Broke both of my mirrors on my brand new 2022 Honda civic and the manager was extremely rude and kept insisting that they were broken before I arrived. Wouldn't let me walk back inside to get the broken pieces and kept pointing at the sign that said they are not reliable for broken windshield wipers mirrors etc. Only came here because they are open later than most places, I will never be returning despite the fact they are around the corner from my house. You can wait to go somewhere better, protect ur vehicles and stay away. read more

Be careful.....I wish I could give them zero stars. My drivers side mirror was cracked today by the car wash and they wouldn't admit that it happened during the car wash. They claimed it was broken before I went through. They basically tried to say I was a liar. When the manager came out, he threatened, and then did, call the cops because I wouldn't just leave. Then while we were doing the police report he told them he would give me a few coupons for free car washes....like I would actually ever risk going thru their car wash again. Ironically he wouldn't give me back the 11 dollars I paid for the wash...which at least would have been a sign of good faith. Beware...do not take your car there. read more

beware do not go here!!!! they are dishonest and couldn't care less about their customers. a follow up to my earlier post. the company's response to my complaint to being charged $20 for an $8.99 wash. jack alpert says, and i quote "brian we don't have an 8.99 express wash. we have a $8 and $10 wash" absolutely disgraceful! he is apparently okay with customers being overcharged and getting ripped off!! read more

Took my car there and emerged with the chrome molding around one of the windows ripped out and hanging off the side of the car. They said it must have already been protruding which it was not. Asked to speak with the owner, and of course he was not there. Asked for the owner to call me and of course the owner never did. I will never use the car wash again and would recommend to you that you should go elsewhere. read more

I opted for the $9 option, it came with a pre-wash soak, which the $5 option did not have. The service was good, the wash itself was quick, and the lady who towel dries my car did so carefully. I do always get nervous with conveyor belts and because there was only one on the left side while the right tires ran neutral, I felt my steering wheel jolt a few times, making me super anxious that my car was going to roll out of the belt and into the walls and equipment. When I got home to examine the cleaning job, I saw that there 2-3 dead insects left at the front, like mentioned in one of the other comments. Otherwise, a cheap and quick option! read more

Worst car wash ever ! $14. and just a towel dry. I paid for the one with "Tire dressing" got nothing but a towel dry. Got out of my car to check the back tailgate and up above the back window had never been cleaned. When I asked them "if" they could clean it, the towel lady got very nasty and told me to speak to the manager ! So, No tip for them !! Extremely rude & nasty people. read more

My car was behind a cement truck that started to rain cement all over the car. In a race to get it off this was the nearest car wash. They got the cement off the car which was great but they don't do interiors which was fine. Overall satisfied for the service read more

I choose Caldwell Car Wash when I'm seeking a quick, relatively inexpensive alternative to the more expensive, thorough washes I give my car every 2 months or so. It's an exterior only wash with vacuums located to the right of the building if you want to use them. One can pay extra for a hand/spray wax outside and to the left of their building, after going through the wash. Staff are friendly and the quality of the wash is OK. read more

I go to this car wash when I'm looking for a quick, thorough and inexpensive car wash - usually while I'm on my lunchtime. The employees are polite and very accommodating. They do a good job wiping the entire car. There are coin operated vacuum machines alongside the building. read more

Extremely rude staff. I went after a snow storm because I wanted to get the undercarriage washed. When I asked if it was working the attendant responded very rudely that it was cold and could not guarantee it. He just kept getting louder and more aggressive. I had no choice but to pay and go through as there was a long line of cars behind me. I'll never go back here! Not only is it a ripoff, because you do not get what you pay for, when you question them, they are borderline belligerent. read more

I paid $15 for the highest wash and it basically did absolutely nothing. As other reviews mentioned, the front of my car still had bugs and sap all over it. I went back to see if they would rewash it but they closed early prior to the Time that they stated they are open until!! The owners were extremely confusing and hard to understand. AVOID!!!! I still can't believe how awful an experience I just had at this awful car wash. I pulled in put my car in neutral and the automatic brake sensors in my car went off. The owner/manager said to put my car in drive from neutral and move up a bit my window was half way open when I did that. I got a little nervous at that point as I was afraid my BMW would be damaged. I moved forward than quickly went back to neutral. The car brakes locked again. The very rude manager than said put my car in drive and move forward again. At this point I was in the brushes of the wash and water was being sprayed in my car. When I got to the end of the car wash one of my windows in my car was slightly opened after the owner told me to open and close it multiple times and the front passenger seat of my car was soap filled flooded. I stopped my car at the end and went back to the manager telling him what happened that my car was flooded. The first thing he said was that if I don't move it he would call the police. He said that I didn't know how to put my car in neutral which a 16 year old driver can do. Instead of taking blame he shifted it to me. My car also has some scratches on it which wasn't there before. The bottom line is DONT USE THIS CAR WASH. Your risking your car and the stress of dealing with a very rude, nasty angry manager. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS CARWASH. The staff is VERY unfriendly, and impersonal. I had driven from Idaho, and I asked if they could get the bugs off of the front of my car since it will eat away the paint if they're left on too long. He said he couldn't. In more colorful language than that. So I went through, and the car still had a ton of soap on it, a ton of water on it, and ALL the bugs were still there. It was as if I had just ran water down the front of it with my garden hose. So naturally I asked if he would put me through again. He then proceeded to cuss me out and said to leave. I asked if I could go through again, (even offering to pay again) and he said NO. GET OUT OF HERE. I DONT WANT TO SERVICE YOU. Literally he said that. Very horrible customer service, a crappy wash, and they never answer their phone. Literally never. SERIOUSLY DONT COME HERE. Find somewhere else. read more

Rude employees and my car was still FILTHY after the wash. Tree sap residue all over it, dirty tires, black road dust still on rear bumpers. I got the #1 wash too and it did nothing. My tires are shined unevenly, might as well just have waited until it rained. Pointless. Also, their "wax" is a lie. read more

Pretty basic drive through car wash. Moved quickly though and guys seemed to work hard.
