20+ year customer here... rollers under car started to slip, causing my vehicle to stop while another came up behind me. Situation finally resolved itself but the noise of crunching metal resulted in damage to my wheel. Contacting the car wash via email resulted in a video of the incident in an attempt to prove I had done something to cause this, accusing me of trying to steer the car to pressing the brake pedal to shifting into park (I did none of these things). Complete scumbag operation. The business model isn't a carwash. It's selling a monthly membership which they hope people don't show up. If you email them to try and cancel, they send you a nebulous reply email. I emailed them to cancel and received a confirmation of receipt. However, the confirmation of receipt wasn't in fact an actual cancellation. It was instructions on how to link your card to to your account. By doing that, you then go in and update/cancel your account. But the email never states that your account is not cancelled and this is what you need to do. It only shows they received your request to cancel and gives instructions on how to set up your account in their portal. So you receive an email from them that they are in receipt of your cancellation but it's not actually cancelled. But if you receive confirmation of receipt, why would you want to go in and create a link to your credit card and profile if you are under the impression you are done with this company? I reached out to them after paying for and not using their service for 26 months. Shame on me for not checking my credit card statement but there was no attempt to do anything on their end. They were completely dismissive and rude. They won and received over $1,000 from me for doing absolutely nothing. If I fell for this, I can't imagine how many others have as well. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE - it's not a reputable business. Plenty of other good car washes in the area I would recommend that are legitimate businesses and based on other reviews, they do a terrible job washing cars anyway. I just left the car wash about 30 minutes ago. I had paid for the platinum wash, which included some kind of wax/tire shine I was interested in. I was expecting the guys to hit my tires with tire shine at the end of the wash with an applicator and bucket like most places do, usually takes and extra minute or two. Instead, as you get to the end of the wash there is an automatic nozzle that just arbitrarily sprays your "tires" continuously as you pull through. Whatever the substance was exactly I am not sure, but it is now sprayed all over the sides of my Jeep wrangler. It's very obviously seen on the plastic fenders, and upon a closer look I realized that it's sprayed all over my doors leaving a sticky substance behind. It looks as though somebody threw a soda at the side of my car- the exact reason somebody would go get a wash. Additionally, nobody made any attempt to clean the spare tire on the back on the wrangler, therefore I now I have dried soap scum running down the spare and the rear of my vehicle. My car is quite literally more dirty than it was when I showed up. A great waste of 10 minutes and 18 dollars. Gonna go get my car re-washed now . read more

Tried the phone number and it tells me to go to their web site. don't get hooked into there scam they just keep taking your money. The number they give you for Premium Auto Detailing has nothing to do with them so don't wait your time calling that number unless you want your car detailed. One of the worst car washes I've ever been to. My SUV was still dirty after the "wash" and subsequent manual wipe off. Spoke to the man by the station when the car wash is paid for. Told him that the SUV was not washed to the point where my wife can take her finger and wipe off the dirt. The man was very rude and disrespectful. He actually said if we wanted to get it detailed we can go pay $1000 then walked away. Spoke to other people who faced similar issues. I would not recommend this place. (That's what she said) This car wash has a nice length to it which is an indicator that my car will get more clean than car wash places that are "shorter". I've been coming here since they first opened and recently noticed that the service has gone down a bit. Not soo much that I wouldn't come here anymore, but I did have to take my car to the side parking spots and dry my car down myself the last few times. (Yes I have a roll of those blue automotive paper towels in my car! ha!) The guys used to pop open the drunk and make sure it's dry within, but even when it's not busy, they failed to do so. They also did not wipe off all the window cleaner on the inside windows, so that's another downgrade in service. I get that they can miss some spots when the line gets long and they're rushing, but I was recently there with only a couple of other cars, and they still rushed me along. It's one of the more pricey car wash establishments I choose to go to and paid their price since their service WAS great. ($17 for "silver" which is one of the low end options). They do have a discount if you pay in cash, and also they have discounts on Monday (Men's Day $2 off) and Tuesday (ladies day $2 off). read more

Since the renovations this place is a joke. Used to be my default car wash. Not too expensive at the time, and a team of 4 or 5 or even 6 attendants wiping everything down at the end. Reasonable for $15 give or take. After the renovations, in mid-March 2018, there's no more traditional full service (well, there IS but it's a $40 special thing), no vacuum at the head end, and only 2 guys at the end who are rushed and did a terrible job. I have used this place in the past, I am finding it to be more and more terrible. The machines don't work properly the the staff is lazy. I had asked for the Gold service, which included mats. I asked the guy upfront to brush the mats with their soapy water before using the sprayer. He made a face like I was ruining his day. Later I found they didn't clean the rear mats and the machines left dirt on the lower side panels on the outside. Foam wax wasn't fully rinsed off. If you go there, just get the cheap full service. I had to have my bank issue a STOP PAYMENT because of negligence that I have experienced regarding my request to cancel my monthly service. It's impossible to get in touch with someone if needed. My vehicle was damaged while being washed at this facility. I spoke with Glenn and advised of the damage that was done to my vehicle from this facility. Glenn told me that they weren't responsible and showed me a sign that says they are not responsible for certain damage, with a list of items not covered. I advised that the sign does not apply to my vehicle because the damage that was done, was not part of anything that was on the sign. The damage was done to my front grill, a factory installed core component to my vehicle. It's not "aftermarket". I was then instructed by Glenn to email into allprocarwasnj because they don't handle the claims. I emailed and got a superfast generic response about how the sign says they aren't responsible for damage, and since then I have sent several emails and have not got any response back. I have gone to the main jerseycarwashes website and filed out the contact page and still to this day, have not received a call after providing my phone number and requested a call retarding this matter. I truly hate posting negative reviews. But here it goes. I use this place fairly often as it is very close to my office. So this review is based on what has to be 50+ washes over a couple of years. This has to be one of the most inconsistent car washes around. I have had a few pretty good washes. Never excellent. More often than not I would rate the quality as poor when compared to other area washes. Just yesterday I ordered a Platinum wash. Which is top of the line not including their hand waxing services. The exterior was fair. Overall pretty clean. However, they rushed the wipe down which left several white streaks and water spots. No big deal. The interior is where they dropped the ball. My front and side windows were actually worse after the supposedly cleaned them. I would have to say that they were using dirty towels. They did not even attempt to clean my rear window. Additionally, they didn't wipe down my dash or my door wells. Again, this was a Platinum wash at $22.95! I think that the problems are due to poor management. I find that most better washes have a foreman on duty to oversee the process and inspect the vehicle before calling you over. That rarely happens here. Once in a blue moon. But hardly ever. One last comment. The woman that usually works the register never says thank you. She doesn't respond to, how are you today? No eye contact. Nothing. Its bad business. I don't get it. Will I go back. Perhaps. As it is a couple hundred yards from my office. But sparingly. read more

I had a horrible experience in this place. My side fender flare got caught in one of their rotating machines and literally ripped it off my car. As I saw this, I asked them to stop the machine, but they didn't so my car was horribly damaged here. Upon speaking with the manager, he was rude and dismissive of the incident but said the owner will call me. Three days passed and nothing. So I went to speak with the owner and he was saying that my fender was loose because "I probably hit another car before going into the wash". Excuse me, I would've known that. He said I could find that piece at a junker for $25, not really it cost me $165 plus installation. He didn't even offer to comp my $20 wash, what a great owner. I've been using this car wash for close to 7 years . I just went with one of my business trucks and they have done some renovations . Now it's automated you don't deal with a cashier anymore . Just paid 20$ for a platinum plus car wash car goes through and comes out covered in soap I tell the guys not to dry off the soap I wanna run it through to rinse it off.Both guys tell me "no English " I ask for a manager and he tells me they use soap there is nothing he can do .
