We had the windshield in our motorhome replaced and shortly after we got it home the windshield slipped out of place. Long story short we ended up taking it to the manufacturer to get repaired because All Pro would not help out getting this repaired without charging us again. Come to find out from the manufacturer they use the wrong sealant so we paid $2700 to get it fixed correctly. The staff was very nice, but when it came time to back their work, they did not back their work. To get the repairs corrected the fee was going to be $1400 and they kindly offered to only charge us $1000. We did not feel that we should've had to have paid anything because they did the job incorrectly. read more

For at least a year I have tried to get my window repaired and was passed off by Rose Glass after buying the balance pieces ,saying it is so easy you can do it yourself! "Go on Utube" they can show how to install it.I tried but they sold me the wrong length 2 different balances ! used all Pro glass month ago at my current house to change my 20 year old Window that has broken seal on it and looks like it has covid due to some round spots of moisture all over; called Antioch glass first cos I thought they are cheaper but the thing I dint like about them is they just gave me quote over the phone and I understand cos of covid; that's why I was so glad when Rob told me he can send someone over to measure and Brandon came and did it! after 2-3 days waiting 2 guys came and installed my window! Now my house is ready to sell! Now, I called again for my new House that we cut open the window and custom built the big window to 94x72 times 2 that! That's a huge window! Now, the problem is they are very busy, for this type of big glass all the company I called said it will be 2-4 weeks! Other company was playing safe and dint want to tell me exact weeks just 2-5 the worst case; we dint have enough time to wait that long since my living room is all bare and I called Rob and said he can do it in a week-2 and that for me is good enough! I called him everyday and poor guy was in trouble with the staff getting their Covid test results making sure they are safe and us and if it weren't that I know my window was done in a week given the fact that it's a made to order size plus it's the best and efficient one Low e they call it. Not sure but yeah that thing; oh and Brandon came 2x while my contractor was making the frame and after the frame is done, he came again and measure again! that's service! Now he wants everything perfect so he will comeback to change some boards outside to make sure it looks perfect! Mike and Sam and Brandon was working really hard too bringing and installing the glass! Without these 3 guys, my home would've been a mess cos right now I hear the strong wind and rain ! I first met Rob and his assistant in a parking lot in Brentwood where they were replacing a windshield on a car parked next to mine. I showed Rob a small rock chip damage on the front windshield of my Suabaru and asked how much it would cost to have it filled in. Rob took a look and told me that the chip was a glancing strike and no repair is necessary. Such honesty deserves my business, so when I looked at my Mini Cooper and noticed a more serious dink on the windshield, I called All-Pro. I got an appointment and a quote of $49.99 which I thought was reasonable. Rob and his assistant showed up exactly on time, assessed the damage and was up front in telling me that I will still see a blemish after they are done, but the windshield will be sealed against further damage. They then set to work and efficiently repaired the "bulls eye" damage. I will definitely used them again. Such honesty in business is a unique find. read more

All Pro was recommended to me by another glass company due to the custom cut shelves I was asking to have made. I went in and talked to Rob; a great guy. He went through several options with me and gave me pricing on the spot for the five custom shelves I wanted cut. I decided on 1/4" tempered glass with polished edges. I then gave Rob a template made from a hard plastic that was exactly the right size and shape. So far so good. I paid in full and felt that I was over paying a bit, but All Pro had been recommended so I figured I'd pay a little more and get a superior product. I gave Rob my contact Information, the template, and asked when they would be ready. He said about a week. Here's where things started to go wrong. After a week and a half I hadn't heard back so I called and Rob told me he had lost my order and my contact information. Fortunately he still had the template and had been waiting for me to call. I gave him the order details and my contact information again and asked when the shelves would be ready. He said about a week. Here it is a week and a half later and once again I had to call and follow up with Rob. The shelves were in and ready for pickup, he was just to busy to call and since I had already paid it cost him nothing to forget about me and my order. All Pro may be great at some things, but my over all experiance was not great. Rob is very apologetic when things go side ways, but that dosent get the job done. For custom cut glass I would recommend you shop around. All Pro would not be my first choice. read more

The supply chain issues didn't miss our new window glass and they ended up about 2 months later than anticipated. Having said that, Rob knew our deadline and kept in touch with us even through some days that he was maxed out busy. We got low e3 and some laminated windows for noise and they are beautiful! After years of road hazards, the windshield on my 1999 Class A motorhome got its first non repairable chip that quickly turned into a four foot diagonal crack.
