BUYER BEWARE! One of the worst experiences with a business I…read morehave ever had. I wish I could give ZERO stars, but I had to give it one as Yelp only gives me that option. Another 'licensed' plumbing service installed a water purification device on a my cousins home in Mahopac and not only left a flooded mess, but left the job with 5 dangerous violations and believe it or not, the house with the ground wire hanging and attached to nothing. This is a potentially serious fire hazard and the company should have known that. Pipeline USA was called to fix the problems the first plumber left. Photo's of the job were shown to Pipeline owner Ed and he agreed that the previous plumber did in fact leave a dangerous and botched job and it was very dangerous. After a price was negotiated, Ed agreed to get right over there and take care of it. He seemed like a great guy, but it was all a lie... A few days went by and no Ed. I called to say, "Hello Ed, the house still has no ground and no one has called or stopped by." Two days later...still no Ed, so another message was left. Two days after that...still not word from Ed and now the office doesn't answer or return calls. It is now 9 days that we have not heard from the owner of a company who promised a quick response and repair, and the house is still in the dangerous situation that was left. Both of these companies are the most negligent and disrespectful companies I have ever dealt with. The pure ignorance and arrogance is obvious, which is surprising as one doesn't know how to do plumbing and the other is just disrespectful and negligent. With all the great plumbers in the Mahopac area....whatever you do...do not even think of either of these, or you may be either getting a botched job or worse...no one ever showing up. According to the service person a " 10 inch roughs are more expensive" the toilet and instillation cost $1,027.57 to install. No other work was done. Not an emergency call I found the same exact 10 inch rough toilet on the Lowes website for $ 344.00. Theses are the facts. One of my biggest regrets of the year using this company.

Right after I had Wyatt from T Webber snake out 2 clogs in my house. We went around & checked out…read moremy 70 year old septic tank. The tank & drainage was a nightmare or practically nonexistent . We heard water flowing into the tank which is not a good sign . Wyatt suggested I have him and Alvin come and take a look and inspect the tank further in a couple of days . Much to my surprise, I got a call the very next day. The very next day I had a call from T Webber stating that Alvin and Wyatt were on route to my house. The next day after he cleared the clog out for me in my house . Alvin and Wyatt showed up . Did an inspection, answered every question I could possibly have. By the end of that conversation, we had called Tiffany up on the phone, and got a prorate at a good price with good APR, and the loan was approved . Alvin, wyatt, and Tiff made my day an took so much weight off my mind. Alvin explained everything down to a science Wyatt went over everything with me and reassured me and Tiffany found the best rate possible for me and was reassuring as the loan came in to verify every detail of the job that would be taking place. A weight was lifted . I was worried about so many different things . These guys at T Webber were an amazing group of people, that reassured me, and helped me to realize that every problem has a solution, and made every solution possible where I didn't have to worry about a thing . They answered every question in triplicate lol. As many times as I'd ask, they were courteous and I enjoyed the time they spent in my home going over the description of the job details that would take place . These guys are some of the best people you will ever want to meet . A company that goes above and beyond to help Rectify any problem you might have whether it be septic clogs or any other issues with plumbing and heating services. These technicians are the pros . They're all well worth their weight in gold ! I was actually sorry to see them go but I look forward to seeing them back when the job begins . Tiffany made everything so easy and comfortable for me to go over with me so many different payment plans and options that would fit my budget . The guys sat with me for as long as it took to get everything we needed in place for availability explanation of job description as well as the engineers that would be coming with the excavator to do the initial dig . Alvin described every part of it as he looked over every part of the property to find the best way to accommodate this whole nightmare of a situation that I had . By the time he got done. First of all, I am not from Greensboro, NC. I live in Northern Westchester and used Roto Router…read morerecently which turned into a horror show as far as expense. I had them clear a clog due to my sewer drain backing up which was disgusting so in a pinch I decided to use them. They came out and did perform the service and charged me $900 which I found out was about twice the cost compared to other services in the area. They then offered me a FREE video inspection of my sewer line which was done the next day that took about 15 minutes to do. At that point I was told that my pipe outside may be askew which could have caused the backup. The tech who performed this was very unprofessional and quick to let me know the minimal amount of details needed and was very quick to pack up his camera before I had a chance to take video or pictures of the results myself since I was called away momentarily. When I asked for me to do that I was told that I should have done it earlier. He then came back to tell me for them to fix the problem it would cost $9,000 - YES $9,000! I told him I wanted a copy of his inspection at which point he said he would submit it to his office and I could get one once that's done. I called to get it a day later and their office told me that the tech will call me back which he did and said that he was going to the office to submit it and that if i want a copy of it - IT WOULD COST AN ADDITIONAL $750 - YES $750 for me to obtain the video taken of MY PIPES in MY HOUSE !!!!! It is mind numbing that ROTO ROUTER has the audacity to charge those type of prices. I spoke to his boss later that day who told me he could nothing about it and that I was supposed to be told about the charges by the tech when he performed the service which he NEVER DID!! Then it became a "he said, she said" situation which I knew I would lose. His boss promised me he would at least call me back with the details of the inspection and never did after me calling him back at least 5 to 6 times and texting him as well. So much for being professional. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS and check out local options for these types of services - you will not be sorry.

He gave me a few ideas and the price for this project, these team came by and gutted the entire shower to beams. The reinforced the wooden beams,updated the plumbing, waterproof the shower and added cement for durability. Then they tiled the walls and floors, which made the project POP ! The shower is now a home and garden showpiece.
