Our insurance was able to work with them and we were able to use our deductible with the service. We really happy with the service and we didn't run into any issues. The value was great considering our windshield was not just a standard windshield it had to be a special ordered for a jeep. We were happy that it was in stock otherwise we would've had to wait. I wish they had a shuttle service though. If you have to drop your car off you'd need someone to drive you or you'd have to wait for the service to be completed.

Ivan's Mobile was super responsive, friendly and the quick replies definitely helped get this done faster than I ever expected. He arrived at my location and immediately got to work. our car got broken into while we were on vacation and only found out that the front passenger window was smashed. I submitted a quote request for replacement here in yelp and a few autoglass services responded and one of them is Ivan Autoglass and the qoute was reasonable and they were able to come and service the car same day. they did a fantastic job at fixing the window. took them 30-40 minutes to replace th broken window. The glass delivery had a small delay in the morning, but they kept me updated and Eduardo arrived later in the afternoon. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. It turns out my convertible top needs to open for the windshield to be installed correctly--something I didn't realize. Because my top motor is currently broken, we couldn't finish the job, but I deeply appreciate Eduardo's honesty instead of him trying to force a bad installation. They came out here and gave me great service, so even though my project is on the back burner for now, they absolutely earned these 5 stars. Highly recommend Eduardo and this crew!

They had the whole thing done in under 90 minutes. The new glass looks perfect -- I drive a Mercedes E350 and was concerned because my type of car needs technological recalibration of the lane assist sensors and all which they did wonderful. It's never a good time to have to drop a chunk of money on car repairs, but Cost U Less Auto Glass made the process seamless. I reached out via Yelp because they had great reviews and came highly recommended by a friend who had already had two jobs done by them. To my pleasant surprise, as soon as I messaged them, I got a response from Moe within six or seven minutes. My biggest pet peeve is the lack of communication in the world today--everyone is walking around with a device in their hand, yet so few people actually communicate. But not in this case! Moe was fantastic from beginning to end, giving me constant updates on what was going on with my car. He actually offered to replace the windshield the next day, but since I didn't need it that fast, we scheduled it for the following weekend. I drove up to the shop in Martinez and dropped the car off. Moe kept in contact regarding the status and when it would be ready. As soon as I picked it up, the car looked fantastic! My car is a little newer, so the windshield actually had to be calibrated for the Heads-Up Display (HUD) and the Front Brake Assist. If your car has those features, Moe can handle those updates right after he installs the glass. I've had the car back for about a week now and have had zero problems. His prices are very competitive, but nobody is going to beat his service and communication--I guarantee it. He does offer mobile service, but if you're having calibration done, I recommend dropping it off at his shop. Martinez is a great place to walk around and get a bite to eat while you wait, and everything is close by so you won't be inconvenienced. I will not hesitate to use Moe and Cost U Less Auto Glass in the future!
