I saw the van outside my friend's home. I asked her what they did to her house and she said that they washed her windows. I asked her if she was happy with them and she said she has used them quite often. So, I called them for an estimate. We were very happy with the estimate and we set a date for them to come over. They were very thorough and we were so pleased with the work . Our home is tri-level, and it is so hard (almost impossible) for us to clean the windows and they were so filthy. They came when they said they would. They did the work as promised and their price was the same one that the estimate said it would be!!! We want them to be our permanent window cleaners. First the good: the man who came to offer the quote was prompt and professional. The two men who came to do the work were also prompt, and the windows and screens were clean when they left. Next, the not so good: I wasn't thrilled that when the man came into the house he dripped water at each location he cleaned. The floors were wet near the bathroom and the outdoor slider. The sills also caught the water he dripped from the squeegee he used. All-pro did a solid job cleaning my windows on a very hot day two weeks ago. They actually took time to put each of my screens on properly. And cleaned the tracks without gumming them up (admittedly they missed one outside MBR). I first used them back in 2009 for a special event and never heard from them again. I would gladly have set up a regular cleaning because they looked so good, so this always struck me as a missed business opportunity on their part. read more

Contacted All-Pro for estimate to repair my deck, remove and haul all debris. Immediately we receive a good and fair estimate and a good work schedule (From Dave) . As a retired Property Manager, I had the pleasure of working with All-Pro on a commercial property in San Dimas for many years. The buildings are all glass and when they came to clean the windows they would just sparkle, you could definitely tell they had been there.
