I made an appointment with Carla who said the owner named Brian would come to my house today 5/18/23 she gave me a two hour window from 3-5. My husband left work early and rushed throughout his day to be home on time to meet with this man Brian who she said is the owner. At 3:30pm my husband called Carla to find out approximately what time he would be arriving and she said he can't make it! No one even called us to let us know. Very bad business practice! I wouldn't ever use them or recommend them to anyone. That's getting off to a bad start. A lot of the reviews on here for this particular company are fake! Of course Carla told my husband at 3:30 that she was just about to call us. Sure she was. I wouldn't ever use this company.BTW, Carla told me that Brian is the owner of this company. read more

The fence company has charged us an additional $385 for an unscheduled site visit because they said it's our fault that one of the gates that was ordered was not the right size. We executed the estimate on 6/30/2023 and paid the 50% deposit on 7/7/2023. We've paid a total of $5,747.77 for the project with permits, etc. Our fence project started on Nov 2nd. It was delayed by week because the wrong style fence was dropped off and it took a week to get the correct fence style (WR1 was the incorrect style dropped off initially and it was clearly noted on the estimate we wanted WR2 style). There are texts messages and emails about the WR2 style as well. The fence company told me the install would take no more than 2 days. It took 5. The size of the right gate should have been measured and realized the 1st day the installers were here, which was Nov 2nd. The installer did not bring it to our attention that the gate was too small until Nov 6th. Also on Nov 3rd, the installers weren't here for a full day and the weather was fine. They left after lunch. A 42 inch gate was dropped off on Nov 7th (replacing the 36 inch gate). One installer came on November 8th and was here for no more than 20 minutes to install the 42 inch gate and try to correct the leveling on a portion of the left side of our fence. On top of all this, the installers damaged our electrical power supply line in 3 places, and tried to cover it up by pouring concrete over the line. I had electricians out here on Thursday, November 9th and Saturday, November 11th for a total of roughly 7.5 hrs fixing the damage, which was around $2,800. The installers knew there was a power supply line from our main breaker to the side breaker that controls the pool heater, dock, and backyard lighting. I told them and showed them. Rather than being honest and let me know they damaged the power supply line, they hid it. I have the pictures of the damage the installers cause in the 3 spots, right corner of fence, middle of back of fence, and left corner of fence. I have tried resolving this additional cost issue with the fence company and owner, Brian Cote, but that has failed. The company wants to charge a $385 unscheduled site visit fee to install a gate which took less than 20 minutes. however the 2 day install took over 2 weeks because of the incorrect style fence being dropped off and the workers leaving early on a good weather day. In addition, we had to spend $2,800 to have the electrical supply line fixed due to the negligence of the installers. Not once has the owner of the company acknowledged this or apologized or visited our property for himself. He has not called us either. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Item 8 of the contract does not state anything about $385 for unscheduled site visits. It states if landscape work is needed prior to work commencement, and is not performed by the time of work commencement; there will be $385 charge. No other projects were happening or needed prior to our fence project beginning. read more

***DO NOT USE*** ***WORST EXPERIENCE EVER*** I am completely flawed over the poor craftmanship and the horrible customer service. I called Brian Cote (the owner) the day of installation to express my concerns and let him know we were unhappy with the fence. He originally told me he was too busy that week to take a look, but he would be available the following week. Well, that didn't happen! He completely ghosted us, never showed up, never retuned any phone calls or text messages after that. A few weeks went by as we were waiting for him to come to our house to finally see the horrible job his crew did. He still never showed or called us back, but he did have his office staff email and threaten to put a lien on our house if we didn't pay the balance. We paid the balance to avoid the legal headache and hoping he would do the right thing after being paid...well, we were wrong. He still refuses to come to our house and look at the job. Its now been 3 months since installation and he has NEVER seen the horrible and sloppy job his crew did. I still can't understand how the owner doesn't care! He is so unprofessional and so is his staff. When I call the office his staff has the nerve to tell me there's no need for Brian to speak to us. He still has never seen the job and doesn't care. The only thing he cares about is getting paid. Save yourself from a huge headache and don't use his company! read more

All-Pro Fence Builders did such a good job on my fence! I got a new dog and was really worried it would run out of my yard. After calling a few companies and getting the run around, I reached out to All-Pro and much to my surprise they were able have an estimator over to my house in just a few days. Once we decided on an aluminum fence they also let me know that they could install a motorized gate so that I could back my boat into my property without any issues. It was such a pain before. Long story short before I knew it the permits were filed, the work was done without delays and I could not be happier with the results. All-Pro is simply the best choice for any kind of fence in South Florida! Brian and his team did such a good job, i'm sure my neighbors will be calling you soon! read more

I need a new fence. About 10 days or so ago I called to get an appointment for an estimate. The nice woman on the phone arranged for her guy to come on Thursday at 11am. This was a good time for me cause I could roll it into my lunch and not miss too much work. At around 12:30pm, after nobody had showed, I called to see if they were just running late, if they were still otw, or if I need to reschedule. The same nice lady answered and seemed surprised that nobody had showed. She wanted to call her guy and call me back. She called back and said she was unable to reach him, but as soon as she did she would give me a call back. That was 5 days ago. I think ill go elsewhere for a Fence. It is hard to give a business more than 1 star when they don't show, don't call, then don't call back. read more

We bought an automated aluminum double swing gate earlier this year. The gate itself, the design, build and install are hood and it feels high quality and solidly installed. two stars instead of five because it has never worked right. It came with an AES cell prime service ($20 per month) but the app has never worked. It came with garage door opener type clickers that work most of the time but when someone rings the gate, it's rarely worked and the gate has been stuck open or closed since the install about 5 months ago. They built a PVC fence and it's fine. Fine to do business with just not for automated gates. Currently looking for another vendor to come out and finish the job. read more

Hired this company to replace fencing at a condo block. Terrible choice. The fences are badly constructed, the panels are badly cut, the doors don't line-up correctly, the site was left with garbage lying around for the entire project. The project failed inspection several times and even the County Inspector apologized for not being able to fail it for shoddy workmanship! We are left with a fence full of rusting nails and rough cut planks. Be very careful if you hire this Company and do not believe anything they promise - get every detail written into the contract. read more

WARNING: DO NOT USE!!! Had them come out to give us an estimate in May, got a copy of the estimate. Told them a few weeks later no thank you. Got a call on a Sunday afternoon, July 14th, that they have our signed contract and a check and they started pulling the permits and we need to give them $400 more. Told them we never signed a contract and that our copy is only signed by their person. Gentleman in the background yelling and cursing and screaming insisting we did, threatening to sue us, that he already paid for the permits. I kept asking for a copy of the check and contract, they said they texted it. Still have not gotten it two hours later. Asked for my account number. Um, no. Give the last four on the check you have. Nope, not my account. Started to read the whole account number. Nope, not my account. Finally after 20 minutes said, oh, sorry, we had another customer sign your contract and put the check with it. When I said I should report this against their license, they hung up. read more
