hot and masks are nuisances, Herman kept his on correctly for the entire time while inside. I love this crew and actually was sad when all my work was done! Whoever heard of being sad when the construction was over?!?! Me. Thank you all. read more

We are grateful to have selected All Pro Builders for a project to add bi-fold doors, a California room and upper balcony to the house. Paul and his team were prompt and dependable for all appointments, from the initial consult, bid all the way to the end. Their team was always courteous and professional, and you can have confidence in their slogan of "honesty and integrity". The work by All Pro and chosen sub-contractors was top notch quality. In one instance when it was not, Paul made sure it was corrected right away without question. Any change orders were well communicated, and fair. There were no pricing surprises from the initial bid to the end, unlike what you may hear of other contractors. The bid was not the lowest, but absolutely an excellent value for a fair price. Almost six months to remodel a small bathroom. Lack of communication led to mistakes and other issues including project delays and unexpected costs. Their tagline is " you dream it, we build it" is ridiculous as nothing we wanted in a new bathroom was able to get completed. It turned out to be a very expensive refresh of our bathroom. It was a very bad experience and I would never recommend All Pro to anyone. read more

sam, the boss of the team of pro builders, talked me into letting them do some extra things to my roof that was not covered in my insurance claim, just to get to re-shingle my roof......first off they put on the wrong color of shingles for my roof...i do n ot know what the color of my roof is now.....i picked out a g.a.f shingle line of certified life time warranty shingles in harvard grey color......i suppose you could call the roof pig turd brinnel...my roof looks like shit....i have several disabilities, therefore i could not inspect what they had done to my roof.........they did not replace the glass on a very small skylight over my kitchen.....they did replace two (2) very large skylights over my garage.......a storm had blown off some of the vinyl siding at the west gable end of my garage roof...state farm had that written out on my insurance hail damage claim.........pro builders employee sam said that he would turn all of this work in as a demonstrator house for his employees to learn to re-build roofs in the finest workmanship and training for their employees............................................................................................................................... for 2 1/2 months to come back and finish up my house....there are a number of shingles on the very edge of my roof that are budging up...the roof looks like a bunch of beginners did all of the work..there are a couple of tear marks in a couple of shingles, apparently left by a ladder positioned on the roofs edge...(.ladder indentions.) are clearly seen from the ground.........they also stole a bundle and 1/2 of the shingles...what did they think it belonged to them...all of the shingles were bought for my house......and they took all of the the lead flashing for vent pipes, that they replaced with new flashing...they were only authorized to do away with the old shingles......i use good old lead in my reloading ammo setup........ i--by no means will i ever recommend pro builders to anyone in the whole state of texas, especially in garland, carrollton, and in dallas, tx. sincerely yours cronce haskell nowotny--here in garland, tx.... read more
