Our insurance was able to work with them and we were able to use our deductible with the service. We really happy with the service and we didn't run into any issues. The value was great considering our windshield was not just a standard windshield it had to be a special ordered for a jeep. We were happy that it was in stock otherwise we would've had to wait. I wish they had a shuttle service though. If you have to drop your car off you'd need someone to drive you or you'd have to wait for the service to be completed.

Around 10am the shop was opened and I was informed that my car may not be finished due to short staffing which is 100% okay. I left and was expecting a call waiting 4 hours as I was quoted online that the car would be finished in 2-3 hours. 4pm comes around and still no call, so I tried calling a few times and was not able to get ahold of anyone. I ended up heading over a little past 5pm to check the status and the tinter confirmed that the car couldn't be finished and I would receive a text message confirming when to bring the car back to be finished. No text came and no appointment was made. Outside of the car under the windows and inside was left dirty with the solution they use. Also this is a brand new car and there was a cut in the door leather that I know for a fact was not there prior to bringing it in. Almost every window that was worked on had debris under the tint and jagged edges. Since then I've left voicemails and an email trying to resolve this as I don't feel comfortable with them finished the rest of the car. I'd rather have all the Tint removed and a refund.

From the first phone call, the person I spoke with was straightforward -- no upselling, just asked me what I needed and gave me the quote right away. No little annoying sales tactics like I experienced calling other companies. After calling a dozen companies, I could tell that this one was worth my trust. I made my appointment the next day after. They had the whole thing done in under 90 minutes. The new glass looks perfect -- I drive a Mercedes E350 and was concerned because my type of car needs technological recalibration of the lane assist sensors and all which they did wonderful. It's never a good time to have to drop a chunk of money on car repairs, but Cost U Less Auto Glass made the process seamless. I reached out via Yelp because they had great reviews and came highly recommended by a friend who had already had two jobs done by them. To my pleasant surprise, as soon as I messaged them, I got a response from Moe within six or seven minutes. My biggest pet peeve is the lack of communication in the world today--everyone is walking around with a device in their hand, yet so few people actually communicate. But not in this case! Moe was fantastic from beginning to end, giving me constant updates on what was going on with my car. He actually offered to replace the windshield the next day, but since I didn't need it that fast, we scheduled it for the following weekend. I drove up to the shop in Martinez and dropped the car off. Moe kept in contact regarding the status and when it would be ready. As soon as I picked it up, the car looked fantastic! My car is a little newer, so the windshield actually had to be calibrated for the Heads-Up Display (HUD) and the Front Brake Assist. If your car has those features, Moe can handle those updates right after he installs the glass. I've had the car back for about a week now and have had zero problems. His prices are very competitive, but nobody is going to beat his service and communication--I guarantee it. He does offer mobile service, but if you're having calibration done, I recommend dropping it off at his shop. Martinez is a great place to walk around and get a bite to eat while you wait, and everything is close by so you won't be inconvenienced. I will not hesitate to use Moe and Cost U Less Auto Glass in the future!
