When I started with my request to homeadvisor.com, Rustin was the first one to respond, and came to my house for measurement, and provided me with very good pricing on installation. When he and his crew, Sergio, Carlos, Dustin and David started the job, they were always on time, professional, very careful while moving furniture, and paid great attention to details on installation while demonstrating wonderful craftsmanship. Rustin is very knowledgeable on wood flooring, and always tried the best to meet all requests from his customer. At the end they provided me a beautiful wood flooring product. They are very pleasant to work with. Not only Rustin and his crew did excellent job on installation, but also he offered me very good pricing on wood floor supplies, too. Website said they were open 9:00 to 4:00. We drove 40 minutes to view their products and when we got to the store (at noon) the door was locked with a sign to call. When we called, we got a recording. At that point, we turned around and headed home. This is no way to run a business!!! read more

I can't tell you what their service is like because I was turned down for a professional quote. I was asked when I was available and told them after 5 or weekends and his response was; Unfortunately those times don't work. You may want to try Floor N Decor as they have sales people who work odd hours. I was able to bring a sample home and it was a per match. Rustin, the owner, was very responsive and came out to the house to give us a bid. The bid was excellent and we decided to move forward with the project. The installers came and did a wonderful job taking out our existing carpet and installing our new laminate flooring! This is my second review for All Pro Floors and Rustin, the owner. My 12 year old hickory floors were in need of removal of cleaning product build-up applied to the floors over the years. Rustin responded & came to my home quickly. He measured, explained what would need to be done sent a quote, which was more than fair. This job took Rustin longer than expected, I offered to pay additional due to extra time involved. Rustin would not let me pay any more than the quote. Now....my reason for this second review. Rustin worked much longer than he had expected to do excessive builtup. When he had completed the job I offered to put the furniture back in place so Rustin could get home to his family. Reluctantly, Rustin said "OK". While replacing the furniture, my helpers made marks on the floor!!!! I sadly contacted Rustin. His response was AMAZING! He graciously told me he would need to come to assess the marks on the floor. After seeing the "damage" he established he would need to remove the coating he had just applied and re-coat. All-Pro Floors was certainly the right way to describe our experience with Rustin and his professional crew. Being in another state in a transition time is not the best way to remodel a retirement home. We scheduled tile demo, materials, and product deliveries, from phone calls and emails, which was very uncomfortable for us. A few of the other installers we spoke with refused to itemize their invoices, insisted we buy their product, and wound up wasting a lot of my time. We bought a house that had old dingy carpet and orangish tile floors that really didn't match the contemporary style we were looking for in our home. I contacted several floor installation companies and had them submit bids based on the demo of the tile and installation of new laminate. Rustin with All Pro Floors came out to the house and measured everything. All Pro recently refinished our wood floors. we had 20 yrs of wear and some water damage on our wood floor. After they finished, it looks brand new. We asked them to darken the color a bit and they were right on with coordinating the kitchen cabinet color and the floor, which abuts the kitchen.
