Right after I had Wyatt from T Webber snake out 2 clogs in my house. We went around & checked out…read moremy 70 year old septic tank. The tank & drainage was a nightmare or practically nonexistent . We heard water flowing into the tank which is not a good sign . Wyatt suggested I have him and Alvin come and take a look and inspect the tank further in a couple of days . Much to my surprise, I got a call the very next day. The very next day I had a call from T Webber stating that Alvin and Wyatt were on route to my house. The next day after he cleared the clog out for me in my house . Alvin and Wyatt showed up . Did an inspection, answered every question I could possibly have. By the end of that conversation, we had called Tiffany up on the phone, and got a prorate at a good price with good APR, and the loan was approved . Alvin, wyatt, and Tiff made my day an took so much weight off my mind. Alvin explained everything down to a science Wyatt went over everything with me and reassured me and Tiffany found the best rate possible for me and was reassuring as the loan came in to verify every detail of the job that would be taking place. A weight was lifted . I was worried about so many different things . These guys at T Webber were an amazing group of people, that reassured me, and helped me to realize that every problem has a solution, and made every solution possible where I didn't have to worry about a thing . They answered every question in triplicate lol. As many times as I'd ask, they were courteous and I enjoyed the time they spent in my home going over the description of the job details that would take place . These guys are some of the best people you will ever want to meet . A company that goes above and beyond to help Rectify any problem you might have whether it be septic clogs or any other issues with plumbing and heating services. These technicians are the pros . They're all well worth their weight in gold ! I was actually sorry to see them go but I look forward to seeing them back when the job begins . Tiffany made everything so easy and comfortable for me to go over with me so many different payment plans and options that would fit my budget . The guys sat with me for as long as it took to get everything we needed in place for availability explanation of job description as well as the engineers that would be coming with the excavator to do the initial dig . Alvin described every part of it as he looked over every part of the property to find the best way to accommodate this whole nightmare of a situation that I had . By the time he got done. Now, I'm a landlord and deal with tradesman and contractors frequently. I always ask for an hourly rate for labor, because if they tell you that "we quote you a job price and we charge a diagnostic fee" you have no idea how long that job will take, and it almost always benefits the contractor greatly, and you pay them whether you hire them or not. Instead of $120 per hour, it ends up being twice that much. To make a long story short, they never returned my call to answer my questions, so I hired a company that did return my calls. It was nothing more than a big waste of time for me, which,apparently, they couldn't care less.

He gave me a few ideas and the price for this project, these team came by and gutted the entire shower to beams. I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Giovanni Stemma and Michele Licari of 24 Hours Piping & Sewage Services, also known as Mahopac Handyman and John's Plumbing by Giovanni Stemma. In November 2024, I paid a total of $5,300 for plumbing services that were never completed. I made the payment in full for work that was supposed to repair a broken sewer line. However, not only was the work left undone, but after numerous attempts to get a resolution, they refused to return the money. Giovanni initially promised that I would receive a full refund by January 4, 2025, after I had waited well beyond the expected completion date. When that deadline passed, he asked for more time, claiming he would be able to return the money by January 8, 2025--but at this point, I have no faith in their promises. I've already given them multiple opportunities to resolve the issue and have been incredibly patient, but they have continued to break their word and avoid accountability. Michele, who I initially paid, has also been completely unresponsive. This company is not only untrustworthy but completely unprofessional. I am now in the process of taking them to small claims court to recover the money I am owed, and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid using their services. I don't know how they can continue operating with such blatant disregard for their clients and commitments. I wish I had checked reviews before hiring them. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from these scammers.
